I don’t expect this to be made right and I don’t even know why I’m typing this. I think it’s a waste of time to be honest. But when a deli clerk gets rude and speaks disrespectful to another, writing to management seems like the only thing you can do. First I get ignored then rudely get my question answered. Then ignored when I ask the guy his name so I can speak to his manager. I’m beside myself over the fact how I put everything on the line 50+ years ago so I can catch some total disrespect from a store clerk who is miserable with his life. Maybe I should spend the $700-$800 a month I spend in this store somewhere else ?

This is my favorite Albertsons in town. I live closer to another one, but I choose to keep my prescriptions and shop mostly at this location. Today I forgot to grab my cash from the self checkout as I was leaving. I realized before I got to the door, walked back to the register, and it was gone. The ladies up front were super nice and quickly worked to get their manager involved. The manager, Chris, had Loss Prevention check the tapes to confirm that it was stolen and kindly offered me store credit, for my mishap. I have never had a bad experience here, but today they went above and beyond.

Albertsons is a great grocery store though not the cheapest. They have one of the best bakeries and their produce is typically better than other stores in town.

You guys need to get more people in there like the lady at the self checkout line. She's outgoing and eager to help. Sorry I didn't catch her name and it was around 11am. She's deserves a raise. Y'all's deli counter is a freaking joke though. There's always like five people back there and the one person helping is helping the bottleneck customer. The others don't even acknowledge you. Come on Team work.... Last I checked the more people you get in and out of your establishment, the more money you make. Your deli department needs some hustle.

In a realm where convenience should reign, the absence of such humble vessels doth confound the diligent shopper. 'Tis as if they expect us to bear our goods in our arms like penitent supplicants. Not very friendly staff. Sat on a chair near the closed Starbucks for not more than 5 minutes while waiting for my boyfriend to finish grocery shopping and a worker went up to me and questioned why I was there. Ended up just taking the keys from my boyfriend and sitting in the car because it was awkward after.

This Albertsons is farther away from my house than the 27th Street Albertsons, but it is worth the extra time and milage to shop at this store as opposed to the downtown store (which is horrible in so many ways). If you live on the Northside or Downtown, save yourself some stress and do your shopping at this Albertsons.

So I visit Albertsons a lot for only certain specials. My biggest gripe here is the "digital only" savings items. I have their app but it never works right. Honestly , its a little bit discriminating to have these special offers only if you have an app. Believe it or not, some people don't have a cell phone to access these specials and they're probably the folks that could benefit the most. My other gripe is the chicken I bought the other day at the deli. Didn't pay attention to what the lady was putting in my bag and wow was it bad.

I love this Albertsons. It's in a convenient location. There always stocked shelves, knowledgeable staff, friendly service, fast and efficient checkouts. Customer Service is very friendly and reachable. Well organized and great deals. Download the Albertsons App for more great deals.

I only go to Albertsons if it's getting late and we don't want to drive across town to WinCo (honestly just go to WinCo it's worth it). Albertsons food is way overpriced and their food quality isn't great, I've had some bad experiences with a lot of their dairy products and now I just won't buy food if I do go. The employees there are very unmotivated and rude as heck! They all look at you like you're stealing and treat you that way as well. Now the prices, so I have a photographic memory when it comes to number and everything is at least 1-3 dollars more than WinCo is. And their bathrooms are gross. So food quality is bad, overpriced, rude lazy employees and managers so why should you spend your hard earned money here?

Store is clean, customer service was great until we got to the cashier Amber, not a hi or not even a word when she handed me my receipt even when we said have a nice day, she just continued to next customer. I would gladly go back to deli, Starbucks, and different cashier at checkout.

It was my first time doing a pick up with Albertsons, and my first time shopping at the one on central. I didn’t drive far enough into the parking lot to see the pick up and go spots , but the woman was totally nice about finding me and dropping things off! So I really appreciate that. But I had to call the store to cancel a few items they substituted with. The items they choose was easily 2 or more dollars than the items I picked and I will in the future be choosing no to the substitutions. The part that is bringing me to leave a review, is that I didn’t get half of my items and I was charged $63.39 for it. I reported the ones I noticed at first glance and then I noticed more items were missing and the app won’t let me report those extra items. With how cruddy my week has been this is what broke the camel’s back and i just started to cry.

Lots of scenery. You could buy dope or get your car stolen pretty easily. Carry your pistol. They're famous for pickpockets and loose women. Don't eat the sushi.

One of the best variety thrift stores in Billings! Thursday is sales day! They discount 2 types of items (ex: books and shoes) 50% off! Craving high quality magazines but don't want to pay full price - get them for under $1 here! Even have free savings card! They open at 9am - before any other second hand store in town! Super friendly staff!

Great grocery store with quality product. The store is well stocked and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. I don't have any issues with this location and would shop frequently except is not in my normal area when visiting the city. I also find the prices a little higher than my liking.

Most staff is super friendly, store is spotless and organized. My favorite one is on Grand Ave but also like the Heights location. Found a Christmas Cactus for 6.99 and within a week it's blooming! It's so healthy and going to produce lots of blooms. You can find this at all Albertsons locations. My only Christmas ornament so far.

Always short staffed at the checkout lines and you can actually watch people shoplift in this store because they are always so busy on the front end. They need to maybe pay a little higher so they can obtain proper employment so us customers don’t have to suffer every time we have to shop there from rude staff to out of stock items.

This Albersons in Bullings, MT was the largest one ive ever been to. It was clean, the workers were helpful and friendly, and the selection of cheese was legit next level

Just tried to purchase 10 lbs of hamburger from Albertsons. Can no longer use a coupon to get the discounted price so I tried downloading the app while checking out. I had the app before but didn’t like it so had deleted it. I could not remember my password so did the forgot password. Never received a link so again did forgot password. Still nothing. Nothing in spam either. I have another email so figured I would just set up a new account. Couldn’t do that either because it recognized my phone number. I left the store without my hamburger. It really shouldn’t be that hard to buy hamburger! I won’t be going back to Albertsons. There are other stores in Billings Montana that appreciate my business and make it easy to shop with them.

Albertsons stores are generally lined up the same so I can shop at any location and find what I'm looking for. The food served in the deli is usually good and can be a nice respite from cooking!

Had a hard time deciding on what we wanted for lunch and a worker approached us with a scornful look and asked if we needed help with something. Rude. Never had this problem before with the workers. Most are so nice and courteous! Especially the meat man 😉

Good service slightly overpriced. Would prefer a mom n pop operation but that is neither Here nor there, kind of like viscosity in sound , it shall implant the wave until it crashes.
