A good option for some last minute grocery shopping. The store is usually clean and well organized. My only complaint is that the parking lot layout isn't the greatest in the front but I suppose they've done what they're able to with the space they have.Be sure to sign up for the coupon program!

Store shelves weren't stocked product sitting in isle's. I understand they are busy, however from the looks of things, these full carts had been there all day. They either need to hire stockers or push the carts in the back room so the 5:00 pm shoppers can get their items and get home.

Nice staff! Great selection of items my family uses this as our main shopping place in Willard. They have a decent selection of food and drinks along with a well maintained selection of variety items such as clothes, vanity items, and cleaners. Staff is very friendly and maintain the store well always clean in here.

This dollar general is terrible the people are rude and what you buy is not what you get. Things will be left out of the bag but your charged for them anyways. And if you go back they tell you your a thief. Mind blown.

I Loved the experience. They Had a really good sale going on for clothes right now, May 31st, believe till June 31st buy one and get one free. Every piece of clothing you buy you get the same amount free. The items aren't very expensive a piece. Double check the symbols on the clothing items to make sure they match the description of the sale. Today mine didn't match but thankfully I had a wonderful store manager there and she made the deal of the sale in a way you wouldn't typically expect. I loved the sale and the deal but mostly loved the fixed occurance that happened. Kids clothing's are included within the deal and sale going on. They've also got a pretty good deal on baby wipes as I'm an aunt and continuously buy baby wipes for my almost 2 month old nephew the sale of the wipes were better than Walmarts deal on wipes. 64cnt of sensitive wipes was $1.00. Good variety of snacks even new ones I've never seen or heard of. I'll definitely look here for deals on different items.

I’ve never had a negative experience here! The staff is consistently friendly, pleasant and helpful! Now and then they’re out of something, but when they are, so is everyplace else.So refreshing! So convenient! So Willard!DG fan for life!

Always had what I'm looking for. Sales are great . Employees at some could use some customer service training. Overall love Dollar General. My hometown Walnutgrove, Dollar General, has good employees. Friendly service , always clean .

Pretty well stocked on their merchandise. Not to quick to open two registers when the line is long but friendly staff. Found all I needed there so pretty satisfied!

I hate the layout of this dollar general. It's always extremely cluttered with new stock just laying around. I went in for a little thing of vegetable oil knowing some have it. I asked one of the employees help for finding it and he was rude and hateful saying he hasnt seen it and isn't going to help find it. He wasn't going to help answer any of my questions but just keep stocking instead.

Typical Dollar General. They have a lot of general items. One thing to be aware of is that items in DG may seem cheaper but check amounts of items because some.items are less. Willard DG seems to be always back up as far as checking out so may not be best if you are in a hurry. Typically it seems that there are only two employees working, so you may not get help that you need because they checking customers out.

Prices are either the same or more here than Wal-Mart plus the store was a total mess. Waited 15 mins in a line with a cashier that was going so slow and never even tried calling for help checking people out. To sum it all up you get crappier product for the same price as Wal-Mart😲

Willard Dollar General had been having issues with there merchandise not being on the shelves and long regester lines. It was almost dreadful to need to run in for a quick item! I would drive to Walnut Grove for an organized, helpful and friendly shopping experience.I stopped in Willard DG just this last week and I noticed new friendly informational employees. Merchandise on the shelves and much faster check out!!! Thank you DG for hiring employees who care about customers service. I felt welcome in your store.This is what small town service is all about!

Dollar general very busy and a little messy to be expected with all the Christmas shoppers.great Christmas decorations and Christmas bag selection excellent.They have really got a nice grocery selections if in need of a few things after work.

Had a long line and totally understandable the 3rd register opened when they saw how many were standing in line. They need more employees to keep up with the people that don't want to go to walmart in springfield due to covid

Isles were TERRIBLY blocked with boxes down almost every isle. Hard to get around with or without cart. It is usually always that way. Great place to go. Not far from my house and they have a little bit of everything. Much better experience than going to Walmart and being stuck in a line.

This store is awful its not organized the prices are nvr what they said they are its rediculous. The staff are great and polite a few of the ladies any ways but i don't ever recommend going there unless you want to be disappointed.

Shelves are empty. The isles are blocked off and customers are unable to push baskets up them to shop. Clerks walked away from the registers and walked out of the building while customers were standing in their lines.
