Absolutely nothing bad to say about this hospital. The staff were friendly. The vet spoke with compassion, free of judgment and explained things thoroughly. So happy they not only accept care credit, they took on a new out of town patient. They gave daily updates. They saved my cat’s life and I’m so, so grateful!

We are so grateful to have found Dr. Kimbrell! It’s been very difficult to find a vet who truly listens to our concerns and that we can trust. Dr. Kimbrell has always gone above and beyond for us and our pets. He always puts us at ease and has the best interest for our pets when treating them. I brought my senior dog to Dr Jamie Reynolds at hardaway vet and honestly it was the most calming vet visit ive had! She made me feel calm and my dog bailey felt no pain during blood drawings and other work being done. She got back to me very timely too with results.Ill be back for sure!

Very nice people, but my dog needs surgery on both back ACLs and she's clearly in pain and having a hard time getting around. I was expected to come up with $5000 of the $7600 surgery and I couldn't, so they cancelled her surgery. I don't know what else to do. My dog has to suffer because I don't have money and it's going to take me at least 3 months to come up with just the deposit.

My daughter's leopard gecko had a broken leg. We called around to several Veterinary offices because there are not a lot of reptile vets in the valley. Hardaway was by far the most friendly and helpful when I called. The secretary Crystal was amazing! She was so understanding and sympathetic towards our situation. She answered all of our questions, gave us prices and told us what to expect. When we arrived we were greeted by the vet tech Megan and taken straight to a room. She also was amazing and so helpful. After Megan checked out my daughter's leopard gecko, Gizmo, Dr. Arndt came in to examine her as well. She spent probably 30 minutes talking to my daughter and I about Gizmo's health and what was the best plan for her. She was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. We will continue to take our pets to Hardaway Veterinary. Thank you all so much for all you did for us!

Had to take our kitty here a couple of times because we had no idea what was going on. Everyone here was amazing. They all take time to make sure they help your little furballs get back to tip-top shape and go out of their way to ensure you know exactly what's going on and what to expect. Thanks to them, we've got a very happy kitty again.

We were taveling and our dog had an issue. Much to our surprise we were able to get an appointment the following day. Our dog was seen by Dr. Gordon Hardaway and he was terrific. Great personalty and highly professional. He was very thorough and we couldn't be happier with the services he provided. The fee was very reasonable and we would not hesitate to go back.

This place is awesome. Our dog got sick at night bad enough to take him to the pet emergency trauma vet a couple of nights ago and we left there without much of a solution so I called his usual vet to see if I could bring him in the next morning and have them look at him again. They were too booked that day and recommended I come here so I did and I have to say I'm so happy I did. Our Sunny boy is way better today and they were everything you look for in a vet. They were even more detailed by far than the animal emergency place and cost less do they have fair pricing for how much they do. But even more than that they were so good to our dog and they were so detailed and honest I just cannot say enough good about them! He has Dr Jamie Reynolds and she was so wonderful and everyone who I came into contact with there was so nice great as well including the assistant(?) Not sure what you call this when it's a vet but she was so nice as well and I should have asked for her name too. They are a down to earth business with really good drs and people running it. I highly recommend this place!

We have been so impressed with the attentiveness, and kindness from the hardaway staff! We have two dogs and have visited several other vets in the valley and none compare! The techs and vets at hardaway have always been so accommodating for us fitting us in whenever they can. Dr. Hardaway and Dr. Boswell have found solutions to several urgent matters with our pups and been very communicative throughout the entire process. I would recommend Hardaway to anyone in gallatin valley.

I had a very rough day yesterday, my dog was hit by a car. I usually don't go to Hardaway but stopped in as it was the closest vet near by. Even though I lost my best pet friend, Hardaway was very committed to doing all they could to help save my dog. Thank you Michelle and staff for sharing your love with me and my dog. They took excellent care of Bentley and he is a really big dog a Cane Corso. At a price us common folk can afford. I hate those places that charge so much it puts you in bad financial situation. This place is not one of those.

I have been with Hardaway for 14 years and highly recommend them.My lab mix has been with them for 13 years since he was a pup. He far outlived his expected lifespan and today he finally passed. Years ago Dr. Hardaway recommended what is essentially an injectable glucosamine for dogs. I trully believe this extended the quality of his life. The staff today was so caring as I tearfully said my goodbyes. Mel was great and Dr. McDowell was fantastic as always.Dr. Hardaway also came to the rescue when my other dog needed emergency surgery 10 years ago. I live in Bozeman, but prefer to drive to the Hardaway Veterinary Hospital. You cannot go wrong if they are your "vet". I have been a dog owner for 35 years and they are the best.

Been bringing my dog to Hardaway Vet since a puppy. Hardaway Vet is a great place to bring your animal for check ups & shots. Everyone there is amazing. I recently had to put my dog down due to illness and they offered we can to do this outside under a tree so my dog can have space and peace on his last breathe of nature. Highly recommend

Definitely not going back, 2 hours and 325 dollars later and 4 medications I still have no idea what is wrong with my pup. They didn't explain anything, they wouldn't tell me prices until the end of the visit when they ask for you to pay. The people were fairly nice but honestly not impressed with them and will be going to skyline vet from now on.

I started going to Hardaway during an emergency with one of my dogs after I was unable to get into contact with my previous vet. I was very impressed with how they handled that and the surgery went great. After that though I heard nothing good about Hardaway, but I shrugged it off as sometimes people have bad experiences.However then I got an emergency foster puppy who came to me with explosive diarrhea and was acting quite lethargic the entire day. I am very unimpressed with how they handled this situation and will not be back. I now understand why none of the people I know like Hardaway and they can very rightfully say “I told you so”.

Hardaway Veterinary Hospital is wonderful. We always get great care for both of our dogs. The staff is friendly and incredibly gentle with our pets. Everyone on the staff is terrific. Most recently Dr. Jamie Reynolds provided amazing caring for Barley. She was thorough, kind and gave me plenty of time to explain her treatment. Barley recovered fully and quickly. Thank you Jamie!

Dr Hardaway has been amazing with all of our pets! We have 4 dogs and a cat and his staff has been kind, knowledgeable and competent in caring for all of them. My mother just recently had to have her 17yr old chihuahua put to sleep and they were so kind and caring through the whole process. We highly recommend Dr Hardaway and his staff!

I woke to my 10 lb Rat Terrier throwing up. I quickly assumed she had swallowed a piece of bully stick. Saturday morning and I called and they immediately got me in, diagnosed the problem, and all ended well. Everyone was so kind and genuinely cared about my baby. My dog ripped his toe nail while playing, everywhere I called was full. I called Hardaway and they got me in same day. They were great with my pup and took great care of him! I will definitely be bringing my dog back to them for any future needs

They really care about our furbabies.. first visit the vet sat on floor with my dog for15 minutes so she calm down. It helped tremendously. Can't say enough about their staff a their knowledge. Amazing people! An amazing experience!

My husband I just called and inquired about getting our dog put down. The lady we spoke to was very short and rude. The first time we called we got a really nice understanding lady. When we called back to try to schedule an appointment, the lady we got sounded older and was very rude. She acted as if she couldn't get us off the phone fast enough, as if we were interrupting or inconveniencing her. I'm very saddened by thus treatment. This is not how grieving pet owners should ever be treated. Shame on this lady!

We were visiting the area when our elderly dog who had been diagnosed with cancer took a sudden turn for the worse. They saw us that day and were so compassionate and caring. They set up an area outside under a tree for us to spend our last moments with our beloved Piper. She was happy and peaceful.

There’s a reason this place has five stars! I took my rescue dog in today, and Dr. Boswell was so patient and skilled in working with her. She stayed to answer all of my questions and it was very apparent that she cared for and understood the patience that my dog requires for her continued growth as a rescue. I would highly recommend Hardaway to anyone on the fence.

Just the best. My poor dog needed immediate care twice. Both times accomadated same day. Very friendly and always there to listen if problems arise. My kitty needed to be put down after 18 beautiful years, as I cried the staff was so re assuring it was in his best interest. BTW adopt! Don't buy you won't be sorry.

The vets and vet techs here are super awesome. They really seem to love all the animals that visit, keep a close eye on them if they need to spend the night, and are awesome about listening to what is and is not normal for your pet. They don't do tests unless they think they're absolutely necessary, which is hugely appreciated. They were great about fitting my fur baby in in a pinch, and they took great care of her.
