I was in need of some somewhat obsolete plumbing parts. Thankfully you have Josh employed there. He was extremely helpful and patient with a dumb electrician with my plumbing issues. You can't get that kind of service at the BIG BOX STORES!! Josh was extremely helpful !! I would recommend Billings Hardware to anyone in need of any hardware, plumbing, or elrctrical needs!! Bypass the big stores and shop at Billings Hardware! The service can't be beat ! Thank you Josh, and Billings Hardware !

Love this store! Great selection of tools, parts, grilling appliances, dog treats and food, plus a lot more. Knowledgeable staff as well. The convenient location has save me countless hours on diy projects over the years.

I've only shopped here once, but it'll be my go-to from now on! The employees are super friendly and helpful. I was in the wildlife/pet section and they have an awesome inventory! Great prices, too. At check out, I was greeted by a giant bear of a dog who was just the sweetest. Thank you BH for being so great!

I've been going to this location since I bought my home 14 years ago. They've always been incredibly helpful with every odd home project or repair. I absolutely love having them right up the street.

really convenient but expect to get followed around by the employees in an uncomfortable way. they pretend to be helpful but are mainly being that way to prevent theft. (I assume)

I really enjoyed this hardware store. A big selection of things. No crowds like the big box stores. The hardware store had the exact key I was looking for that most places in town don't have. I felt that the prices are fair. This was my first time in the store and I was happy to have explored it. Good job to management and staff for keeping a tidy store.I shall return.

The staff here is always friendly and are very knowledgeable. I have yet to find a project I couldn't get parts or tools for here, and my favorite part is that nuts, bolts, and screws can be bought individually. If I just want two screws I don't have to buy a big box of them like I would at a big box store. Also the doggo at the store is so adorable.

Such a great place with extremely helpful staff! There's no other hardware store where I'd rather spend my money. I'm a single mom and staff is always so helpful when I'm trying to figure something out. I give them a ten out of five stars especially the one on Broadwater!

For a smaller, locally-owned hardware store, they are chock full of almost anything you might need. In fact, I find more selection here, than at Home Depot and Lowes, many times. No, they don't have the mass quantity of the national chains and the price may sometimes be a bit more, but you're dealing with friendly employees that can give practical advice and actually know how to use the products they sell, plus you're supporting a local family. That is invaluable for a single gal that is doing it herself, many times. Oh, and Lily, the store mascot, is just a bonus. Anyone who loves dogs is okay in my book!

I have found the garden plants here to be healthy, reasonably priced and in great variety. I also bought some excellent all-around birdseed and potting mix, also at great prices. Well laid-out, clean, easy to get around, and friendly staff.

This is a great local hardware store. The staff is ALWAYS helpful and friendly.We really love their large selection of plants during the early spring and we have had really good luck with their Pepper starts for the past 2 years (which are incredibly priced!) their green house always has something fun.They also always seem to have "the good stuff", extremely durable canning equipment and kitchen gadgets for the country cook that is difficult to find in the big box stores (marble rolling pins for one). They've also always had a good stock of Milorganite, even when the other Hardware Stores (Ace) or even box stores (Wally World) are sold out. You might pay a little more, but the service and quality of the stuff is worth the extra coin.

We went there to get a hose mender and knew exactly what we needed. Just couldn’t find where it was placed so we asked for help. The lady that came to help us, Cindy, was so rude to us right off the bat. She immediately told us that we were wrong and demanded that we get the hose sizing even though the size of the hose was NOT necessary. I tried to explain the best I could, and yes it might have been a little confusing. But she was arguing with me that I was wrong and that the piece I was looking for wouldn’t work. I found what I needed and she kept saying we were wrong. I told her I would keep the receipt if it didn’t work. Either way if she felt like it wouldn’t work she should have been a lot nicer about it. We know people don’t always have good days but that was just utterly ridiculous. Everyone else was so nice to us and the puppy was amazing. Thanks to the gentleman’s that helped us.

My husband and i went in there today to buy a tool for a friend. We were profiled from the very start. You know, when your followed around the store for no reason except for making sure your not stealing anything. One of the guys tried making it seem like that's what they weren't doing but there was constantly someone around the corner or down the isle. It sucks to be profiled. Unless you look like small town folks, i wouldn't reccomend going here.

The parts guys are great and very helpful. Unfortunately for a guy like me 35 miles from town, it is no longer viable to buy parts at literally 4x the markup of Amazon. It's not even worth calling. Billings Hardware built a thriving business paying attention to their customers and the market. I hope they can adjust accordingly.
