Happy, happy, happy! My wiener is high anxiety and needs TLC. He got it here and so did I! This was our first visit to this office. Couldn’t be more impressed with Doc and his staff. He took time with us to calm both myself and my dog and get to know us a little. My concerns with a health issue were resolved and I look forward to returning as needed in the future. His staff went above and beyond as well. Personal customer service is hard to come by, but not here. Nicki and Heather were friendly from the get-go. Nicki helped put us at ease knowing my dog was anxious. Our appointment was early and my dog had not had his morning constitution yet- until he decided to do it right there in the waiting room as we were checking out! I stepped in it unknowingly. Heather saw and came out and cheerfully cleaned it up! She even cleaned off my boot so I wouldn’t stink up my car on the drive home. Lol. Great experience and affordable too! I highly recommend Quad- County Veterinary Clinic.

I called them this morning to see if they had any appointments available, while also understanding that they possibly wouldn't with it being the day of. The woman who answered the phone was so nice and helpful, I live 1.5 hrs away and needed my cats seen by someone who had experience and were familiar with sphynx cats. They told me to head on out and they'd get the cats seen when we got into town. The staff there in general were very nice and welcoming. I dont think ive ever been to a veterinarian office with a staff who cared so much for the animals well being. Most vets treat you like a number and push you out the door but this place was fantastic. Their prices are more than fair. I dont mind the drive time when it comes to the care of my animals and this office makes it completely worth it. I will definitely use Quad-County Veterinary Clinic for all of my animals needs from here on out. I cannot thank them enough!

I thought the staff and Dr. Johnson was very nice but Dr. Johnson misdiagnosed my dog. I gave my dog the medication that she was prescribed and I was told to wait 3 months and come back. My dog was still suffering and I returned at 2 months. I paid $160 the first visit and $250 the second visit. I felt that since the veterinarian made a mistake that I should not have been charged for the office visit and the first medications that were wrongly prescribed. I should have been credited the $160 towards my second visit. I should not have to pay for someone else's mistake.

First visit we moved from lee summit. Was happily surprised. Very friendly even though my map was showing me the alley way and thought I am lost. I called very friendly answered the phone. My dog didn't get anxious in our visit. They were very kind. Dr. Johnson spent time asking about her and how we moved to Leeton. I felt right at home. We are VERY confident in the services provided. They are caring and courteous. Dr. Johnson and staff are friendly and inviting. We have 2 rescue dogs and have taken one of the two in twice and both times we were very satisfied. We are so glad we found Dr Johnson and the Quad-County Veterinary Clinic.

Doc has been awesome with all of our animals and there for them when we needed him most. And they have not always been cooperative. He is patient and takes times to answer questions and explain a common sense treatment plan. The gal at the front desk is exceptional, very friendly, knowledgeable and caring.

I loved going to this vet but I will not be back cause of the rude uncalled for reception, I know there are two I wish I could recall her name but I can’t. It’s the one that hides out in the back all the time and thinks she is God. The receptionist that is in there with her daughter at times is the most loving, kind and gentle soul. The other one not so much. I have tried calling the office to talk to the vet about her. She answer the phone every time I try.Dr. If you want me to come back get rid of her she is ruining your business, that’s the only way I will be back.You will be missed doc.Tammy Sheffield

I have an older rescue dog that has several health issues. I had taken her to two vets before coming to Dr. Johnson. The first vet was very cheap but didn't seem to fit her needs, the second was very pricey and had a very poor outlook on her options and quality of life after a spay. Dr. Johnson was very positive and optimistic about Minnie's health and outlook. I took her there to have her teeth checked not even thinking a spay would be possible. He assured me he could spay Minnie, no problem. I was shocked but trusted a vet that has been practicing as long as Dr. Johnson. Minnie has fully recovered now and seems to be happier and healthier! I wouldn't take Minnie anywhere else, everyone was great and really cared about her health and well being!

I have a hard time leaving a review after 1 visit, but we have been multiple times now...including one emergency. They have been kind and friendly each time we've been. We had an emergency visit and they took my fur kid right away and fixed him up at a fair price. The kindness I was shown when I was upset is enough to keep me coming back. ♡

Have gone here for years only to be treated horribly over the phone. I was only trying to explain why I was asking questions and trying to figure out something only to be followed with constant attitude and yelling at. They made me feel stupid and horrible after the call. If you want to continue to get business get a new receptionist.

Happy to have found them. Excellent care of my pets Cockapoo, and 2 rag doll cats. Prices are reasonable, and the staff are very nice. I would recommend Vet Kendal Johnson.

I actually really like the vet, and the prices are good; we took several animals there over a few years. However, they refused to give me a written prescription so I could buy my dog's medication online. (I wanted to purchase online because I had called to make sure they had our RX in stock, was told they did, and when I got there after a 40 minute drive they only had a little bit of it.) When I pointed out that this was illegal in MO, they still refused. Secretary was incredibly rude, so rude that I will never go back.

I agree with others that the receptionist is extremely rude. I work too hard for my money to spend it where someone treats you like she hates her job. They must either have to much business that they don't need mine or she must be a family member to get away with treating customers like that and still have a job. It is totally ridiculous and uncalled for. So that being said, I actually liked the vet. Will never go back. Save your money a go somewhere where they treat you with a little respect.

The office manager and staff are hateful when you have any kind of complaints. For the last 2 months the have been closing early at noon without posting signs & the manager just argued with me over it. 6 different times I have been there between 11:30 & 12 and they weren't there. One day, I pulled up as she was getting in here vehicle at 11:45. I begged her to sell me heartworm Rx & the woman laughed and left. The Vet is fine, the the office staff is awful if you have any issue. Good luck, I'll never go back !

They have been so considerate and great with all my pets! One weekend BOTH of my dogs came down with Parvo, I called Dr. Johnson and he walked me through all the steps of caring for them and getting them through the weekend. So thankful for our Vet right here in Windsor!

I'm about to blast this upon every social media outlet#they keep deleting this#$Recently I took my dog there The experience was good at the beginning but then I found out I was charged $30 for the vet to take 10 seconds to squirt some solution that I paid for also into the dog's ear which I thought should have been part of the office visit I didn't mind even paying for the medicine that was fine but for him to charge me that amount to take 5 to 10 seconds out of his time to squirt in his ear was not fair then after we left the vet's office we realized we left the medicine there when my wife went back to get it the secretary was waiting at the door basically stuck it through the door crack at her and had attitude I don't think this is the way that you should run a business

We have a dog that was misdiagnosed by another vet, so when we moved to Windsor I tried them, surgery for Cancer was done within a week of the intial appt. The scar looks amazing and we are cancer free. My 13 year old pup is back to her beagle self. She has already been out sniffing armadillo holes and after rabbits.Just to update its been almost a year since surgery and miss bella is still thriving. She is still cancer free.Over the past year I have had questions about our added goats to the farm. Nikki and the Dr have been super helpful. Doc has called me back and walked me through everything we have needed.

They declaw cats. I really don't understand why every vet in the Warrensburg area still supports animal mutilation and lifetime torture, but they do for some strange reason. Don't go here and don't declaw your cats, it's scientifically proven to cause longterm trauma and severe permanent behavioral issues.

I had an awful experience with this vet clinic. The recpetionist is extremely rude and disrespectful. I wad quoted a price and when I went to pick my dog up was charged a lot more than what I was quoted. The office manager didn't even apologize or care in the least. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
