I've brought my dog here a few times and am glad to have found them. Grizzly seems happy and Andrea the groomer is committed to doing what he needs. The facilities are clean and well maintained.

I thought that I was happy using this groomer. They seem friendly and professional. But two times in a row now I have picked up my poor little doggy from a grooming to find she had been cut the first time by the clippers and burned the second. I know it's a burn because I had to pay a vet bill because it swelled up so bad I was afraid of infection . And I know with a burn that bad my dog made some kind of Indication she was hurt. First time. I thought accident . Second time. You don't seem to care about the animals you are grooming and hurting them in the process of pushing them through to get to the payment. I paid them to burn my dog. Never going there again.My dog is registered under my daughters name.....and it wasn't the vet bill I was worried about it was my little puppy who couldn't sit down or potty without pain. You know its been a year or so since this review and she is still terrified to go anywhere in the car. I know no one meant to burn her. And i know your very busy. But hire someone who won't manhandle them and shove them through so fast she doesn't cool the clippers down between pups. Just take better care of the animals . that's all anyone can ask.

I can't say enough great things about The Pet Cottage! I brought in my Luna for a once over today, a Great Pyrenees that loves to roam the countryside. She was absolutely full of huge stickers and matted up behind her ears and legs. I had been putting off taking her to a groomer because I was so embarrassed of her awful mess. She got so bad and would not let me groom her at all so I had to take her. Andrea was so good to her when I took her in. After several hours she was beautiful! I really thought that she would have to be shaved but she didn't. I never felt judged or shamed at all. I wish I hadn't waited so long! Thank you so much for taking the time and caring so much! ❤️

DO NOT ever take your pet to these people! I scheduled out two weeks in advance, 1 dog on Monday and the other on Tuesday, and my first dog they did not listen to my instructions and shaved him down. The second day I was 45 minutes late to the appointment and they would not take him. When I admitted my error and pleaded with them to take him, they told me that they were too busy and that they did not appreciate my being late. but could take care of him in two weeks.They also raised their rates without telling me and charge a 3% credit card service charge without notice. I guess they just expect customers to pay without question. 😡🤬😡

Andrea did a great job with Gizmo, the prices are wonderful also, I'm sure we're gonna take her up on her nail clipping special she has!!! Overall you just wish all businesses were efficient and professional as the Pet Cottage 😉

On the 7th of Nov. we had our Cockapoo (BO) to be groomed. It was the best job I have ever had at any place. We will definitely be going back. She did a very thorough job and the nails were done great. If your dog needs grooming this is definitely the place to go. The price was about the same as Petsmart or Petco, but there was no comparison in the quality of the job she did.
