Would of gave the store a 5, but while waiting for my $7 coffee at Starbucks inside, a couple of Albertsons dodos took up the only table while they were on shift, with their price guns on the table. Luckily, the gentleman behind the counter was fast.

Careful buying flowers here. They intentionally don’t put a price on the individual bunches, and they will ring up higher than the sign in front of them. Conning customers is getting to be common everywhere, watch out.

One of the best grocery options in the Billings Heights though not a lot of alternatives. I recommend visit during off times like early morning or no later than 11am otherwise selection of fresh items like produce, dairy, and meat is limited. You'll also have to wait a while to be checked out. They do have a few self check out lanes but there's always a line and doesn't save time if you have more than a hand basket. Aisles are tight but overall well organized. We can usually find what we're looking for though don't expect to find those specialty ingredients. There's an on-site Starbucks and pharmacy that provides great service and the rewards program is decent. You can tell Albertsons is trying to make an effort with things like dry aged beef, local produce options, and selection of dietary restriction items (gluten free, dairy free, and meat alternatives) but would love to see more.

Found what I needed, prices were average, staff was helpful when I couldn't find something and store was clean.Sushi is very good from there, made fresh that morning, and a good verity. They will make whatever you want if you get there while they are making it. Sushi makers are really friendly and funny!

I feel like this is necessary to share since I spoke with the manager and then corporate and nobody ever called me back or tried to make this right. It’s been 2 weeks and still no word. Two weeks ago I was shopping with my husband when a cashier working there made a really bad joke to me about my arm. I was born without half of my left arm and the cashier out of nowhere made a bad joke that actually really embarrassed me about my arm. The girl bagging our groceries even laughed and I’m sure the people behind us in line heard as well. I think it’s wildly inappropriate that this even occurred but I also think it’s wild that Albertsons didn’t even get back to me to let me know what kind of action they would be taking about this. I wanted to let them know about this so that it hopefully doesn’t happen to someone else just shopping and minding their own business. Really bummed that Albertsons didn’t seem to care. Won’t be shopping here ever again.

Cashier at self checkout treated me like I was stupid, she felt the need to tell me that they don’t allow customers to scan items on the app if it’s busy- it wasn’t at that moment- and she even said it wasn’t busy right that moment. I was aware it wasn’t busy, hence I was doing it at the checkout. I’ve worked at Alberstons for over 2 years in the past and many years in customer service. Wish she would’ve minded her business, I wasn’t bothering anyone.

Got some things on clearance and it was busy there was 2 cashiers so I went to self checkout and the lady sandy m was in charge of the area and she has to bypass the clearance items she's was rude doing it saying it would have been easier to go wait in line to have a cashier do it I told her I didn't want to wait 20 minutes to get through the line she scuffed and walked away shaking her head. That was completely uncalled for. If she didn't like her job she could move somewhere else.

I've spent my life getting my meat and cheese from Albertsons exclusively and this locations butcher counter used to be my favorite place for steaks since arriving in Billings 5 years ago. I used to be able to get any cut as thick as I wanted and usually thicker than I asked for because they knew I'd let my appetite get the best of me and I wouldn't think twice about dropping a hundred bucks or more when they brought them out. Now the butcher's act like it's a great inconvenience to give me what I'm asking for if they do it at all. I'm writing this now after being told take what's out or leave it. Guess I'm driving across town to the meat palace or poly's to get the service I had come to expect here. To be fair Mitch always does his best to help out but he can't control what everyone else does.

This particular Albertsons is one that I truly don't care very much for.. Since the very first time that I shopped at this location I have felt like the employees as well as the management have always looked down their noses at me..The parking lot tends to be dirtier then the rest of the other locations I have been to, the bathrooms are pretty well maintained & the rest of the store is clean..I have even seen some of the young men that bag the groceries washing the front doors as well as the lawn furniture that sits out front of the store..

Be aware!!! They don't like to take out or throw away the rotten fruit or vegetables... literally seen so many different type of fruits & vegetables with layered of mold!!! All they do is stake on top or put the good fruit they stock under the moldy and mushy. I've seen on many times throughout past year , nothing has changed... I'll be posting pictures I have too. I shop somewhere else for fresh. Cause for their prices it should all be FRESH.

Pretty crowded, nice store, nothing spectacular. It is what you would expect from Albertsons, which is good. Nice parking lots to loiter in and do things that we do in private.... Like browse videos or write reviews... (Or smoke d****) or all three.

Nice to see albertsons hires truck drivers who belong to outlaw motorcycle gangs. What a sad day when truck drivers full grown men wear their hat backwards sporting gang colors. I'm sorry I don't live in fantasy land but 1% bike gangs are not boy scouts who help old ladies cross streets. This is disgusting.

Albertsons in the heights Rocks! Great meat and produce, and you can always find a sale. All the employees are kind and considerate and are always willing to help, keeping in mind that there is always a squash or two in every group, just trade them in for a potato and then make fries!

I just left this location after using the app to pick up my groceries. The woman who brought out my order shouldn't work in customer service. If you're going to throw your arms up like a toddler and roll your eyes at me asking where I want my groceries while I am ACTIVELY popping my trunk for you, you need a different job. Extremely rude. Hope your attitude gets better.

I like that it's clean and not huge like Walmart. So if I need a couple things real fast I can run in and out FAST. this is a big deal because I have 4 kids. I have come to rely on online ordering then picking up because I don't want to have to drag 4 kids all around the store with me. They are pricey and I don't frequently shop here because of that. BUT it's convenient, they always have what I need and self check out is usually open if the other lines are too long.

This location has THE best floral and plants. I have seen other Albertsons and other stores that have flowers, in Billings and across the state. This one is hands down the best.All the plants look super healthy, displays were arranged neatly and an ample selection of vases and gifts to add to your flower or plant arrangement. What a selection!The florist was friendly and so helpful.When I buy flowers and accompanying gifts, I am really picky. I can't stand it when you purchase something and you get it home or give it to someone and you're disappointed by quality.Outstanding place and very knowledgable florist!

Always a quick in and out here. Very rarely is there a long line to check out (holidays are a different story, but that is every place. It is very clean and great produce selection.
