First time in this new location. I was very excited about the cheese section. I may be wrong, but I think it's the largest variety in any of the billings Albertsons. Also a pleasant variety of canned cold brew drinks that I hadn't experienced heretofore.

Great selection, Albertsons prices... but the last three times I've been there, checking out has been impossible. Masses of people, not enough cashiers, malfunctioning auto-scan machines, one thing after another.Try Winco. Personally, I've given up on Albertsons.Perhaps I should mention the package of ground turkey I bought there that had chunks of plastic embedded in it.Try Winco.

Amazing staff!! So very helpful!! The bakery ladies and self checkout attendant went out of their way to help with my needs. I am very grateful. A very pleasant environment and experience.

I tip my hat to the bakery department @ the new Albertsons in Billings 59106. I ordered a frozen the movie cake for my granddaughters 5th birthday party. The cake was a work of art & it was moist & delicious. Thank you all for being professional, friendly & making my granddaughter so happy!

THIS, Albertsons doesn’t carry hand baskets anymore. While I aimlessly looked around for one, I asked what looked like A manager as to why?! The response I got was “they break easily” My question after that is, “how is someone who is handicapped suppose to get their groceries???” He POINTED TO A Motorized Handicap Shopping Cart. As someone who has a quadriplegic mother, who CANT transfer OUT of her chair to a motorized wheelchair is unprofessional, she uses the basket to put on her lap to not only get her groceries but also to hold her purse and accessories when her DAUGHTER OR HUSBAND isn’t their to help her. She is a strong women that can improvise but WE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!!

On your information page it says you are LGBTQ friendly, that's great! However, shouldn't you be friendly to everyone? Why point certain groups out? Besides if you weren't friendly it would be discrimination and a hate crime. Enough said!

This store is exactly what you would expect from a new flagship location. Great selections, super friendly staff, easy shopping flow to get what you need and get going. One of the coolest things about this location is the layout was definitely set up by somebody who does the family's grocery shopping both for the week and in the quick runs. Your main weekly basics can be done in one trip around the outside of the store. Their meat counter here is one of the best in the area not only by selection, and quality of the product but also the people. I wish I could remember the older Gentleman who helped me while in on a busy Sunday but he was very nice and loved his chorizo and the bacon wrapped tenders and poppers.

The best! That's it. 👍 But if you need more info here goes. Went to the meat counter and they hand cut me 3 Rib Eye steaks. Brand new store means brand new shopping carts... no wheel rattle and they roll straight. Nice wide aisles. Huge selection of everything. And a lot of self checks so no waiting in line. Huge parking lot with easy entry & exit...

We've typically done our grocery shopping at WinCo. Not only is this store closer to us, but it is significantly less busy, has a good selection, comparable prices, you can use your credit card, they have a rewards program, and the employees have been SO nice and helpful.My four year old loves the "Shopper in Training" carts and I love that it's not busy and is very well kept. This store will definitely be our go-to for grocery shopping!

I love this location in general. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating however I am really disappointed about my experience with the bakery department. I ordered a cake for my sons second birthday and I met with the decorator brought a picture and went over everything with her. When I went to go pickup the cake it looked like someone had accidently dropped it and the side was smashed and a bunch of the frosting had come off. The woman I spoke to said I could wait for the manager to come in and fix it. When I went to go pick it up again it was fixed but the cake looks terrible. I didn't have time to find another option as I had scheduled it so it would be in time for my sons birthday party. On top of all of this I had specified with the person making the cake that I wanted certain colors and she even wrote notes herself and they didn't follow the instructions and the cake wasn't the colors I had asked for. I'm sure it was a mistake and I understand accidents happen but it was my first experience with the bakery department and it wasn't a great one.

This new Albertsons is simply beautiful. It is laid out for easier shopping. There are many choices, too. The Deli and Bakery is scrumptious!!!! This is now my go to store!!!!!
