Autumn is outstanding. I filled out the forms online and was allowed to choose my preferred office. I chose to not deal with the local agent again as I had a less than pleasurable experience with them last time. I chose the agency in the next town over in Wright City and figured if they could take care of me better than the last time, I would give them a chance. When Autumn called, she walked me through everything ensuring I had the same coverage levels on the new policy and even a little more than the previous policy. She was exceedingly helpful and although I work in the insurance industry in the commercial side of it, she made sure I understood what I was buying and even made sure I got the discounts I would have otherwise missed buying online. Would recommend speaking with Autumn if you’re looking to move coverage due to a rate increase that every other carrier seems to be taking right now. She’s knowledgeable and happy to help. Thank you Autumn, for repairing my dislike for State Farm due to a bad experience years ago. It’s good to know that they do hire good people.

Just bought a new car was shopping around . I couldn't believe that Denise at state farm was able get me a monthly price that worked for me . She has a pleasant and joyful presents about her . She was knowledgeable and answered all questions and followed up with me a couple of days later just to see if she could help me once again . Cassie did a follow up with me to go o er every thing and has me all at to go the state farm team in Wright City is better then Jake at state farm

I was in the market for home owners insurance due to my previous company raising their rates. Carmen was a family friend so naturally we reached out to her. Due to the fact that I had a mere two weeks to decide on a new company AND get the paperwork together and signed I was nervous. Carmen was completely knowledgeable and had everything I needed in less than 48 hours with quotes and all. Needless to say State Farm was HALF of what I was quoted with my previous insurance company which blew my mind. Thanks to Carmen I am more comfortable financially. I requested a State Farm quote online one evening and Carmen called me first thing the next morning from the Brittany Rody State Farm Office. Carmen actively listened to my needs (and my complaining about horrible progressive), gave me an accurate quote AND it was $50 less per month than what I had been paying with my terrible other company. She answered every question I had and set me up with the Drive Safe Discount device and app. She even gave me a quote for a new car that I’ll be purchasing in a couple months and it’s still cheaper than what I had been paying before! She was extremely helpful and her office is very responsive! I would recommend CARMEN from STATE FARM and her office to anyone. She was great!

I was having hard time with my previous insurance agency, where they constantly change pricing, if you pay the amount in bulk for 6 months, they will come back in 2 months and revise the payment and ask for additional amount. Happy to pay it if thats the policy agreement, but the problem is they don’t communicate it. It happened twice where they ended up canceling the policy saying they didn’t get a response. On the other end, I have paid for 6 months ahead and I’m at a peace of mind thinking I’m good for Auto insurance until the expiration. I was frustrated and then called Denise from statefarm, she took care of all the necessary documentation and made it easy for me to switch over to StateFarm. Pricing is great compared to the other providers.
