Surprisingly good produce compared to local competitors. However, recent changes to shopping hours make it inconvenient to shop early in the morning. A deli clerk was apalled at my asking if anymore chicken tenders would be available (at 5 p.m. on a Friday). Baskets are unavailable for use. Aisle signs are confusing (someone with cognitive difficulties would have a lot of trouble locating items by relying on the signs).Besides the produce, I reccomend saving your time, energy, and positive outlook by just going down the street to Town & Country.

Very disappointed in Albertsons this morning. I go to the 1212 Grand store every Monday at 6:15 am to get donuts for all my coworkers but this morning was very different. I went to my usual door by the Pharmacy only to see a sign that says use middle entry doors, no big deal until I get to the middle door and the doors won’t open. As I’m looking around I don’t see any signs or notices of hour changes so i decided to call and the employee tells me they’re not open until 7. Since when? Would have been nice to be given a heads up so I could make other plans but instead I show up to work without the Monday breakfast for our meeting. Let’s just say Albertsons is not on our list of places to go now.

This store has some of the best and worst employees imaginable. In February 2024, an article in the national news reports Albertsons and Kroger have illegally colluded to ensure union workers cannot move between these two large employers. Add to this, Fortune Magazine reported Albertsons price gouged customers to the tune of 2500% profit during the pandemic and have continued this predatory pricing structure. Why shop here at all? WINCO, Walmart and IGA are trusted grocery stores and their pricing is 40-60% less than Albertsons on name brand products.

They’re always out of stuff. Size 7 diapers? None .. bread? Always picked over.. flowers look terrible, their pet food and paper products aisles have huge swaths of empty space. WHO does the ordering because they’re not doing their job

This Albertsons is awesome! They keep it consistently clean and stocked with items. They recently updated the interior and I will say it is an improvement. The layout seems more intuitive and everything is easy to find. The floral department has a very nice display area. They added a hot wing station in the deli department. They moved toiletries to the pharmacy side. More than that the staff has proven consistently helpful, friendly and efficient.

Older gentleman with glasses and grey hair at self checkout is AWESOME! He deserves a promotion. I shop here almost every day and he is the best!Other employees have been rude. Tall older bald cashier guy and some bakery employees have horrible attitudes.

Was just passing through on my way to Bozeman, stopping to grab some snacks - I noticed that the strawberries had mold on them but the blueberries/raspberries looked okay and I just wanted to get back on the road. I didn’t notice until I was too far away to turn around that the blueberries also had mold on them. Oh well can’t do anything about it now but I called the store just to let someone know and to have them throw away the old, gross produce before another customer bought some without looking super closely. I didn’t care about a refund as it was just $5 for two packs. I was transferred to the produce department and talk to a man named Travis who could not have cared less about moldy fruit set out for sale and then told me that “sometimes they just come in like that,” uh yeah and then whoever sets them out is supposed to make sure those are thrown away?? I hope that the fruit was discarded but who knows, I wouldn’t risk getting any “fresh” food from there.

Customer service is exceptional. As far as pricing, unless what you need is on sale, you are going to pay more. They have an app that has good coupons, but you need to have it installed on your device and have the device with you at the register. I feel they could come up with a system that was more customer friendly,

This store is no longer what it once was and it's very disappointing because it is the store closest to us. The old store manager used to be seen all the time, was always very friendly, and you would see him engaging with his employees and customers all the time. I can't say that I even know who the new store manager is but I can tell you that they need to spend more time on the floor in the store to know what is going on in it. If they did, they'd see that the shelves are ridiculously empty on a regular basis and that the staff no longer seem to be happy as they once were. A new store is being built near us and I sincerely hope that this store manager isn't going to be running it.

Customer care counter (tobacco shop) very enthusiastic female staff. but on the contrary, i been there at 7pm him alway there,there is a man about 30-33 years old with a mustache that looks terrible, I don't know the name (I forgot the name, if I remember, I will tell it here), I don't know. I didn't do anything to him, but his face was always cold and annoyed with me. and I left I don't want to buy anything from him. I don't understand why such a supermarket would hire such people to work. should fire, I will never go back there. and I will tell my family and friends to stay away from him. I want to tell him that you are the dirtiest man I have ever met. you will meet the same thing as you did to me

I’ve been a courtesy clerk at this establishment for nearly 2 years and threw that two years the managers of treating me nothing but like trash. Just about every single employee here either keeps to them selves or a relatively nice except for management. Jackie Howie Lynn is extremely mean and snotty towards me out of the near two years I’ve been working here she is only asking me how Im doing twice. All I ever get from her is a mean look and sometimes a snotty remark as one time when she asked where employee was I informed her on where the employee may be and she replied with “alright Mr.Bright” implying as if I am unintelligent or thinking I am intelligent. She acts as if I am less than her and that I am nothing more than just an object meant to bag groceries and push heavy carts. I tried to show her nothing but respect and I get nothing in return although the manager Lois actually shows me kindness and decency, something rare from management. Lois is the only manager that has actually looked and talk to me like as if I were a human and not as if I was something less.

We probably shop here several times a week. We live near by so it is convenient for us as well. Good grocery store with a deli, pharmacy, and Starbucks too!

Clean and most everything was displayed well. Employees had smiles and greeted customers and were doing there jobs. Love there huge deli options and varieties in there meat and fish. I find there decor warm feeling and gives feelings to take your time and enjoy the experience. Bathrooms were clean as was the parking lot.

Very pleasant shopping today. Store not crowded, aisles clear, most people wearing masks, employees very helpful & cheerful, checkout was quick, & employees bagged my groceries. AND we can again bring & use our own shopping bags. They even had some available for purchase. Yeah!

Basically like our stop and shop back on the east coast. Plentiful selection, friendly employees, well kept store. Management should reward the employees better than just a pizza party equivalent for this level of experience.

Albertson's, while a bit expensive on sticker price, has one of if not the best produce and meat selection of any "chain-style" grocer I've visited in Billings.If you are willing/able to make use of their app, specifically the coupon cutting option, the price difference to other major chains is negligible (typically a few dollars over or under their competitors). I will admit there is some learning curve on figuring it out if you're not used to rewards program apps like it.The staff is helpful, and knowledgeable about their products and services, the deli is always tidy and willing to cut/weigh whatever you need. The butcher is clean, and extremely precise.

I enjoy the wide variety of products here. Produce, flowers, and meat are fresh. My only compaint, however, is that discounts don't always apply as they ought to at the register. I use the app for creating lists and finding deals. After they were rung up at full price, the person at customer service refunded me with great service. I would like to see the app function more effectively. One more advantage, though, is the fast self-checkout option.

Clean, close to my house and never a long line. Prices vary as far as different sections go, but overall not too bad. Employees are always willing to lend a hand if you ask. Parking was not an issue, which as I get older seems more and more important (guh.....).

Albertsons is an awesome store. You want drive up and go. I got to say almost every Albertsons have it now. That's for the people who don't have much time to shop or the one with lots of kids and no time. The Albertsons stores are always clean and extremely safe. They are taking all the guideline stops to make it a better experience for all. If you shop at Albertsons,you can get a discount for online shopping for first time and seniors day(first Thursday of each month for additional 10%). You want to save money. You need to download the just 4 u app. Other discounts is 25 dollars off 2 visits each for switching your pharmacy to Albertsons pharmacy. The deals from the just 4 u app are really good with lots of variety to choose from and gets better every week. You get the weekly and monthly sales every week and month. The sales are pretty decent. I highly recommend visiting Albertsons

My favorite Albertson's in the area. They always seem to have what I want or need in stock, and the deli food is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. Also, the sales are worth the trip; just don't forget to download the Albertsons app.

High prices, low selection, below average quality. The lines are often long. THIS store in particular (1212 Grand) is a big disappointment. The others are slightly better, but the price are 20-30% higher for the same item than other grocery stores. They want to charge high prices like a specialty store but there is nothing special.

The only drawback is that employees are still forced to wear masks. This is Montana. Let them breathe! Otherwise, great selection, prices. The deals you get with downloading their app are also excellent!

Not too impressed with the customer service today. Very grouchy and even a little put out that my back of my Expedition was full of boxes and she made the comment that she wasn't sure my groceries would fit in the back seat ( the whole back seat) handed us the reciept with a very weak thank you... I get being hot n tired, but really.

The store was clean and well kept up with. Their deli has a great selection of chicken, pastas, potato and egg salads. They also had a sushi selection. I definitely recommend the zesty bucket of wings and fried potatoes for 11.99
