This is one of the best Albertson's I've been to, both in MT and CA. Paul is awesome and always friendly. Yes, they are out of stock many times on some items that I regularly purchase, but typically they get them within a week or so. The only issue I've ever had there is when the aisles are crowded with stocking-I usually go in early right after they open, but one would think it would make far better sense to stock during the closed hours before opening to the public! Other than that, friendly staff and clean store.

I just wanted to commend & praise Penelope (Penni), Rachel, Becky and a couple other associates that help us regularly, On the amazing job they do of going above and beyond with their customer service and help. My daughter and I frequent the 24th Street and Central Albertsons often & each and every time we leave with a smile on our face because of the wonderful people you have working. They deserve a raise and a promotion. Simple as that! It's a night and day difference on how well they do at this location compared to any other location Albertsons in Billings Montana (Especially The Majority Of The Rude Staff At The Grand & Rehberg / 3137 Grand Ave location Especially the LARGE, dark haired, light skinned lady with the terrible attitude who works the checkout and was extremely rude to my daughter and I when we checked out right before close one evening, you should take some lessons and training from the staff at the 24th st location. If I was manager of that stored I would have been appalled by the way she treated my daughter and I let alone how many other people she's probably treated in the same disgusting manner. Though I will say the young man they have working at the self checkout at the Grand & Rehberg location did a very good job with my daughter and I and was very helpful just like they are at the 24th location. So like say it's not all the employees that do a sub hard job at customer service at the Grand and River location but enough for me to say something in this review for the 24th Street location). My daughter actually gets excited to go to the Albertsons on 24th and Central because they're so kind and respectful and nice to us when we come in. They make us feel very welcome and are always so helpful I can't say enough good things Thank you so much for being good human beings and going above and beyond what your job title calls for. It's people like you that make the world a better place

Shopped here for a few groceries and went to deli for fried chicken.On our way to car we spilled bag and dropped 2 pieces on the ground.I went back to by 2 pieces to replace them. The man at deli heard what happened and gave us replacement for free!Who does that anymore? Not Publix @ home in Georgia.He was so sweet and a testament to customer service.Thanks guys, you have a great store and employees.

I can almost always find what I'm looking for. Great quality produce at fair prices. Great buys on sale items. Short wait times when checking out. Ample parking. Friendly staff. Really great bakery items. Aisles are well marked making it easy to find what you're looking for.

Today, an Albertsons employee approached my Hispanic wife and launched a bigoted diatribe about immigrants stealing American jobs. In recent years, casual racists became empowered through the negligent political discourse of an unfortunate populist cult. The bullies are now unafraid to verbally assault strangers while representing massive businesses in the public sector. My wife received a dismissive response from management regarding Albertson's general environment resembling an open-mic night at a Klan rally. When I spoke with Jarrod, the location’s manager, he openly defended the remarks as appropriate for the context. Decent humans should feel shame spending money at this dump. Just cross the street to the cheaper Winco, where I assume the employees demonstrate class toward a diverse demographic.

I generally like Albertsons. Delli guy wasn't very nice but hey maybe he having a bad day. Not a huge deal very common anymore but I tried to just get a couple of things for a quick bite to eat for the wife and I. 2 burritos and 4 chicken strips personal cup of ranch 1 small bag of chips and 2 drinks shouldn't cost as much as a sit down restaurant. It just silly.

We visit several times a week since it is so close. If you use the app you can save money on items and earn free items through their rewards. We use it all the time. Their meat is the best!

There's not much to say. They actually have people working the register and now days that seems to be fading fast. I hate self check out. If I have to scan and bag my own groceries I need to be paid for it or discounted on my price. I was in and out quickly with everything I went for. A+ in my book.

Overall, it's fine, but 🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟 5 stars for the plant department. I don't expect the staff to know care info, they deal with way too many plants & other duties, but the service was fantastic, the staff person did know quite a bit, and the quality of the plants is amazing. No bugs came home! And all 7 of the plants I bought recently are doing wonderfully, from the $3 succulents to the $28 monstera with gorgeous fenestrations. To the staff who helped me pick the most mature monstera, Ursula says hi and already is unfurling huge, holey leaves.

Typical grocery store with helpful staff. This location is also my family pharmacy. The pharmacy staff are extremely knowledgeable, kind and willing to answer as many questions as you may have. No real changes to the layout but they do have a nice beer selection if that's your thing!

Great neighborhood Market, they don't have Boars head in their deli, so I mostly go to Rehberg street Albertsons. Ps their cakes are always ready in a pinch to buy and pretty tasty in my opinion

They have great deals during sale events each week. They are more expensive than other grocery stores however I always utilize the savings and coupons you can add if you are a rewards member. Then you can save quite a bit of money.

Great place to order graduation or birthday cakes. We never go any where else but here for our daughters birthday cakes. They are very creative and accommodating for cake orders, with late orders, if catch them in time. We always order picture cakes and they come out perfect.

Great local store with fresh produce and meats. Many locations throughout town and consistent from store to store. They often have a sale with a variety of items worth stocking up on. They have about the freshest, reasonably priced flowers in town. Great for quick stops to get the things you need without the hassle of a big box store. Very friendly space.

I haven't shopped at Albertsons a whole lot since it's competitor opened up across the street. However I must say that they have great workers and they keep the store clean. One down side I only have is some of the pricing and when they have the 2/$x deals on some items for example the off the block parmesan that is 1 for $4.29 or 2/$5 it sort of feels like your being overcharged if you wanted to just buy one. However I don't work there and don't know entirely how their savings works but it may perhaps discount it still even if you only get the 1. Other than that it is a great grocery store and I will continue business there every now and then! Thanks Albertsons

The prices were great when I used the "JustforU" coupons on the app! My cashier was wonderful. My receipt says his name is Eric. I went through the checkout on 11-18-19 at 8:09pm. He deserves some acknowledgement. I'm very pregnant and he was very kind and helpful when I was struggling to understand how the app coupons work, and I only had a certain amount of money on me. I always come here, and Eric will be the determining reason I continue to do so, instead of shop at the WinCo across the street. I also must mention... I love that this location is open 24-hours now, as I have come in a lot during the middle of the night for my shopping. There is also a man named Levi in the deli that I have talked to a number of times and he has always been very friendly and professional. He must have worked here a long time because I remember him from years ago being very helpful with my mom and I on many occasions. These people keep me coming back! So thank you and I hope they receive the acknowledgement they deserve for being great at what they do and really seeming to genuinely care.

I like all the Albertson's stores, especially 24th and Central, Grand and 12th and 30th and Grand. My only complaint is that they do not care, nor do they attempt to stop their inventory from just walking out the door. It is literally beatleheaded to allow shoplifters to just walk out of the store with carts full of unpaid items. The Albertsons/Safeway company needs to rework the Asset Protection policy for every single store. This should include the hiring of Asset Protection Personnel to cover ALL shifts, posting personnel at the exit doors to check receipts and at the entrance doors to monitor people leaving through them and to check for receipts. Normally, all shoplifters leave through the large entrance doors and much of their items such as meat, produce etc is not normally bagged. Once thieves realize these rules have been put in place, most stores will see a drop in shoplifting. My other complaint is that MANY under age people are stealing and walking out with cases of alcohol. Not only is this wrong, it is ileagle to allow young, under age people to leave the store with alcohol. Asset Protection should have the authority to apprehend and hold shoplifters until they can be turned over to the police. Albertsons should be prosecuting these people to the full extent of the law. It will send a message to other potential shoplifters that they will be going to jail if they attempt to steal. Do not tell me that these precautions cannot be implemented because we all know that they can.

This Albertsons has bar-none, the best customer service in town. I shop at the store on Rehberg and Grand a lot, and their service has declined big time. I am there every morning, and the cashiers at self-checkout just ignore you and act like they've never seen you before. Maybe I'm just old-fashioned, but I think if you have a daily customer, you talk to them. I know I like to chat with people I see every day... Anyways, the store on 24th & Central is much friendlier. The cashiers are great, even at self-checkout. They always smile directly at you, thank you for putting things away, and tell you to have a nice day. The store is always clean and well-stacked, as well! The deli is amazing!! And the guys working there are super friendly.

This is a very clean store. The staff are helpful and there is ample cashier's to help with fast checkout times. Self checkout is also available. I like this store and will continue being a customer. I feel valued when I visit this store.

I have mixed feelings. There are a couple of cashiers that are not friendly at all. Then there are the other few that are tremendous. I do realize sometimes people have a bad day, but this is every time I see them working. You almost want to look for a different cashier to check out with.

The store itself was ok but employees all were very rude if I ask help to find something they seemed as if they didn't wanna be bothered with me therefore I'm from Michigan so I knew nothing about the store at all So give a pat on the back for my cashier Mikey he was very nice and helpful !!!

Store is confusing to find products. Shopped here a lot and it is always adventure. Asked employee for help and the two of them gave me for aisles to look in before item was found.Fair values but test patience often.Good flower selection.
