Use extreme caution when making a purchase from this dealership.**they provide a free gift to those who provide a positive review during the sale so many of those reviews are likely “bought” and not genuine and were before buyers had a chance to really inspect their campers.I purchased a travel trailer from this dealer nearly 2 months ago. I informed them that I was looking for something campground ready. I have yet to have a functional camper.I’m most disappointed in the work they did while switching out a refrigerator they discovered was not working properly after I purchased it. The mismatched and poorly crafted trim was tacked on and didn’t even make the trip home before falling off. The cupboard above no longer has a bottom and items can fall into the area for the fridge. The fridge itself still doesn’t work. They also drilled screws through the floor from underneath for a separate repair.The camper still has several leaks in the exterior, the trim around the fridge has all come off, the black water flange leaks, the alarm goes off randomly for minutes at a time at all hours, and we have several screws through the floor. I knew I was buying a used trailer, but it was certified. I expected any issues I came across to be properly dealt with. I left it with them for a month so all of the issues should have been fixed, instead I got more problems.This camper went from something I was excited to create memories with my children with, to a scrappy mess.

UPDATE! I am replying to the owners reply to my review. You absolutely did sell me a camper which I can show you the paperwork for, and it has so many issues I can't keep track. Why would I haul it 6 hours to you when you said it was as is at the time of sale? Especially when I'm not even sure how it made it this far without the slide-out falling off completely. All the wood is rotted and one of the tracks is not even attached.DON'T DO IT!!!They lied to our faces and sold us something that wasn't worth nearly as much as we paid. Mold everywhere, roof leaks, it's clearly been rebuilt by someone who did not know what they were doing. Some of the supports within the wall were missing, most of the floor insulation was missing, the slide out almost fell out because it was loose. When we had it delivered, as it was pulling up our driveway we could see the pop out bouncing in and out like it was barely hanging on. Well it turns out, on top of the loose slides, the supports are rotted through along with the adjacent wall and all of the flooring around it. How it even made it to our house in one piece, I still can't understand.Even if you really need a camper and are on a budget, buying from a shady place like this is absolutely not worth it. I bet every decent rating for this place eventually changed their minds once they found all of the lies that were sold to them.

In September we purchased a motorhome from John, sight unseen. He told me there were issues and he was having them fixed. One issue turned into another and I was about to loose hope until today. John and Jody had the motorhome delivered to Sidney, and everything was fixed plus some! The customer service we received was 5 star. The communication was outstanding. The motorhome is in the condition we were told, all work orders were sent so we knew what was going on. John put a lot of money into this RV to make sure it was in mint condition. I know he made no money on this sale. I highly highly recommend John and his team. We will definitely be back if we ever trade this one in. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

I bought my 2002 Winnebago from John, Bob, and Jodi in 2019. I was a drive by customer. The lot is on my route to work. They all have been patient, kind and HONEST. I enjoy biannual visits for maintenance. Good Place to buy. I will upgrade in a few yearsAlso great for sources here local in town if they do not have the service on lot. I appreciate that as a small woman owned business person.

My daughter purchased a canper from this business that was sold as ready to go! It was had leaks ,the refrigerator did not work, she took it back, they had it for 3 weeks and did terrible work on it, just my advice, i would find a better place to buy a RV. It looks like a 10 year old did the work on the camper!

I drove 10 hours to purchase a drift boat that I was told by the owner, John, over the phone several times was in "solid" condition (photos were also sent but did not indicate any damage). Upon arriving, I inspected the boat to find that the outside was scraped and gouged in several places along both sides. I had previously been told by the owner that there was only 1 small scrape on one of the sides that could be buffed out. The outside of the boat had also been sprayed with what appeared to be a spray gun that had left an orange peel texture in various places (cosmetic). However, upon further inspection of the interior of the boat, I saw that there was significant structural damage throughout that could not be missed including a cracked floor, fiberglass splintering, fiberglass patches peeling off that appeared to be used in an attempt to repair damaged areas (fiberglass does not stick to gel coat), paint flaking off which appeared to be used to hide damaged areas, a broken anchor bracket, a crack along the edge of the front casting deck, and surely a myriad of other issues that could have potentially jeopardized my life and the lives of my family/friends while on the water. I am an experienced oarsmen and have owned and seen many other drift boats throughout my lifetime. It looked as though this boat had been put through a cheese grater. I promptly left and drove back to my home another 10 hours without this so called "solid boat". Any further attempts I have made to contact this business to come to a resolve in terms of any compensation (gas, time) have been in vain as I have not received a response. I seldom leave negative reviews but wanted to offer any assistance to the general public who may be considering buying from this individual. It saddens me that one can possess the lack of moral character, ethical practices, and conscience to act in such a manner. John, if you would like to reach out I would be happy to discuss further.

Local support local . This is your go to for all your RV / camper needs . I was sold a camper , and heating / cooling system didn’t work , it leaked etc . These guys went and picked it up , replaced the ducting , fixed the ac , caulked the roof , and had it right back to me . Best in the business don’t overlook them .

My husband and I bought a motorhome in the fall/winter of 2019-2020. Buying a used, older motorhome, we didn't expect everything to be like brand new. But since my husband is disabled and cannot fix things like he used to, we needed one where everything worked and we could just get in and drive. John told us that they would go through everything to make sure it worked, overhaul the engine and the generator, fix some broken windows, etc. He said they would get all this done and de-winterize it and have it ready to go. Since it was not camping season, they had a few months to get this done. When camping season came, we called to say we were ready to pick it up and he gave us a day. When we got there, it was not ready, nothing was done, not even de-winterized. We decided we could do that ourselves so we took it home. When we added water, we had several leaks because apparently no one winterized it and it broke pipes. And the refrigerator didn't work. We took it back for John to fix the leaks and get the fridge working. He didn't get it ready when promised, taking up to the day we left to get it done, making us late for our plans. He just fixed the leaks, not the fridge, so we had to take all our food in coolers. That first camping trip, we also discovered the generator did not work properly. We took it back several times to get him to give us what he promised when we bought it. He finally did put in a different fridge. The person he contracted out to do the windows did a bad job and we have had 2 fall out. Our generator still does not work. It won't stay running, but after several trips back, he said he was done doing anything more. John seems like a nice man. I know this was frustrating for him as well. But he lacks integrity in that he constantly makes promises that he is either unwilling or unable to keep and he hires unreliable help. He NEVER ONCE had anything ready when he said it would be. Although we live in Billings, we had to make many unnecessary trips down there because things were not ready, and he wouldn't return phone calls or texts. I would not recommend doing business with Adventure RV.

Buyer be aware. They are selling salvaged rvs from insurance company’s with improperly exhausted generators that went bad in one hour. Refuses to replace or take care of the issue. and rude owner. Be careful he will text u and call u names. This Is unreal have pictures of the unsafe vented generator that he says was may issue and both fuses where gone from co2 and propane leak detectors they could of killed me. And he blames me. Don’t even stop by they are all garbage. Fridge now has gone out after 5 days of use. Just calls me names. I offered to pay for repairs. And he just goes off the deep end. Be careful he will bully you so u go away if there is a issue.see pictures of hidden water damage. When I asked them if there was some. They said no. Yet they new this was a salvaged title damaged unit. Beware of these people. See photos

Bought and rv here. Then they said it'd be done soon, wasn't done until a week later. Called us to tell us it was ready. Went in wasn't ready and they didn't mention it until after we bought it. If you want fast reliable service, this isn't the place to go.

DONT GO HERE!!! They dont fix these used trailers until they sell them!!! ???We showed up from GTF in 103 degree heat and nothing was done and they knew we were coming, we ended up not purchasing. We took a day off of work, spent money on gas and no trailer. They knew what needed to be done and couldnt complete it by the day they knew we were coming then found out no water tank in the trailer none in stock and wanted us to come back to Billings with no discount. All we were told was how busy they were and that "no they dont fix anything until the unit is sold" yet they begin advertising and having people either drive to see them or selling them and then not able to deliver. POOR business model. The office was a mess and dirty, very unprofessional..

My brother in law bought a RV from here on my recommendation and was promised everything would work as they bought in the fall of 2019. Took the whole summer of 2020 to get the refrigerator working and the generator was supposed to have a new carburetor installed but still does not run. Now they are being told that there will be no further repairs done on their unit. Buyers beware!!

Very unprofessional staff was told they would fix the problems with the unit we purchased we ended up having to fix it ourselves after several weeks with no resolts they would not return our money and inevitably only paid a portion of what they said they would pay if you do buy from them I strongly suggest you know exactly what you were purchasing and do not expect any help from the day you signed the paper . even with everything in wrighting it was up to us to get it fixed I did end up contacting police for advice and protection no report was filed. Good luck happy travelers do your research if something isn’t working don’t buy it with the promise it will be fixed either wait until it has been fixed or keep looking (my bad) turn on EVERYTHING and plan on observing functions for at least 20 min they do have a lot of beautiful toys there just don’t be blinded by there charm and shiny wheels

We purchased an RV from American Spirit early in the fall. The vehicle had pock marks, dimples and chipping in the paint in multiple areas. John at American Spirit felt that it was either hail or a kid with a BB gun. He assured us that the damage would be repaired. It is written on our bill of sale. Their crew attempted to fix it, sanding the paint off in multiple locations, and doing some fiberglass work outside in 20 degree weather. At some point, they decided to take the unit elsewhere for repairs. The vehicle was found to have rotten walls under the fiberglass, so much so that the side mirror could not stay securely mounted. The unit was repaired and repainted. It is finally done. Now American Spirit is refusing to pay the repair shop for the repairs. They say they never spoke with anyone at the repair location. Really…You drop an RV off somewhere for repairs, and speak to no one? When it takes 3 months to repair, you never call the repair shop and say"Hey, whats up with that RV I brought you" The repair shop took pictures, they spoke with American Spirit. Long and Short, They are refusing to pay for any of the repairs, saying they never authorized them.I would not trust American Spirit again. A business, nor a man, is only as good as their word.

i purchased a class a motor home a few months ago i was told it was ready when i got to billings i was treat well and i inspected the bus i found one tile peeling 1 vent cover broken i noticed the furnace was running i was told by john it will shut off after he turned off the thermostat the furnace kept running he called his tech and was told it needed a control circuit board then we took it for a test drive john drove so i could listen for any unusual noises after the drive i looked under the dash cover and found that it was covering broken and dry roughted dast cover plastic john said he would replace it i was treated very well before i bought it after i paid for the bus i drove it home brakes were terrible oil pressure dropped after i got home i called john he advised me to take it in and have the brakes and oil pressure checked i sent a copy of the bill to johns office they denied the bill and anything that was said a week later i received a new furnace control board instlled it as john advised me that didnt fix the problem then john told me to take it in and have the furnace checked so i gave the service center johns number so he could get the estimate himself the total bill was $980 john expected me to pay half after he told me to pay for the circuit board i paid just under $300 which was ok with me im out $800 and never got the dash board cover he willing to let this bus go unsafe my crippled wife and i could have burned up because of a faulty furnace wow
