OMG, so nice! We came in for booties because of freezing temps and previous pair is lost. The lady was so freaking nice. We ended up staying and shopping around and finding a bunch more products that we really liked, and she was so informative and helpful. She helped us find everything we needed exactly what we wanted. Sometimes with dog stores you have to compromise what you want versus what's in stock, but they have really great products there, so no compromising.

Stopped by for the first time. What a wonderful surprise! The store was very well stocked and really had high-quality brands at fair prices. The owner clearly understands good pet nutrition. I can't wait to return with my beagles and let them shop too!

Visiting the area from Bozeman and stopped by to get a fresh treat for Sailor. What an extraordinary little store. Steve was great to get to know and we left with a bag full of goodies, including some bison marrow bones, which Sailor is enjoying tonight. So glad we happened upon this place.

Even after we moved away from Bigfork, Happy Hounds continues to be our favorite pet store for their exceptional customer service. I reached out looking to replace my cat's favorite toy and messaged this store using their online chat service. Someone responded almost immediately and helped me arrange to ship out the cat wand I had been hunting for - and even offered to try and find a purple one if they had it, just so we would get a perfect replacement! My little kitty had a rough move, but it warms my heart knowing Happy Hounds went above and beyond to help me cheer her up. You'll find none better, home or away!

This is by far the best small business pet store I've ever been to! I'm visiting the area for GNP touristy stuff with my dog. I read great reviews so I knew I had to stop in to Happy Hounds. One of the best decisions of my trip! The owner was so knowledgeable about so many different things, especially natural and homeopathic solutions, including CBD for dogs. I learned a lot from her. She makes these homemade doggie ice cream cups that (according to my dog) are to die for! All natural ingredients and an edible cup! I do plan to come back for future vacations, and I know I'll be back to Happy Hounds again someday!

Excellent service with a very broad selection of high quality pet treats and toys. Our dog is a little apprehensive around new places, and the clerk was very nice about offering (with our permission) an herbal calming spray, as well as a treat to make her feel more comfortable. Amazed at the varied options in terms of healthy and wholesome foods, treats, etc. Will definitely make this our go-to pet store in Bigfork.

I’d like to start by pointing out that this is the nicest most kind pet store I’ve ever had the pleasure of shopping. They are always so kind and helpful. So knowledgeable about animals and their health. The prices couldn’t be more fair and they have some of the healthiest supplements and food for our furry friends. (Lots of extras too) I think the best part is the personal attention they give each of us. Especially because they remember our names when we walk in the doors. Thank you to both of you for your kindness it has always been appreciated and always will!!!

We were in Big Fork on vacation and needed some more dog food and other supplies for our pup. After realizing they didn't have the food we use for our dog we almost left, but instead we talked in depth about dog food options and he gave us a lot of really helpful information about dog nutrition we just didn't have before. He was so willing to just talk to us, answer questions, and not try to sell us on anything. He was the most knowledgeable and helpful store owner, not just pet supply store owner, I've ever met. What an awesome pet store in Bigfork, MT! The owners are great people and will take the time to help you with the best food, healthy treats, or toys for your pet. Don't miss the Raw Bar while you're there! Was fun to pick out a dried duck head, pig snout, and salmon skin for our dog. She loved them all!

We were camping in Montana near Bigfork when our 13 year old Aussie went limp on a Saturday. We hadn't received a call back from our Vet in Idaho and were desperate to find some pain relief for our dog. We happened upon Julie at Happy Hounds and what a wonderful experience!! Julie showed genuine concern and offered useful natural products to help Paddy until we could get her to a Vet.
