I had knee replacement and am short so hot tubs looked too big for me to get into. Ian and Hailey were very helpful in finding the perfect hot tub that I can easily get into and a hot tub with adjustable jets for massaging. Ian and Terry delivered and set up the hot tub which was a great experience. Any question I have, they are quick to answer and very helpful.

The staff over there is very informative and takes into consideration your needs. We happened to get in on their Black Friday sales and got a stellar deal on a spa! We bought our Sundance from them about a year ago. We have had a little issues but everytime we do, they have someone come out to assist. Tyeson, who is their point of contact, who comes out and troubleshoots and fixes problems has been nothing but tremendous. He is nice, efficient, and has a lot of knowledge. Thanks again, Tyeson!

We have had a great experience with Big Sky Spas. I called regarding our heater not working. They were able to walk me through a solution on the phone. They then sent out a technician to fix and clean the spa immediately. Their tech Tyson is fantastic!

Big Sky Spas Team takes care of us EVERYTIME! For several years they have annually serviced our Hot Tub as part of a regular maintenence process and have made it work to travel to us (130 miles away) if we had any other repairs or upgrades that were needed. Definitely Satisfied Customers!

Took twice as long to get it than quoted. Asked several times on proper wiring. Install wiring per instructions. On hook up day technician said I needed additional wire, so I run out purchased more wire.. then to find out they didn't need it.. they did credit cost to my account but that besides the point. Brian is good guy did his best. Almost canceled a few time because of delay . Overall good tub so far.

Edited to say. After Months of unhappiness. The owner reached out and FINALLY took maybe a little responsibility and fixed the issues. Third tub was a charm and after having some issues after changing water I was ready to take a hammer to it and I called and even though I was very upset...Christine came out and we tried working together to determine the problem. She even replaced some filters. We ended up draining the water and paying for a refill and tub has been working fine. While I wish it had more lights and better foot jets...it is what it is. I would maybe give the company a 2 1/2 to a 3 today....but am leaving the one star review, because we should not have had to ASK them to get it working properly. They should follow up with customers, after all that's a $20,000 purchase.Today, 3 months later from our initial purchase- we have just received our third hot tub. I am hoping third times a charm. We have been lied to, ignored and received a used hot tub initially.Honestly, it just isn't a feel-good purchase anymore. We were told we would get chemicals and we have not. We were told they would fill it (the third tub),with 80° water. And of course where do you get that in November, so that didn't happen. They parked on our drain field even though they were told where the drain field was and that was the second time they had delivered there. Never kept an appointment that was initially made. The thing is, is I'm sick of having to call and ask for what was promised. And, they generally don't take your phone calls. I can understand problems due to factory issues but the excuses were ridiculous. Sometimes you just have to admit fault. I will say the two new gentlemen who did this last install....very professional and cordial.

We love our new slice of heaven in the back yard. We went with the optima as my hubby is tall & it gives us plenty of space for our family of 4 and any company. This is our 1st hot tub. We had so many questions, way too many questions to answer ourselves by comparing models on the internet or in a magazine. Robert helped me on numerous occasions to think through the options and welcomed me & my family to sit in the hot tubs (dry & wet for the soak test). When it came time to make a choice, Kristene helped me compare colors, etc. The entire experience of picking out the perfect hot tub from Big Sky Spas was amazing. Once we were ready to buy, we were soaking in our hot tub in less than a week. The service team was very prompt and friendly. The owners pay attention to every detail and stopped by day and night during set up week to make sure everything went smoothly. They treated us more like family than clients and genuinely care about our happiness with this investment. If you’ve been thinking about a spa but can’t decide...do it. Now is the right time. This was our first spa, and we didn't have a lot of knowledge going into the process. Kristene helped us navigate process of finding a spa appropriate for our needs. We ended up going with a refurbished Marin 880, that still had a year of warranty. Big Sky Spas took great care ensuring that everything was properly restored prior to delivery. There was a lot of snow on the ground that day, and we live on a hill, but we were able to get the spa into the backyard and up on the deck without much difficulty. They stuck around to make sure everything was working correctly, then came back 2 days later to fine tune it so it was ready to go. They have remained easy to contact, and friendly with advice since the sale. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a hot tub!

Not very helpful. Felt like the sales personnel thought we couldn’t afford it in my opinion. So they wouldn’t talk with us or spend anytime with us. Asked for more information about a swim spa and they said they would get it and never came back.

Worst place ever!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE. Buy from anyone else. Constant issues with their hot tubs, horrible service, dishonest staff, and if you are dissatisfied with the product, too bad. You're stuck with it.

I've bought and had serviced my Sundance Spa from Kristene at Big Sky Spas! Absolutely love it..its my relaxation "ME" time. The kids love to jump in before dinner. It's perfect almost all year long, maybe 1 week a year a little too cold lol. The service there is amazing. They know there stuff and are prompt in getting you into rotation. YES to a Sundance spa..YES to Big Sky Spas! Highly recommended for any family! Moms- wine and Sundance bubbles is what you all deserve!
