Great hardware store, but they need to update their hours. The open at noon on Sunday.PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION, a lot of people’s time is being wasted.3/19/24 update - very kind of the owner to reply and explain. Sir, how frustrating to not be able to update them reliably! No remedy necessary, I’ll check the website first in the future.

First time there. They had my Dewalt sanding disc pad replacement, but not the red umbrella they advertised in their sale bill. But very nice people work there. Really should be 4.75 starts!

Great customer service! I needed a perfect 1x12 for a project and the young man looked and found the perfect board. I had to get a longer board that I needed but they cut it to size so that it would fit it the truck. So nice! Very impressed.

The crew really helped us out in a pinch! Putting in plumbing for a small cabin, driving from Eminence, MO and they took our order over the phone (knowing we may be after closing time) and head it ready when we got there. Friendly customer service from start to finish!

Not bad if you need something. Was a bit irritated when I left bc there was no handy caped parking spot when I parked. I came out and the guy out it in a bucket right in front of my car like I was a criminal. Could have at least put it there after I moved. So rude. There were two sides beside the entry ramp so I parked on the left side with the other row of cars. Otherwise we a great shopping experience. Manager was real nice. They even had free popcorn inside.

I love my home store! They are so friendly and helpful always! I feel as if it is MY store. That is a good company when they can make you feel like you are so welcome it's like your very own! They do that for me anyway.

Went in with a digital Gift Card from my deployed son for Father's Day. Had issues at other TrueValue stores not getting it to work. They assured me it wouldn't be a problem. Very friendly and super helpful, will return.

A great place to find all kinds of things I need. I seldom see any staff smile and act like they enjoy being there. Often a bit expensive, especially when renting equipment. Their recent addition of a small engine repair shop is a great idea, but my dealings have not been good.

Decent hardware store. They have most of what you would need for home purposes and some of what you need for farm/ranch. They do have a lumber yard which is a plus. Everyone who works here seems friendly and approachable.

I love waggoners really good service. Lots of items in stock you wouldn’t expect. I love that they hire the young people in the area. I know sometimes people get frustrated with them, but let’s remember this is their first jobs. Most of them really try hard.

I was really disapointed in your store yesterday , I drive an extra 10 miles to shop at your lumber yard because of past good service , I pass 4 other places like yours , spend extra on gas , I needed 4 ft cut off a 12 foot board to haul in my pickup , yard guys told me I had to go back inside and pay a dollar to get it cut . Was that dollar worth loosing my buisness ? Why do you pay yard help ? One measley complementry saw cut ? I can put up with bad service close to home and save myself money , I wont be back . ( By the way I did not pay the dollar ) . I cut it with my manual hand saw I had with me . Its was a sad day for me yesterday :(
