Have been going for awhile, but one of the security was quite rude as of recent, I would recommend avoiding a big lady as she stalked me while I was simply shopping. Then questioned me after I purchased my items, overall lovely just avoid the big lady who has stink eye.

I have to say the people who work at the deli section were very professional and friendly. They deserve a raise. Also, I believe the vegetable lo-mein is better that the Japanese Steakhouse nearby by far. I'll be ordering my food from here from now on. Could you fix the error where EBT isn't accepted for cold cuts? That cost me a small fortune. Most of the rest of the United States accepts food stamps when you order cold cuts.Thanks,John M

Was treated very rudely for not having enough time out my busy schedule to go wait in the customer service line just to turn in a brand new gray glove that has black on the index finger and thumb. If I didn’t like the pharmacy staff so much I’d never ever go back. Sure it’s close to my home but I’d rather travel to any other store then to go back and get treated like an inconvenience which I even apologized for.

Wish it was open earlier/later (8 to 8) but it's convenient to downtown Billings if you're not looking to eat out or don't want to get groceries at the AM/PM or Walgreens.

Not my favorite store to shop at, but it's the only grocery store downtown Billings, so I have grown to appreciate that it's even there. The layout is quite a bit different than the other three Albertsons in town, and they are constantly out of items that online show as in stock, and they have a security guard whose job seems to be kicking homeless people out of the store- none of the other Albertsons have that. It's a pain to get batteries, chargers, cords, or earbuds bc they lock them up at this store (again, the other Albertsons don't do that), plus they close really early... Good things about this store are they sell rolls of quarters (not easy to find a non-bank that does that anymore), they are friendly, and it's walking distance from my house.

Its handy to have a grocery store on this side of town. Nice clean store on the inside, really friendly customer service. Unfortunately this location is smaller than most of their other stores and doesn't carry products you'd find in a larger store. Location is a problem too. Being close to the Hub and the downtown area, you'll find unsavory people shopping inside and loitering outside of the store. I'm sure management tries to handle this as best they can, but still a problem.

I love the produce department here! So clean and fresh. Prices are compatible, selection is a little scarce but this is a smaller, neighborhood grocery. Nice shopping experience. AND, the self check out guy is very helpful and courteous.

Best Pharmacy I had to deal with in a long time.Alas with that said. The highest prices anywhere.Learn how to work the guest features, even though corporate will tell you that you don't have to create account and use guest. The management will try to force you to reveal your info.Be warned

Best place in town to buy vittles ! The recent flooring replacement and instore improvements make shopping more convenient and comfortable. I only wish that the shopping cart wheels were better maintained. I dislike wobbly or non-turning wheels. IT'S THE BEST PLACE TO SHOP FOR GROCERIES !!

Friendly staff, easy to find the things you need, clean, and great selection! Their produce is always fantastic! Super convenient that they finally added self checkout at this location! I just wish the pharmacy had a drive through, or wasn’t in the very back corner of the store. Definitely a smaller store than some of the other locations in town, but they still have a wide variety! I appreciate that they have a security guard in the parking lot as well; I feel much safer. Handicap parking is a bit far from the entrance.

Clean and well stocked. Friendly employees, great quality goods. Over priced due to it's convenient locations and good quality business. Don't bulk shop here. You'll pay nearly twice for the same goods as you would at Walmart or WinCo. Great when you need an item quickly

The produce is nice and there's a good selection of Meats. The only issue is that there are some very sketchy characters around the area and inside the building so don't be too comfortable shopping there or you might get some issues. So beware when you shop there.

Well Albertsons lost a customer today and this is why, I'm like on the street and couch hoping some and working. Eating a nice hot baked chicken breast, wing, potatoes n gravy & Mac n cheese I just bought there, drinking coke. Security comes around for the first time in two months about and tells me I've got to go. Your f'n kidding me right, I say. Watching the blue Angels practice the rim for the air show n all this weekend. I was half way through my meal, a. Hot one enjoying it with nobody else around. Sitting not in the way however in the shade and I said no I'm not leaving I'm finishing my meal. He calls the cops, Deputy Carnie met me in front as that's where I went from the back, n livid two I was. This 48 Security Officer was that rude, and I can understand the rules and this is ever the first time anything mentioned and he's even got a body cam on. So until Albertsons gets like cafeteria sitting inside and out,, giving choice for a person to eat there food, well I'm out forever until I get an apology that I never expect here even though they could easily find me. However this was wrong I feel and a waste of time for Law Enforcement... I don't steel either, it's not me n I'm not that disrespectful, livid I was and vulgar in limited ways to this rudeness... I've been burned, clothes n bike stolen and kicked out of the local MRM for reporting bed bugs to the Health department and letting people know there special and that they don't need drugs to prove that quality. A lot going on here in Little America being Billings Montana... Love you he place good people beautiful area... Fly Brat out...

Very good produce & deli. Bought dinner to take to the motel to eat there. Food was excellent produce was fresh and very tasty. Kind of expensive but all in all worth every penny, as I had surgery the next morning so I wanted the food to be delicious and it filled up satisfied my appetite quite well.

I was in the store last week looking for a dressing that comes in the salad packages of Cesar salad bags and Craig Boyer stop what he was doing and helped me find the exact same dressing with out buy the salad package I greatly appreciate all his help! I was also in the store today and some other customer was giving him a hard time he was very patient and polite with him I was very unhappy with the way that guy was treating him I was impressed with the way Craig handled the situation ! Thank you for all you do Mr Boyer

Almost everything is higher priced than their competitors. Normally, when this is the case, you observe the overpriced store excel in other areas, such as customer service. I think at least half the population would agree with me when I express this truth.... I would gladly pay a little more per item for a hassle-free mutually respectful interaction with a non-apathetic, halfway happy person who's not actively complaining about the extra 30 minutes they're working or how much they hate their boss. (I propose a new rule, BTW.... "no worries " should only be used in the rare case of you completely free from the sin of spreading the most contagious and quickly growing virus known to man: useless, life-sucking, complaining. Hakuna Matada doesn't apply to you because complaining =something is bothering you. Stop it! )To my prior point, Albertsons doesn't even reach so far into their arsenal of goodness to get even a "C" in the customer service department. Your produce is stunningly expensive. $5+ for a pineapple? I think their beef may have decent sales, here and there. They could definitely tighten things up and be a Publix, if they gave more of an effort.

I have been to 3 Albertsons in Billings area now this is the worst of them. The store was very crowded with stock out in the middle of the already narrow isles. There was more product on the floor than shelves. Some items could not be reached because they are blocked by pallets of random stuff. There was very poor variety in nearly every category. For a great shopping experience take the time and go to the Albertsons on central and 24th.

Not my first choice of Albertson's to go to. It closes earlier than other Albertson's because of crime. Whenever I go, there's always police in the parking lot. I'd recommend using one of the many other Albertson's in town.

An overall good experience. The only thing I think should be easier, is the "just for you" coupons. You have to sign up, install the app, and then go and select the coupon and print it or bring your device to the store, in order to get that price. I believe if your signed up then you should automatically get the price by putting in your phone #. The staff is friendly, the lines aren't that long and most of the time I can find what I came for

Always get exceptional treatment from staff of both the pharmacy and the employees of the store. I love Albertsons. Many of the cashiers know me by name and one even remembers my birthday! Awesome place!

Was doing some last minute holiday shopping. Store does not carry spice cake mix. Just so you know. Has no bearing on my visit. Very fresh vegetable selection. Store was clean. Flower shop was amazing. Right downtown in medical corridor. I had stopped in after a doctor's appointment. Plenty of parking.

It's expensive but so is everything anymore! They need to have all there self checkout lanes open instead of just 2 and 1 person working! I stood in line for 20 minutes plus. It's like that every day I go. They need to figure a way for us to get checked out faster!

Always clean and the people are friendly and helpful. The prices are usually higher than other places, but when items are on sale it really helps. The Albertsons app is also a great place to find sales and even free items, but can be a little tough to navigate. Still, definitely worth installing.

Other than the security guard giving me funny looks,because I'm an amazing looking man. I enjoy the service,the man in the vegetables is very helpful,once needed a pineapple and he recommended a great one. Thanks Craig.
