DO NOT GO HERE. This place SUCKS. Went with my family for our first trip to big sky and sincerely the waitress sucked, pasta was cold and the pizza is deemed “the best in big sky” but is absolutely 100% not. Please note the unmelted cheese on top of the spaghetti and raw broccoli and tomato chunks on the veggie pizza… Waitress couldn’t be waved down, didn’t pay any attention to our table so I went to the bar to buy a drink and she literally turned me away because “you already have a waitress”Unbelievably disappointed for the price and drive to this place. Horrible. Do not go

Milkies is a local dive bar in a little strip mall. They offer a fantastic happy hour special, every day from 4-6. EVERY beer on tap is 1/2 off, even premium beer! We ordered 2 small pizzas 6 beers and a cocktail with the total bill coming in at $66. The bartender/waiter was very attentive, friendly, engaging and polite. This place is definitely worth looking for in Big Sky.

Milkie's Pizza & PubKinda hard to find but WORTH IT! I phoned in a carry-out order...with 20 minutes to close but the folks working there were very cool about it.  (Apparently many people decide to order food just before closing @ 10:00pm.) The meatballs and pizza were both really good.  The atmosphere of the place also had a warm, inviting vibe.A definite thumbs up!

Was looking for a good burger joint since I love all kinds of burgers... this place is great! Seat yourself, good local beer. Burger took longer then expected but it was worth the wait. Big burger supposed to be 10oz, more like 10oz cooked well! Its huge! But cooked great and the fries were awesome!

The waiter told us they had “the best pizza in Big Sky,” but I don’t think that’s saying much. As a bar, it’s not bad, good beer selection, good pool table. The pizza, when we finally got it, was OK, the Greeksalad was actually very good. The biggest issue was the service, the one waiter seemed to be struggling the evening we were there.Also, they refused to give us glasses of water! There’s a big container that’s supposed to be filled with ice water so you can serve yourself, but it was empty for about an hour - I finally went to the bar and asked for a glass of water and the bartender refused.Overall: fine for drinks and a game of pool, but there are definitely better dining options in Big Sky.

So good! I had the Milky combo, it was amazing! Could be because today was my 1st day on the mountain, but probably the best pizza I've had in years. Buddy behind the bar was awesome. They had a good beer selection, prices were very reasonable for being on the mountain, great service, and an amazing pie.I will be back... dude beside me ordered nachos and said they were fire, I 100% believe him cause they looked 🔥!

I absolutely loved my experience here! Great location and the bartender was so sweet and the food was amazing!! Both of my kids ate every last bite and wanted it again the next night!! The kitchen staff was kind. This is one of my favorite discoveries since moving to Big Sky!!Parking: There are a handful of other businesses in the same area that share the parking lot so it's often pretty full but there is always a spot or two around.Kid-friendliness: Obviously kids aren't allowed in but if you get you're meal to go they will appreciate it!!

There were four of us that went on Feb 3, 2023 and this was probably the worst dining experience I've ever had. I've never seen it before, but the entire restaurant/bar bonded over how terrible the service was. Our group questioned if the staff was on narcotics. Seriously. We found a table soon after we walked in (another group was leaving) and we sat there for at least 30 minutes before a waitress came over. She took her tip and the check but left all of the old dishes, told us it was going to be 2.5+ hours to get a pizza, suggested we go across the street, and didn't offer to get us drinks or anything. We decided to leave but it probably took another 30-45 minutes to be able to pay our tab at the bar because the servers wouldn't help us...or anyone. I was talking with a group at another table and they said they had been waiting over 2 hours for their pizza when they were told it was going to be 30 minutes and that they had cranky, little kids back at their place who were up late waiting on their pizza. They had also given up on trying to get drinks at the bar because it just wasn't worth it.

We went here for a dinner pizza- it was recommended as the best pizza in Big Sky. Not having eaten at the other pizza places in town, I can’t confirm, but the pizza wasn’t fantastic. The large pizza was a good size, enough to feed four people, and the prices were reasonable, but the pizza itself wasn’t fantastic. It was much more of a bar than a restaurant, and the table service left a lot to be desired.

One of the best pizza joints in the area and frankly one of the best pies we have had in quite awhile. They have the crust dialed in. Right thickness, right density, right amount of crunch without resembling dried wood. Special pizzas are always awesome and will sell out before 7 pm. 16 inch works for 2 hungry dudes. Well loaded on the toppings, generous with the cheese. Chill bar vibe, decent beer and drink selection. Not pretentious at all, which is good for Big Sky these days. Staff were super friendly. Pies will take 20 min or so, so if yer hangry get some wings. Extra props to the bartender who gave my kids milk shots. They loved it.

Big Sky is over run with big city transplants and vacationers. Milkies is smack dab in the middle of tourist hell, but it is THE BEST PLACE EVER to hang out and have a drink, eat great food and the hospitality is top notch. Highly recommend, but don’t be upset if they don’t have the kitchen open, there is a ridiculous shortage of help in the whole town. When we were there earlier in the week, they told us to find some food and bring it in and they’d feed us beer, lol. Loved this place!! (but hoity people stay away and don’t ruin it for everyone else!)

The place was understaffed. We waited 10+ minutes to get our menus, then waited 30+ minutes for our first pizza (another table that ordered after us got their pizzas first), then another 15 minute for our second pizza (by which time we'd finished the first). We asked for our check when the second pizza came to try and get out, but this was forgotten. Again the table beside us got their check first although asking for it 10 minutes later.To top it off the pizzas were below average and the bathroom was a disaster with no lock.Perhaps the bar experience is better than the dinner experience.

The only thing I can say about Milkie's is that I had a good pizza. They were so busy, I'm assuming with online or phone orders, it took a solid 45 minutes + to get 1 pizza. The place is older but it was fine. The only thing that made me uncomfortable is the group of people that were sitting around in the plaza looked pretty sketchy and we just wanted to get out of there.

The entire place was full of smoke from the fryer being too hot and old oil. Pizza and drinks were good. The place looked like an episode of Bar Rescue before John came to rescue it. The oil in the fryer had not been changed in a very long time.

Great pizza and perfect crust. Fed a bunch of hungry guys after a long flight and a day of skiing. Delivery would have been a huge advantage so we could all keep drinking.

Would have rated it higher if the staff would have done something about the people smoking week on the front porch as with the door open it blew in. I won't be back there's way better places in Big Sky

The pizza is made in a wood fired oven and was really delicious! They offered a variety if unique pizzas, plus the classics. The salad was fresh and yummy, and wait staff- outstanding

The calamari was not good, and the pizza was told to be fantastic/fabulous but needed waaay more seasonings, sauce and cheese. Very good server though and a nice place to watch football while we were traveling.

Beer, pool, and delicious pizza. Feels more and more like a local joint, which is nice to see as the mountain continues to veer toward tourism. Probably not the best option for young kids, not that it's unfriendly to families, but just that you'll have more fun if you can indulge in the grown up atmosphere of the place.

Best food and beer prices you can get in big sky but a very LOCAL bar. Tourists welcome but it caters to liftees. As long as your cool with that its a nice place with one pool table and darts.

I very rarely drink but I come for the food. Honestly, I've never had bar food that tastes this amazing! Pizzas and Southwest Chicken Sandwich are 2 of my favorites.
