She did an excellent job! In fact I’ve been around the United States with my dogs and she did a better job and paid more attention to detail than any I’ve had so far. Highly recommend her your dogs are safe with her and I could tell you a horror story that made my dog so sick she is still going to the vet over it !

Beware!!!Was my groomer for years on a routine 6-8 week schedule. Not one single issue or complaint. October 2023 I Asked a question about toenail trimming one morning while dropping my boys off…confirmed that it wasn’t a separate service (I had routinely asked for groom & toenails together….and confirmed its just all one package, so I didn’t have to ask for services separately, which made my life easier). I thanked them and went to work. I later I went to pick my dogs up and found blood on Jodi’s hands and she stated she & her son were offended I asked about their nail service. I was stunned & I then realized that was my dogs blood on her hands, as my 4 dogs were the only ones in her shop that day. I was in shock. She gave me the excuse that she had a family member pass away and that her son was upset. She then told me that she has a vet she retains if my dogs need care. She later messaged me info on cutting into the quick, alleging it doesn’t hurt them. I will never go back & I will no longer trust my pets with Starbarks. Upon inspection at home I found she had purposely cut each one of their nails far into the quick on all 4 dogs. I don’t understand behavior like that. Having a bad day is no excuse to take it out on animals you are allegedly servicing.

I would give more stars if they were available. My Toby has NEVER had a better groom. Staff was so kind to him and the shop was spotless and smelled clean. Thank you. Would recommend to everyone!!

Extremely pleased with everything.AND they done a wonderful job on our golden retriever. She was happy when I picked her up and she kept going back to them wanting to be petted again..She also looked amazing..will be going back...
