I've been to many Casey's General Stores and this one was far below standard. There are many reasons for a low star rating however I'll highlight just a couple. First the unsweet tea tasted very unusual and stale. It really was not appetizing. The staff was quite busy have a private yet rather vulgar conversation with a guest. I learned far more than I needed about both of their personal relationships while waiting in line to pay for my item. However, they certainly weren't interested in taking my (or anyone else) money as I waited in line about five minutes while they wrapped up their conversation. I should mention I was just one of three folks in line during this. Therefore, don't be in a hurry or in need of the slightest attention inside, otherwise you might be waiting a while.

Didn't receive my free pizza after buying 10. Was told that they don't do that anymore by Corp.Very poor customer service.My Casey's store is awesome. Sad that they are losing a valued customer, but there are other stores that will take care of their customers.

We have lived in the area for just two months and have learned to not even try Casey’s anymore for pizza which we’ve enjoyed at other locations for years. Unfortunately, this is our closest option so we won’t be getting it anymore. After so many problems with ordering on the app (which we both have had on two different types of phones on multiple occasions) my husband attempted to call last night. Sat on hold for 20 minutes no answer at all. Hung up, decided to drive there and all the employee said to my husband was “we close at 9pm”, my husband looking at his watch said it’s 7:45…. he decided to leave as he felt they didn’t want him to order and he had concerns about how our food would be handled after their attitude. He found another local pizza place and was happy with their service.

Pepperoni pepperoni pepperoni was not like others Casey's I had at other locations. Lacking pepperoni big time 2 slices actually have no pepperoni. Droven45 minutes was excited. Won't do it again.

I ordered the supreme pizza, it was excellent. I love their coffee, freshly brewed tea, and the chocolate donuts. I love the fresh juice they have in jars.

Twice now been told one time for pick up on an online order for pizza and it not even been started when i arrived. Actually three times this time alone i have been told different times the online ticket time 6:03. The girl at the counter 8 more minutes ok. Leave come back in 8 minutes. oh I'm getting ready to put it in now. No doubt wil be extremely doughy since will be rushed. I get it is a gas station pizza place but come on. Unfortunately will not be back

Walked in to buy some snacks with my wife and friend. Within the first 3 minutes of us being there, the clerk and a customer were talking about taking prescription drugs. Not a great look for a local convenience store. Don’t need to hear about you doing adderall and suboxone. I left immediately.

Most unprofessional place I have ever worked at. As the previous kitchen manager I would advise everyone not to eat there. They do not check their dates on food, they don’t wipe the inside of the bread storage which leads to excessive amounts of mold, and all the dressing are months out of date. No one is trained properly there and get thrown right in with barely any supervision. They only provide ex amount of hours that people can work which leads to a cook there by themself on a Friday or Saturday with no help. The warmers are never up to date and I have found food in the warmer that was 3 to 4 hours old! No one listens which makes a bad rep for the company. Culinary school has taught me a lot and this location is definitely not up to standards. The assistant manager is also very unprofessional and back stabbing. When she brought me in the walk-in to yell at me that told me a lot about her. They also do not check ids and sell to underage all the time! Illegal illegal illegal! I’d go elsewhere if I was you, I’m here to save everyone from the horrible experience. And to top it off the area supervisor calls me a month after quitting questioning about a key that they should have called about within the first few days after me leaving. Too late by then!

This is the worst Casey’s I’ve ever had the “pleasure” of ordering from. We’ve ordered multiple times and every time we either have messy pizza that isn’t cut and/or the cheese sauce you now charge and extra .50 cents for is left out and I have to go back in and ask for it and they act like it’s a big deal as well.The workers aren’t very professional and I’ve even had one experience were they were allowing a person to get behind the counter with no shirt on.

We came in late around 10:30pm and picked up a food order. (2 pizzas, a sub, and a salad) and let me just say, the sub artist (i didnt catch his name) that helped up was fantastic! He was informative, kind, and suprisingly not frustrated with our late order! I am happy to see a business like this come to our little town. The only thing i would suggest is more employees scheduled for a busy Saturday night.

Love this place it make up for not having a QT in this town. The store on Cherry Street has issues with several mean old ladies working in the sandwich and pizza area. The older lady always fights you when u try to order and is very combative. Thank God you guys built the new store on 47 cause them old rags can go to hell with that bad attitudes!!!

Slow service and seldom have things they advertise. Example pumpkin donuts. They are always waiting for truck. Pizza is out at lunch hour. It's the little things that add up to big zero for this place
