We had an emergency with a family member ending up in the hospital for quite some time and desperately needed his phone while he was admitted. He accidentally dropped it out of the car heading to the hospital and we ran it over it. We were able located it in the road and drop into CPR in the Heights and explain our situation. That same day they located a screen at their West end location, had an employee run up to the heights, and repaired within a hour and a half and saved the day! The owners of this are wonderful, trustworthy, and affordable. We can not thank them enough for what they did for us and put our minds at ease.

Have never used a place like this before, I typically just fix my own stuff, but Nintendo can be a pain and Bricking the device is not uncommon. Sons Switch would hold a charge for about 5 min so took it in. less than 24hrs later, have it back and its holding a charge like a champ. quick easy drop off, pick up, both employees i spoke to were VERY nice. Thanked me for my business which is Rare, and would definitely recommend specially if you live/work/play in the heights.

Excellent service and great people . Only people in town that could have made the repair on a Microsoft Pro .Replaced my battery and replaced the screen at their expense. Will use them again if I have computer problem. Repairs were made quickly.

Bought a $40 screen protector and was told that it would be under warranty and I could come in at anytime and have it replaced for free. When I got into the store the gentleman told me it costs $10 for each replacement and acted like the warranty did not exist. I would have never paid $40 for one screen cover if I would have known they were not going to honor it. I would order any accessories from Amazon instead so you don't pay $40 for one screen cover that lasted me a month and a half.

The customer service is incredible here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I took my iPhone in to have the camera glass replaced as it was chipped. I was a walk in and was told it would take about three hours. It was done in less than two and I was given a great deal for the work. I will be taking all of my electronics to them.

Boy, am I glad I found this shop. First, they fixed my wife's computer at a very reasonable charge. Then I brought in my laptop which was acting 'funky'. They resolved that issue - no charge. Then I was able to get a new cellphone at a great price. Today I will pick up my Dell which received a SSD to replace my old hard-drive. Great place to do business with.

Screen repair on my Samsung was quick and screen/etc worked great despite being non-responsive when brought in.Kind of wish they had communicated beforehand that they'd be replacing the entire outer frame/bezel with the screen replacement, as the replacement metal frame was bright silver/chrome despite being black (entire phone was black) before (and the sim card slot was still black/mismatched in the silver/chrome). I would've been happy to wait longer for a matching replacement to be ordered or gone elsewhere if I had known it would no longer match, even using a case the silver shows through in areas. Was only told the price and when to pick it up.
