I took my Piddles in for the first time today. She's no spring chicken and is used to only me bathing her. I'm extremely impressed with how at ease they made her right away. While she's very friendly and food motivated I honestly didn't expect her to behave the way she did and I can only guess her great experience was due to how well her groomer and the rest of the staff treated her. I am beyond happy with how clean and soft her coat is, the one other time I took her to be groomed I took her to a chain store in Bozeman and she still had loose shedding fur all over her and smelled like a french (you know) house. I have been constantly petting her to check for more loose hair and stir up the dog perfume to see if my allergies go off but nothing, she's perfect! Thanks to Andie and her staff. I have found a permanent groomer.

First time I've owned a dog that I've taken to the groomer. He is 17 weeks old so they were only going to lightly trim his coat. While they did they're work, I went into town to run errandsWhen I got back to pick Eliot up,he was so adorable and he looked like a different puppy. They said he was su good that they decided to trim it all.p

We are new to the area and we were looking for a good groomer. I can't stress enough on the attention to detail from both groomers we had. I have two Bernese mountain dogs and this is the first time time that they had a perfect cut!!! They had their work cutout for them as we were behind on the dogs grooming. I would highly recommend them and we will be a long term customer. Thank you Andie and staff!

Andie and her team are awesome! We have been going to Andie's since 2012. They really care about the doggies!! It's not just about making money for Andie. She truly cares for each dog and does everything in their best interest. Due to a health issue our dog has, he suffered a major nose bleed while being groomed. This had nothing to do with anything that occurred while he was there. They called me and when I got there Andie jumped in my car with me and rode to the vet in order to hold our Bear for the ride. She had another staff member follow us to give her a ride back. She definitely went above and beyond. She also contacted me a couple of times to see how Bear was doing. She just really, really cares!!! That being said she does have a business to run in these difficult times and has to make good business decisions too. Thanks for everything you do Andie!

The crew at Andie’s is so dedicated to the dogs they work with. It is clear they take the time to keep every dog comfortable and happy! My dog tends to be pretty anxious, but they take such good care of him it makes me feel better knowing he’s with such skilled staff. They are also so willing to work with whatever your grooming needs are, whether it’s giving your doodle a Mohawk or cutting his beard shorter so my daughter doesn’t try to yank out his fur! They take diligent notes to make sure he’s groomed exactly how I want each time. I couldn’t recommend them more!

I asked for my miniature schnauzer to be trimmed not shaved, he doesn't even have enough hair to keep himself warm. They did not even give him the schnauzer face. There was no scissoring involved in this haircut, I feel since he is 14 And has to shiver till warmer weather hits. Not happy

Andie loved our dog Ella at first sight and Ella loved her too. I felt very comfortable leaving her with Andie for her grooming. When I picked her up she looked beautiful! Andie is obviously an artist and detail oriented and loves dogs. Thanks so much Andie! We will be back :)

When we moved to Belgrade in 2017, my first mission was to find a groomer for my goldendoodle, and a great one at that. Finding Andie was the biggest blessing. She made us feel right at home, and treated us like we had been coming to see her for years. She does an incredible job at everything she does. My doodle leaves each time with an amazing cut, and is exhausted from all of the fun he has at daycare. I cannot say enough about Andie's Paws & Claws, we absolutely adore both her and her staff!!

Andie is the best groomer in town and I can't imagine taking my boxer anywhere else. She truly cares about your pet and is very knowledgeable about their skin and coats. Although my dog is gone now I still recommend her every chance I get. My Chocky loved going to see her for bath time and drying. If I ever have another dog I will definitely go to Andie's Paws and Claws!

I had the honor of working with Andie yesterday. She is amazing with her four legged clients showing such compassion and patience with each one. She grooms them within their physical needs and uses care with every movement. She is very respectful of her two legged clients time and does all that she can to complete the grooming within the time given.Her new daycare is awesome. The first time I have had my poodle groomed here and for the first time ever we decided to get a poodle cut and they did an excellent job. The ladies were so sweet and nice! Andie takes her time with our Yorkie Pippa and she looks gorgeous when she’s done. She cuts her with scissors and doesn’t use trimmers on her, creating a beautiful symmetrical teddy bear cut on her face. She is blow dried by hand and not put in a drying cage, which helps Pippa to feel more comfortable. Andie has helped us to help Pippa have better grooming practices and behavior to aid her when she visits. She goes in almost weekly to have her ponytail and bow fixed because she doesn’t let mom do it yet, but Andie’s helping her with that too. Andie always recognizes Pippa and remembers her name and Pippa gives her tons of love and kisses even though she hates the groomer. Pippa has never looked better, even after visiting many extremely expensive “fancy” “master” groomers in Dallas. I can not recommend Andie’s Paws and Claws enough, she’s AMAZING!

Best groomer in the area. Andies has groomed my dogs forever. I feel so bad, they like everyone else, are struggling with getting enough staffing, bookings are at a premium everywhere so plan way ahead. It's not Andies fault, they are doing everything they can just like every business in town costs have gone through the roof, wages are pressed as high as most businesses can tolerate and the population growth is taxing at every level. Andie and the folks she has working there are absolutely top notch talented groomers. When my fur baby had an emergency vet need because if a pre-existing condition they even rode with my wife to the vet to make sure he was ok. They are truly a God send. Just like everywhere else in the valley, if you need something in a hurry your should have thought ahead and it isn't there fault you didn't. Dog Grooming is an ongoing regular process don't bring a dog in that hasn't been groomed in years and expect miracles. Just like if you don't wash and comb your hair for two years then want a hair cut that looks good it isn't going to happen. Grooming by definition is an ongoing maintenance not a quick fix. Unitl the population boom settles this isn't going to get better and with the rising cost of living there will be less and less folks to do the jobs so many take for granted. PLAN AHEAD AND BE NICE TO THOSE THAT ARE THERE!

Andie always does a fabulous job grooming Harley. She’s an older dog and has arthritis. Andie always takes the necessary time to work with Harley and I greatly appreciate her being so considerate of our old gal. Harley has actually fallen asleep while being groomed! My dog Kimber LOVES Andie and the rest of the staff. She cannot wait to get past the gate and to visit everyone. I've seen other dogs pull to get into the building. Andie is amazing, she remembers and keeps track of my dog's grooms and is consistent. The facility is always neat, tidy and the back is always clean. My dog will always go to Andie's Paws & Claws.

Unfortunately the quality of this business has severely declined from what it used to be, so I must change my 5 stars I gave them to 1. The staff now are inexperienced and the cut my little guy received could only be described as a 'hack job'. They were unwilling to fix any mistakes and did not care that he looked terrible. They reported that my dog did great the previous times though this time it seems he was not comfortable there. His ears were dirty and he had sores on his legs from the razor. In my opinion they did not treat my dog well. Definitely not worth the extra money and trip to Belgrade. It is always sad to see a local business decline like this, so be careful taking your furry family in!
