I took my very first dog ever here about 10-11 years ago. Dr Evans is one of the most compassionate and knowledgeable vets we’ve ever been to. He’s since then crossed over the rainbow bridge but Bandit loved her and she loved him right back.Recently we were in town and brought our puppy in- we didn’t get Dr Evans but still had the same great treatment and knowledge.This place isn’t over priced at all, they care about the animals, they are educated, professional and truly caring. 10/10 all day long. If you live in the area (I don’t anymore but wish I did) use Gallatin Pet Getaway- your pets deserve the best and I firmly believe this is it especially after years of experiences all over the country.

we used to go to another veterinarian; however, it took us about two weeks to get in. that’s when we started looking for another veterinarian. one of our friends recommended us this place, so we decided to give it a try. Gallatin pet getaway is always able to get us in within a day or two. in addition, if we’re busy, we can just drop one of our fur babies off and come back whenever it’s most convenient for us. the staff is always so nice and understanding. i cannot recommend this place enough! they always take great care of our animals. thank you thank you thank you!!❤️

I recommend Gallatin Pet Getaway to everyone, everytime! I have been taking our dogs here since 2021 and have had only the absolute best experiences with them! I have also boarded our pup here and was very impressed! I will continue to take our current dogs here and any more future dogs we may have, for everything and anything! These folks have always been awesome to us and our furry family. We have two huskies and a tabby cat. They have always provided the care needed in a timely manner. They've even gotten us in without notice during emergencies. Plus, they remind me of appointments and meds. I'm gunna live here either way, so I'm glad there's a good vet close by.

We take our 10 year old cat to see the techs at GPG. They are very sweet to her and very gentle, even when our cat isn't. We are always in and out, they are quick, knowledgeable, and experienced. Great people, awesome service, for a good price.

Both my dogs love going here. The vet is literally the best! The services are reasonably priced and she is so great with my dogs.She did surgery on my boxer, removing some tumors on her head, and she truly did a great job. I trust my babies are in good hands at Gallatin Pet Getaway!

I am sorry to move away and no longer be able to take my cat here, because Gallatin Pet Getaway is a really great place. We always had affordable, good care and thoughtful vets every time we visited. Most recently, they helped us out with our cat's terrible stress in the car when we moved. Under their advice and medication he was calm for a 9 hour drive and was perfectly recovered after he settled in to the new place. Thanks so much!

Dr. Evans and her staff saved my dog's life! We were camping and my dog started experiencing severe stomach pain. We contacted Dr. Evans and she was waiting for us when we arrived. They performed a complicated emergency surgery and saved my dog. Big thank you to Laura Evans who stayed up all night tending to my dog in recovery. Highly effective in communication and professionalism. Dr. Evans and her staff are awesome!

I am not one to write Google reviews, however I am beyond disappointed in the lack of care and attentiveness that was shown to my dog in the past year of going to this facility. I'm not even sure where to begin. For starters, I felt like I was constantly doing my own research in order to diagnose my dog. I felt that Dr. Evans was never able to pinpoint what exactly was going on. This happened on multiple occasions. I would get responses such as, "I'm not quite sure what caused this" or "it's hard for me to pinpoint exactly what's going on with your dog when I'm not with her all day". Another concern of mine was the fact that my dog was always too scared to go back with the vet techs and multiple of them would drag her by her leash. That seems very inhumane to me. I constantly felt like I was being rushed through my appointments and quickly billed, then sent out the door. I can honestly say that I was never given a proper rundown on what my dog was being treated for, what the doctors thoughts were regarding my dogs condition, and most importantly how to give her a newly prescribed medication. On top of everything, it seemed like an inconvenience have Dr. Evans herself talk to me. I was constantly relaying messages to her through her vet techs. What ultimately made me switch to a different vet was when my dogs Giardia went undetected for 8+ days even though I was constantly calling and expressing my concerns regarding how sick my dog was. Instead of Dr. Evans taking me seriously and looking further into my concerns, she told me that my dog had just eaten bad snow and that she will be fine. The new facility that I took my dog to was able to detect the Giardia in less than an hour. To say the least, I am beyond disappointed in this facility and will never be coming back.

We took our cats there a few months ago, both are healthy but one was diagnosed with Feline Acne. Treatment was easy and with the Doc's tips it's completely gone! Doc was super helpful and our little girl was instantly trusting which is not normal with new folks.Awesome vet and super friendly staff! 10/10

I love this place and so does the pup! They are great for boarding and vet care. The doctor truly does care about your animals instead of just making money. I wont take my animals anywhere else!
