I have utilized grooming, boarding, and daycare services for my girl through Big Sky Pet Resort and have never had any issues. She absolutely loves it and gets excited as soon as she knows where she’s going! The owners and employees are extremely kind, caring, and easy to work with. They are also great about posting daycare pictures on Facebook. Highly recommend!

We recently boarded our two dogs ages 8 and 15 with Big Sky Pet Resort. They listened to our concerns and were accommodating to the best of their ability to make our older dog as comfortable as can be. Both dogs came home happy and healthy. We couldn’t be happier with how well our girls were treated. We will definitely be using Big Sky again!

This FAMILY run business is the BEST!We have used the Daycare program and the Overnight Boarding in the past few years and I can tell you that the level of customer service has been top notch.The owners respond asap, communicate every detail, address my concerns and are kind, caring and compassionate to our furry friends. The facility is Clean, Modern and safe.Our puppies are excited to go and that means everything to me.I am glad to see this family business is still providing excellent customer service and safe, affordable pet care in Billings, MTGive them a try, I am very impressed.

When our normal place for boarding was closed we chose big sky pet resort for our first boarding with Princess Sparkles. Very affordable and the staff was fantastic!!! We will definitely be back!

Well staffed facility with big-hearted employees. My dog came home from a 4 night stay happy and clean looking. Will recommend to family and friends. I appreciated the Facebook photos to check-in on our fur baby. Also, appreciated the no budge policy on up-to-date vaccines being required as well as flea and tick checks before playing with other pups.

If you are looking for a clean, safe and friendly place to take your pet, Big Sky Pet Resort is the place! I'm a night shift travel nurse and they have provided a great environment for my dog, Kintla to socialize and play during the day while I'm able to sleep after working all night. I have noticed a positive behavior change in my dog in the last 6 months that she has been attending daycare/boarding. She comes home tired, happy and better behaved, then when I dropped her off. Additionally, the staff here are some of the friendliest people that have become family. I had to board Kintla for almost 2 months and was terrified to leave her in another state, however I was comforted that I was leaving her in good hands after the many prior postive daycare experiences and the daily Facebook pictures. The staff go out of their way to personally get to know you and your pet, in order to provide a positive experience for everyone. Kintla is always so excited to go to daycare to see all her friends. I am FURever thankful for Big Sky Pet Resort and will continue to use/recommend them whenever I'm in the Billings area.

We have been taking our dog to Big Sky Pet Resort since 2018 and have always gotten the best care for our dog! We live in the Sheridan Wyoming area and make the two hour drive (one way) to Billings to board our dog. The peace of mind knowing the care our dog gets while boarding there.

My dog has attended Big Sky Pet Resort for occasional daycare for quite a while, but recently a personal emergency made it critical for me to board my dog immediately. The staff was incredibly accommodating. My dog's unique food & medication schedule was handled beautifully. He was wonderfully care for. Just knowing he was being so well cared for removed an enormous amount of stress from me during a very trying time. Thank you, Big Sky Pet Resort!!

Thanks for taking care of our newly adopted german shepherd rescue dog roxy over the labor day weekend. She's a handful, but came back home in good spirits! Will come back again in the future if needed.

Big Sky Pet Resort is the best! The staff is so kind and caring for my two cats. And their customer service is over the top! For example, one of my cats need updated medical records, (which that great I will call as I did have my cat get all her updated shots), I called left a message at my vets office to fax them to here. However, I called Big Sky checking to see if my vet had faxed them and unfortunately they did not and I was read to drive over they to get them BUT the lady I was on the phone with said she had called over there to get them via phone. Thank you all for taking such good care of my furry babies and also myself! Highly recommend having your cat or dog stay with Big Sky Pet Resort when needing your pet boarded for any reason.

My sweet sugar bear is such a big baby and I love her, so putting her in a Kinnelon is skeptical but she loves ❤️ big sky they bath her for me and she is full of life 💖 when I come to retrieve her. It's breath taking to know I don't have to worry 😌 and am able to tend to my events with out the stress of leaving my furry companion in the hands of the wrong people.Thanks you team so much

This place is great!!!! My husband was in Billings for work and needed daycare for our Maltipoo. Best decision ever choosing Big Sky!! He loved it here. Everyday he was excited to get there and see all his friends. He will definitely be back every time we are in Billings!! Thank you guys for taking care of and loving my little guy while he was there.

My monster puppy has a wonderful time playing with the others. I feel he is learning to share toys, appreciate limits and is able to expend his boundless energy in a controlled environment. Staff is caring and knows each dogs personality. My guy loves his time there.

Overall, our experience was good. Most of the staff who helped us was friendly. The registration and such was quick and easy. However, when we dropped our dog off for his first visit and he was nervous, the two girls who took him back didn't speak to us or our dog which was a bit disconcerting and didn't make us feel great about leaving him. I assume he had an ok stay there and we were told he was able to have group play although we never saw him in pictures posted. He seems healthy and clean, but a but a bit skittish when we picked him up. I would be willing to try them again though.

This was my partner and I’s first time boarding our Dog, which we were reluctant and anxious about at first. Tammy and her team at Big Sky Pet resort exceeded our expectations and made our pups stay extra special. We definitely recommend this place if you are headed to Yellowstone and aren’t able to bring your dog!

Absolutely sickening that you have tried to nominate yourselves as the best pet resort in Billings. This place is horrendous. My dog used to love coming here and would try to get back in once I picked her up. After the owners got rid of the first staff it went downhill. My dog sat down and wrapped her legs around me not to go. I had to pry her off of me. She was terrified and I cannot believe I paid for my dog to get abused. You have completely ruined doggy day care for me and my dog. You deserve to be shut down.

Toured the facility while I was looking for doggy daycare. Did not go with them. Indoor area was depressing and the outdoor space was of inadequate size. Place reeked of urine. They were clearly understaffed. Three stars cause maybe I came on an unusually bad. But do yourself a favor, ask for a tour and ask questions.

I LOVE Big Sky Pet Resort. I take my alaskan malamute there for day care and to board when I go out of town. He LOVES playing with all the other dogs and the staff there are so kind and animal conscientious. I would recommend ANYONE take their dogs here.

The staff is friendly. Emailed the day prior and was never contacted back. My pups went in and needed an evaluation in order to play with other dogs. It was something like 25 dollars per pet. So I said ok sure, the reason they go to doggy daycare is for exercise when I'm working out of town. Well, when I came back to pick them up, they said one pup wouldn't be allowed in the group setting regardless of how well she did because she isn't fixed. I find it slightly scammy that they will take my $25 fee to evaluate them, and then say she isn't allowed in a group setting. I'm not sure what I'll do with my dogs today as I have to work and I cannot have my pup locked in a little cage by jerself.
