Love that store. They have everything in there at a decent price. The manager is completely responsible and he personally helps me get through the part of obtaining credit in a minute, if you know what I mean. Go there and enjoy it because you will, all the staff are so nice every time I go!!

Can find some very good deals.UPDATE: 20 June 2023Went shopping again while in Billings and salesperson Danni was a big help in finding a great sectional at a great deal. Very happy was service and quality of furniture bought.

Always enjoy going to big lots. We were on the hunt for dining room furniture. They had quite the selection of living room stuff, but not quite what we had in mind. Staff was friendly.

I went in this place to purchase some furniture. I noticed the gentleman in the furniture section was busy with somebody else. So I began looking around and patiently waiting for him to get done. When he got done I walked over to ask him a question. He threw his hand up at me and proceeded to go to the people behind me and ask them what he could do for them. I asked the cashier if there was a manager available and she said that's the manager over there. I was very disappointed in this service and did not know why he felt like ignoring me and going to the people that came in at least 15 minutes after me was the right thing to do. Maybe next time I should wear a suit so I can get some attention.

In love shopping holiday decor here!Joining the rewards is also great you can log on online and check purchases and get coupons for yourself, friends and family also. These usually are around 10-20% off but still great!We first came when moving into our first apartment & got EVERYTHING from cleaning, furniture, and decor even!Recently we bought sand toys, shirts, and sidewalk chalk for summer fun!

Prices at big lots have gone up to where it's not the best place for thing. But if you don't want to go into Walmart it does have most things you are looking for. Just keep in mind you will pay more than Walmart.

I enjoy the long term employees here. Unfortunately they seem understaffed and stressed. It is also rare to find things that on line shoppers are told are in stock but the store lacks the employees to unpack and shelve all the items.

I love Big Lots! They are always friendly and helpful. You do have to know your prices as sometimes you pick things up and then later find out you could have saved a couple bucks somewhere else. I like the variety of food products. I love to cook ethnic foods and sometimes I luck out and score something I need. Also, from past experience, if you see something you like you better grab a couple extra because next time they may not have it anymore.My only complaint is, they need a store on the West end of town. It's a bit far on a whim so you need to plan your trip to the heights to make it worthwhile. Other then that, I recommend.

I have never had a problem or bad experience with Big Lots. Have purchased many great things here. However, always be sure to check all items purchased. We are all human. A few mis charges but nothing that couldn't be fixed. Happy Shopping.

Haven't been to Big Lot's for a while since someone hit my car in the parking lot and drive off. But anyway my experience in the store was great! They had a great selection of items to choose from. Will definitely be back.

Love the great deals and the employees are awesome. Service dogs are allowed and employees are wonderful with them. So this painting said it was $20 dollars. But it said it was on clearance and the clearance Price said it was $20. So I walked up to the counter and I waited at the counter for 15 minutes and then I put it on the counter and she said "what?" I said "I need to know how on how much this is!" And she pointed at the tag that was on the cover and said "its $20" I said "no it is not!" And she scanned it and said "its $14." She was extremely rude. We ended up buying a giving plate. And the cashier just ended up slapping our receipt on the box didn't even give us a bag or anything. I will not be shopping at big lots ever again.

They had what I needed and the sales person knew right where to direct me to find it. The cashier was very polite and tolerant of my distraction at the register. She also checked into a piece of furniture for me.

Big Lots has the best deals! Love shopping here! Be aware though, there was a lady in the parking lot taking photos of cars license plates and threatening to tow the car because she is short on money this month. She said she was the owner of the parking lot and didn't like over night parking; however, there were no signs posted. She then continued to lecture me on the other parked cars in the lot. When I told the lady which vehicle was ours (the one I was trying to get into) and that we where only there for maybe 10 minutes she continued to try and argue with me. She is harassing costumers and I felt very uncomfortable and left very upset.

I always find just what I'm looking for when I shop Big Lots! At my most recent trip I was looking for a clock for a coffee bar and there on the shelf was a clock in the shape of a coffee cup! Friendly & helpful staff make the shopping experience a plus!

Billings Big Lots is always clean and organized. I like the new look with the furniture at the front of the store, it makes the store feel more spacious. The employees were friendly and helpful, except for the checker who needs a lesson in customer service. I was there 5/14/19 from 12 to 1PM.

If you want a good deal on things always check there first! Over the years I have bought a lot of things from Big Lots. The staff are really friendly & always helpful. The Billings store is no different.
