Absolutely outstanding service! I was a new and now forever customer this week. I felt so welcome, comfortable and confident my dog was getting the best care possible. The vet explained why they recommended certain brands of prevention and I was amazed because I’ve never had a vet explain the differences between brands. I was blown away by this incredible business. Definitely recommend!

This place is not accepting new customers. No interest in customer service at all. I called them to set up appointment for two dogs to get rabies vaccine. Very routine, 5 minute visit. They told me I had to go to website and fill out new customer form, so I did that. Called a week later since nobody ever got back to me. They were pretty short with me and said they would call me when they had opening. A month later they still havent called me back. Literally ANY other vet would be a better choice than this place

Wonderful staff! I had baked a triple chocolate cake for my moms birthday and our two dogs got loose and ate all of it. We called the vet and the doctor was put on after just a few quick minutes. He was very attentive and knew his stuff! He walked us through the process of figuring out exactly how much they ate and if we needed to make them throw up or not. After deciding they had too much, he also walked us through how to safely help our dogs. So grateful for the care their team took even over the phone!

Locals in Willard are very particular and I think this vet had a hard time getting some decent credit. He is a very informative vet. His concern radiates and he likes to make sure his patient's owners are well informed of options on the care of their animal. He had to put my older dog down and the team there was wonderful. They understood the difficulties and were compassionate and very caring. Their prices are higher than the other vet in town but their quality of care is worth the small increase. He is very professional and responsive. He cares and I am certain it shows.

I get my cat food here. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I have spoken to vet a couple of times in passing and he seems very personable.

Took my two little ones there yesterday for the first time. I loved everything the vet was so caring and understanding. He really cared about them and i felt like both he and his assistant both were very patient and kind. One of my little ones is not easy to deal with but he did offer a solution which I really appreciated. If you need a great vet go by and check them out I feel like you will be pleased.

Amazing Practice --- Down to earth, yet up to date ! ALL, Dr's and awesome Staff are there to help not only your pet, but you as well. During exam, Everything, is explained in laymen terms, so you can understand. They held my hand during a very emotional time and gave tremendous support. Our new dog, is quite nervous 24/7 - I was so impressed how they handled her during her 1st visit. All my fears were put to ease and i could breath again.

This is a very comfortable place. They maynot call you by name upon arrival, but they sure know your pet's name. The staff ispleasant to work with. All pets are treatedas family,and are well taken care of. Irecommend all of my pet owner,friends about Willard Veterinary Hospital.

We said goodbye to our sweet Percy today. This was the third vet he saw. Our original vet did okay, but didn't have the equipment to run a blood panel. The second was urgent care, but their machine was down. We had to wait because Percy was a new patient, which I understand, but his appointment was for tomorrow. I called this morning, and they got us in. Unfortunately, the consensus was FIP, which is fatal, and he was at the end of his life. I didn't want him to suffer anymore, so we made the choice. Even though they'd never met us or Percy, I could not have asked for more grace and kindness. They gave my boys time to say goodbye before the procedure (we did not keep our boys in the room). They have a candle at the front with a message that asks people to be patient because someone is losing their pet when it is on. They seemed to genuinely care about our baby and our family during this loss. I had another cat go down after being hit by a car. It was a completely different experience. As difficult as today was for all of us, it was the best it could've been and I am so thankful he went with love and care and peace.I will be establishing my other cat with them as a patient.

This place is amazing. I had a terrible accident where I accidentally ran over my dog. Luckily, it was minor and my dog will be fine but in a moment of panic, fear, and sadness, they were the only vet in the area that would see him. On top of that, they took extremely good care of him. I'm so thankful for their service. I highly recommend and trust this place with my dog.

When my best friend passed away "Havoc" they were all very compassionate. Special thank you to Dr. Mac for sending a paw print of my best friend that I will hold onto forever and frame. The vet assts, techs, and front staff were all great. Thank you.

Absolutely rude! Pushy! Demanding on what he wants you to do regardless if you know if you can afford it or not! Definitely going to find someone else. I don’t recommend at all unless you have loads of money to spend on your animals and are ready to be belittled because you don’t get all shots due to money. Horrible vet!!!

Today my wife and I had to help our dog reach the Elysian Fields , and the staff here were top notch people. They are very compassionate and helped my wife through this tough time. I will recommend this place to anyone here that is looking for help with their pets.

I have taken my pets to Willard Vet for years. I recently had to put one of my dogs to sleep, due to bladder cancer. She was really suffering. The vet, Dr. Mac, and staff were so kind. They even sent me a sympathy card with her paw print inside.

My Yorkie was attacked by a large dog. He was struggling to breathe, using accessory muscles. I brought him here and they wouldn't even see him. They told me that they are only seeing established clients. They said they can see that my dog is in bad shape and needed help but I would have to take him somewhere else. So I rushed him to the next closest animal hospital on highway 160, but he passed away about an hour later. If Willard veterinary hospital would have been caring and treated him he may have survived. Thanks for that. And trust me, I will be sharing with all friends and family.

We have been taking our furbabies to Dr Beacon since he started his practice in Willard and in our option he is not only the best around but runs a very professional, caring business !! Just met Dr McIntire and was very pleased with his knowledge and care!! The Ladies in the office are very friendly and caring, just what anyone would want caring for their furbabies!!
