Late night run for ice cream. It was about 15 minutes till closing time & I was scared I was going to upset the cashier, but I was wrong! She was super friendly, did NOT make me feel as if I were an inconvenience at all. She also had that store shining. You just can't beat that home town feel. That said, the store was out of many, many products. But I would still recommend going here.

Ice cream is all soft. Employee said it's because it's in defrost. As a refrigeration tech for over 30 years, that's why I said to get your case serviced. How do you all enjoy that ice cream. It only defrosts once a day, yum 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I found frozen ice cream across the street

Great prices! Good selection. Not items that will last too long, but they will do if you can't afford the full things at the time. They have detergent for clothes for a dollar and it lasts for 6 loads. Food, drink, dishes, cups, kitchen gadgets, and many more things you could use.

Typical DG inventory. Location is good. Parking is a bit difficult as it's on an incline up to the store. Lot was cart free. Staff was extremely helpful. Shelves were well stocked

The location makes it tough to get in and out of the building itself; on a hill, just hope your cart doesn't have a run away with your purchases (or child) when you come out the door. Carts are kept outside, have to do balancing act to get in & out of the manual doors... Automatic doors would be a huge improvement, would probably get more customers that way. I doubt a lot of elderly consumers want the hassles involved with the entry and exit. Customer service is okay & store is cleaner than my hometown store BUT that doesn't take much

Love dollar General stores they have a great assortment of everything from milk, bread, pop,lunchmeat,ect, cleaners, dog catfood, shoes, cute clothes assortment, adult, infant and childrens, everything you need to get for a upcoming event as well as personal care products. Great return policy on clothes!!

Well it was ok... I dont understand why they have to be so high on prices. I went to Springfield and bought most everything 3 kids needed for school and spent less then here, just buying socks and just random things they still needed... if Springfield can allow there prices to be that much cheaper why cannot here... if u want people to shop locally then price to what they can afford..people shop out of town cuz prices r insane here in willow springs.

I'm just here for the movies and candy...and ice cream and toilet paper. Better than walmart because it's small but with comparable prices. Pretty much have everything you'd need for a quick fix.

i went into this store with full intentions of coming back, but the customer service that i received was beyond unbelievable. the gentleman working there, was rude, had his headphones in, was on his phone a majority of the time, was muttering cuss words his breath and when i asked for help, he huffed and puffed like it was the end of the world. never coming back. love the store, but the customer service just did it for me.

Dollar General in Willow Springs is a great store to shop at for essentials when you don't want to drive 20 miles to Walmart. Ghe employees are the nicest ladies, always smiling, always helpful.

Thing that you need when you go to Dollar General from food to personal items I love Family Dollar in Willow Springs Missouri the manager and all of the cashiers are always kind considerate and respectful awesome store

Only place in willow where we can get a little bit of food items, small selection of clothing, medicine, diapers, household items...etc... in willow in one store. The selection is slim though! 😔

Only thing that can make this place better is......shorter checkout time....usually only 1 cashier checks out people....ugh! Frustrating when in a hurry
