I never write reviews especially negative. However, this was such a terrible experience. If you love your dog DO NOT use this groomer. She cut my dog terribly and blocked my driveway preventing me from rushing her to the emergency vet. I had to pay her to get her to move and took my dog to the ER. The bill was over 1k and a traumatic experience for us. The vet was furious that the groomer cut her and so deeply. Please if you love your pet do not use this groomer.

I needed to get my little dog in for a bath and nail trim etc. I called All Pets after having several dog groomers tell me that they were booked up for weeks. I explained my situation and Josie worked Harley in! We dropped him off at 9 and were told we could pick him up at noon. He looked great and we couldn't be happier. If your dog needs a bath or grooming, call Josie!!

We have been taking our dogs to see Josie for over 20 years. She always does a fantastic job. Our vet even has commented on what a good groomer she is. I have read stories of bad experiences with groomers such as razor burns and cuts. We have never had this happen with All Pets. Josie and Rick are the best !

Pulled the old bait and switch on me. Told me $50 for the size of dog I have on phone. When I picked him up they charged me $75...and just for haircut...no wash and shampoo or nails. Also.. did not ask for immunization records which seems a bit sketchy.

Josie is amazing she has my pup prancing every time he gets groomed by her. She really takes care of your dog so they feel comfortable. She really takes the time on details like plucking the ear hair to prevent infections on my schnauzer. Things that are supposed to be standard she goes above and beyond the AVERAGE GROOMER, and is so adorable!! She is so good about booking for me on short notice when I procrastinate :( getting an appointment!! We love All Pets Grooming!!

These guys are the BEST!! They treat your dog as if it were their own and are total animal lovers. Josie has been doing this for literally decades and is very talented and such a character. This family operated groomer is a hidden gem in Billings.

My 3 month Yorkie poo went there for first hair cut and nail trim. I'm coming back to this now that my Yorkie poo is almost 2 years, & I took him here a couple more times, & he didn't like the groomer, he got irritated ears, & I found a new groomer.

Our Shih Tzu was groomed at All Pets for the first time today. If there were more than 5 stars....she would get them! They treated him so well and he looks fantastic!!! We had our little guy groomed at PetSmart for over a year..by the same groomer each time ....he ended up at the Vet because they strangled him. Took me over a year to trust anyone to groom him. I was grooming him myself at home and did a horrible job I admit...:) I will be taking him back to Josie and her husband and not worry! She did such a great job!!! Thank you Josie!!!

Excellent groomer. Our dogs love going here and they get great treatment. She is very patient, thurough and able to work us in with little notice. We have used her for three different dogs over ten years and have never been disappointed.

I brought in my Yorkshire terrier today for a wash and grooming. The appointment was at 11, and I was told she would be ready by 2:30pm. I requested a summer cut and the stylist asked if that meant a quarter inch off her. I said yes, that would be great. Alas, when I went to retrieve my delicate canine flower, it looked like an amateur had gone after her with dull scissors. There are sections trimmed unevenly, clumps of hair, and large shaven areas much closer to the skin than a quarter inch. Jane has beautiful eyelashes, and even those weren't not spared the knife. She is so ashamed, she won't go near a mirror. The neighborhood dogs barked in disgust as she took her evening stroll, and now, to our horror, she is telling her boyfriend not to visit until the end of summer. After this experience, I'm afraid we will be forced to seek a skilled stylist for our canine's coiffure.

First time taking one of my dogs there, when I told Josie that Petsmart said they had to shave my dog, she told me to go get him, I couldn't as they already had him, so I had her do my other dog, she actually did a pretty good job, and she didn't charge as much.

A wonderful place to go. Flexible hours great people. Great prices compared by far in town way less then the other big notice able places. You and your pet will be very happy when you drop off and when you pick up your pet.
