Very disappointed with the customer service today. Wish I’d had her name, but she wasn’t wearing her name tag.Otherwise, as much as we come here, this is the only time I’ve experienced rude service from the front counter. The far entrance where all the unique gifts are, there is a checkout there as well, and the lady behind that counter is always smiling and greets the customers. Thank you for that.We love The Fort and look forward to a better experience when we return. Thanks!

Wonderful treatment by Rio, who light up your day with his cheerful & kind personality, helping with everything you need. We stopped by in our roadtrip to the Rocky's. He made extra coffee for us. A delight to stop by only for this reason!!

We are traveling from Colorado to Washington in an electric car, and so far, this stop has been the best in terms of Tesla super-charging near amenities. Everywhere else is in a random parking lot, but here is a nice rest stop with food, clean bathrooms, and is very convenient to the interstate. Stop here and give these guys your business!

Recently [June 2022], I stopped into The Fort's gun store and saw a 357/38 Ruger Revolver I've been searching for forever. I called a couple of days later, had it transferred to Wyoming, and now I have a gun of my dreams. Transaction went smooth. Everyone whom I communicated was professional, and absolutely wonderful. Great place!

Best place to stop if your on a road trip! They have everything there, a gift shop, a c store, a gun shop, fine art, a liquor store and i didn't even explore the whole store! Both cashier ladies whete so nice, absolutely amazing customer service. If I am passing thought I will be stopping here again.

Everything you need or didn't know you need under one roof. Very friendly staff and the people whether local or just driving through were also in an upbeat friendly mood. Must have been the great Montana air.

Wow, this place has everything! While my friends purchased some ammo, I had a questionable looking spicy chicken sandwich from a slightly scary chicken, but it was actually pretty tasty- the "load your own" pickle/ condiment bar was a major plus. And I didn't get sick so I guess it was fine!

Great little store with a wide variety of items. It has the usual convenience store items but also a gift shop with post cards and decorations, and another side that sells guns & ammo. FYI the restrooms are on the left side in the gift shop.

Need guns they got them, need fishing poles they got them, need coffee they got it, clothing don't worry they got it. I am pretty sure there's also a wine store on the other side, when I'm around that area I definitely will go back

A great little gift shop, liquor store and gas station in Big Timber. Get your hunting and fishing gear, a 12 pack, gas, souvenirs for all in one spot. Love this place.

Was expecting to walk into a truck stop and WOW. An unexpected surprise of the best stocked camping and gun shop I think I've ever seen. Prices are reasonable and less than BPS or C's. What an inventory! Just WOW

Mom and pop outfit great people good gun selection lots of accessories a little bit high but there not cabelas they have reloading supplies on hand in stock un like a gun store in Ogden Utah with guns wall to wall and have ne idea what your talking about also you can get groceries when you pick up your firearm

Loved this store as a kid, they carry some neat nic-nacs and such, but stopped in for a bite today and the woman at the counter wouldn't even say hello, thanks, nothing...very rude to us, though she was chatting with the big timber good-ol-boys club just fine. Won't stop again.

Great place to eat for a quick meal. Upstairs has lots of unique things. Sporting goods has about anything you'd need for the outdoors.

They have hunting, fishing, snacks, and gifts. Ok selection of anything anyone passing through or hunting/fishing may need. Also, everyone is friendly. Only complaint were prices...bit high.
