Amazing Team! They accept Good R/X right from your phone! No matter what medications you’re on, they treat people like humans, who deserve care and respect! 100 Stars ⭐️ all the way!On that note: I will NEVER go back to CVS. They treated me terribly. Sometimes they would t even fill my medications, if they “thought” the co pay was too high, in case I couldn’t pay! Awful! I love Osco Alberstons Pharmacy! Some have drive through as as well! Treat them well, so they stay awesome! 🙏🏼Thanks again! Also amazing management team! One day they called me 3 times, just to remind me my doctor had yet to refill one of my medications! The Pharmacy Manager called me back, BEFORE my doctors office, to let meKnow it was ready to go! I can’t say enough GREAT for things about Osco Pharmacy.* NOT a paid review! Just the truth!

We just had a recruiter for BlackRock admit that it doesn't matter who the President is but rather who they bow the knee to behind the scenes. He proclaimed that Senators are incredibly easy to buy off and will do their bidding for chump change, he elaborated on how war is profitable for corporations and they actually get excited when things go awry. This is an atrocity but this has been the way of the world for longer than people are willing to admit, but now, thanks to brave journalists like James O'Keefe, the truth is plain as day.America:You do not have a Republic or a Democracy.Your politicians are blackmailed.The will of the people is subverted.You have hidden puppet masters preying upon the government and manipulating world events like you are mere pawns in the system.They thrive off our ignorance.But no longer.It's time for the world to wake up.

Terrible customer service! Prescription order sent amply several hours in advance of pick up. I was told at the window it won't be available for 3 days at the earliest with no courtesy call to let me know so order could be sent elsewhere. Apathy at its finest. When asked why no called to let me know why my prescription could not be filled the manager said I fill 700 prescriptions a day I don't have time to check them all to see if i have them.

It won't let me give 0 stars otherwise I would! For someone that's trying to get their life back in order and on track is hard enough as is!!! So if You want to be treated without courtesy or respect go here! Also if you want to be without your medication go to this Pharmacy!! Or if you want to go to a place that does not give good customer service this is your place!!!

Took exceptionally long to get my prescriptions filled. Pharmacist did not ask if I wanted half of my prescription (it needed to be mixed) when I dropped off my two scripts, so it took additional time picking up my prescription. This process is neither efficient nor practical. Perhaps they should check beforehand so they can start working on scripts in a timely manner.

After switching over to Albertson's pharmacy, I was pleasantly surprised when my meds were filled before I asked for them. My previous pharmacy couldn't get anything right (no names, just three little letters that start with C and end with S). I'm new to this pharmacy, but I think I'll stay with them for a good long while.

I have used Albertsons pharmacy for 20Years And until the last year have been extremely pleased With the service.. I am disabled and have used drive through option every since it opened,, for the last Few months it Is always closed andIt is a real problem for me.. I walk with crutches and getting in and out of my car is difficult,,plus there is always a line.. I do not understand how “lack of staff” only effects the drive through! Close one of the inside windows instead! I am looking at other options after 20 years.. especially with Covid I do NOT want to make Unnecessary contact with a bunch of people In a store who won’t wearA mask!

This pharmacy consistently fills my prescriptions late. Once they even ran out of my medication didn’t inform me tell I came to pick it up, and then told me that I could just go to Walgreens and get it which proved false due to them not releasing it. Recently I tried to refill a prescription yet again and an employee was so condescending and disrespectful to me I’ll never go back again. They’re disorganized, less than cordial, and apparently forgot how to treat people. If you want everyone in line knowing your business I highly recommend this pharmacy, if you value your HIPAA protections go elsewhere!

I have had my perscriptions for 12 plus years filled here.Just recently i began having trouble getting my prescriptions filled. I went in and spoke w the woman who was being rude she smerked and mocked me. I would highly recommend not using this pharmacy as 2 employees informed me that i would have to call back in the morning to remind them that my prescription needed filled at 9 am my last month's perceptions were over week late being filled i would highly recommend CVS pharmacy thats where i moved my prescriptions to

This pharmacy is a joke. They're rude and always busy. I get it sucks being busy, but work somewhere else if you cant help those in need. Always waiting and I get texts saying my meds are ready AND THEY NEVER ARE. Biggest joke of a pharmacy I've ever seen. Switching for sure.

I have given this pharmacy more chances than I should have with zero improvement! I have been coming here for months and concluded that 90% of the pharmacist here get more satisfaction when they can find a reason to NOT fill my scripts, even when my personal doctor that I see monthly tells me that I am ok to fill the specific script on the specific day. I have left the pharmacy in the Billings Heights multiple times feeling like some sort of a criminal or druggie!! This is unacceptable in every way and I will NOT ever be filling my much needed scripts at Osco pharmacy in the Billings heights.

I would not recommend this pharmacy at all. The pharmacist at this particular pharmacy thinks that they’re a doctor when their job is to simply fill prescriptions. You might want to go back to school for a few years if you want to be a doctor. My wife has also had her prescriptions filled here for years and there is just nothing good about this place.

Unprofessional, rude, slower than molasses in January. Your job isnt hard, put the pills in a jar and smile. Incapable of doing any of those things in a timely manner.Used this pharmacy for decades. Recently its gone downhill. 1 star is giving these folks way to much credit.
