Pros: Nice, clean store. Good selection of products. They make very good fried chicken!Cons: The Albertsons app is kludgy and the staff can't navigate it any better than I can. Prices are ridiculously high, even for the current economic situation.

Normally I’m not the biggest donut fan, but the bakers at Rehberg & Grand Albertsons have outdone themselves. I had a maple glazed donut with sprinkles today, and it was the most perfect tasting donut I’ve ever had. Five stars!

Worst selection of bread of any grocery store! I was looking for dinner rolls and they didn't have them or even have the ones that come in an aluminum pan. Since shopping here is NOT a pleasure, in addition to their high prices, I'll gladly seek fulfillment at WinCo.

I am very disappointed in the service I received there today. There was an issue with their self checkout and as a result, I was unable to get the groceries I shopped for. It would not process my card properly and from the start, I was treated like someone who had done something wrong, not a valued customer. Both the self checkout cashier and manager on duty would not take time to listen that the payment went through, but rather they chose to tell me that there was something wrong on my card and it was not something they were willing to help with at all. I left very unhappy, hungry, and with no groceries. The money was returned back onto my card as soon as I got back into my car. If I had been treated with any respect, I would have promptly gone back in and paid for those groceries. I'm just not used to this kind of treatment at Albertsons.

The cashier bagged 3 glass jars of marinara in one bag. When I picked up the bag, the handle broke, and the jar smashed into my cart and broke. I told her what happened, and she grabbed the bag from my hand. I said, "Be careful. There's broken glass. " She proceeded to put 2 more grocery bags around it and then handed it back to me, broken glass and all. And then proceeded to charge me for it. Very concerning, in my opinion.

Went to the seafood counter and asked for mussels. Not only did they have fresh mussels, the attendant (a very nice gentleman) went through them to make sure they were good before weighing them for me.Everyone working there seemed to be in high spirits, which was nice to see.

Less people since the new store opened west of this one which is nice. But this particular store is always out of routine items & I have to go to the one on 24th to complete my list. I have pretty much given up on this location but made the mistake of going today after a Subway lunch next door. Always disappointing...

I like going to Albertsons because the employees are very nice and courteous. Produce is always good and nice selection. Meat and seafood always has a nice selection. The pharmacy always has your prescription ready for pickup.

I've been an Albertsons gal for many years. Although your prices are a little high, I am willing to pay them because the quality of everything is so good. The reason for only three stars is because of the lack of security and poor Asset Protection. You cannot continue to allow people to waltz into the store, fill up their baskets and carts and just walk out the door without paying!! When this behavior is allowed to take place, it causes ALL employees to become accomplices to the crime. There is an easy way to correct this situation. You hire more Asset Protection personnel and security guards and station then at the two exit/entry doors. 100 percent of the shoplifters come and go though these doors. Your security and Asset Protection personnel should be covering the store and checking receipts of ALL persons leaving the store through these doors with carts and baskets filled with items. Most of the time, shoplifters do not have their items bagged and that is a huge red flag. Once the word gets out that receipts are being checked and security has been increased, there will be less theft. It is my observation that this should be implemented immediately.

Well stocked with fresh produce and other great products. Only downside is the App doesn't work when checking out for the coupons. Have to go to customer service to get the sales price after checkout.

I was actually at the Billings Clinic Express Care located in the Albertsons. I loved these places, pre covid, as an alternative to same day care at the hospitals. It was awesome. You could make a 15 to 20 minute appointment to get some many things done way quicker. It makes me sad that they are closing them down again. Billings Clinic corporate sucks, they are all about the covid money and not customer service. I am moving my business back to St. Vs!

$5.69 for a dozen eggs....I really wish people would wake up and stop shopping here to show them how lame their greed is. Their prices are really unbelievable, not to mention alot of stuff I see there is expired. Just terrible.

Busy but great grocery store. The staff here are friendly, helpful and kind. This is the biggest grocery store on the west end with the largest selection.Produce: Fruits and vegetables always look great.Deli/bakery: Always well stocked and has fresh items.Meat/seafood: Some of the best selection in town… oh and they have a dry aged meats case.Cons: There is usually a wait line for the checkouts and the prices are higher than the Win-co/Town and Country stores but you get what you pay for.

Staff are not the most voluntarily helpful nor do they ever seem happy to help or take your money. The other day, a cashier informed us she has to scan items on a time frame so my questions were slowing her down. MANAGER, please rethink your message to your team.The selection is good so we return.Competition will pass you by one day if this message continues in my humble paying customer opinion.Good service always begins with good managers....????

On three separate occasions this summer I have witnessed the staff here refuse to sell alcohol to minors and to those obviously selling to minors (kids were literally picking out and putting their selections into their buyers cart while staff were nearby!). Awesome work by awesome people - it's nice to see such diligence in our community!

Albertsons itself is a good place to shop,but as for the Wells Fargo inside Albertsons it is bad. They want to charge someone who has an account with them and when asked for a debit card as a form of ID they act so surprised. Really poor customer service

The best department in the store is the deli. Great chicken and sides. They have added some new salads that are delicious. The cheese selection is exceptional. Produce is good as well. Pricey but worth it.

I go out of my way to shop here, only cause it is clean, friendly, and the service is good. They have plenty of options to shop for, and they have everything needed for the house. There is also a bank, starbucks, and florist that have really good things. I always feel that this particular place has better quality stuff when it comes to fruits and vegetables.

I'm new to this area/store and finding things was a bit challenging, but the staff was very helpful in directing me to isles when looking for something. I had to ask more than one staff person and they were all knowledgable about the store. Thanks for a good experience in an unfamiliar store.

I got an instacart order and my phone was only at 16%. I'm a quick shopper but there were a few items I don't normally get like organic Ginger and organic garlic and kale that was was organic but the produce guy was very very helpful very polite and I got it done before my phone died

At 5 pm on Saturday there is no one working at the meat counter. Staff laughed about not being fully staffed. They were very unhelpful. Very disappointed with customer service.

Great grocery store. The staff here is very friendly/helpful, and the fruits and vegetables always look great. There is often a line, but the staff is so friendly, even when they are super busy, that I don't mind the wait.
