Mixed feelings about it. I love how much money I have saved with the 5 for $25 and all the deals they constantly have on their grocery items. It helps me save so much money to feed three of us. I was able to over fill an entire cart with food for myself, my partner, and my roomie. All of that for around $300 was an absolute steal. On the other hand, their produce section is lacking items and what I can make of the items they do have, they are expensive, more expensive than anywhere else. I use EBT so I get $1 back for every $1 I spend, so no big deal, if it didn't cap out at $25. I had my first experience with the cap this evening and the person behind the register was unable to properly explain the reason my total was what it came to. After seeing the $25 cap on my brochure, I still did not understand what she was trying to explain. She had mentioned spending $50 in-store and something or other of $60. After consulting my partner who was also there, he agrees her math did not make sense. We will be going back tomorrow to try to get a different cashier and coming in with our brochures so no one can run weird math over our heads again.

Their prices are high but its a hit and miss of quality. I bought chicken from them 2 weeks ago cause my dog was sick and it was covered in grease and metal shavings and I went back a week ago for more chicken and they all had metal shavings on them so I got a whole chicken hoping since it wasn't cut it would be better but the chicken was bad 2 days before expiration. I also went to get yogurt and all the pnes I wanted were expired by more than a week, a few by over a month cause they were the expensive ones so they don't rotate or check the dates enough. I just can't over look the problems. Ever since the new owners took over the quality has gone down hill. The employees are always very friendly but its not worth my health.

It's the only grocery store in Willard. Maybe that's why everything is so freaking expensive. Their butcher/meat is solid though and their meat is well priced vs everything else 💯. Their service and butchers are always helpful and polite and it's a nice local spot, I just choose to drive to Springfield/Walmart when I do larger trips for groceries because of the cost.

Asked for a pound of Jojo's at the deli. They said it was $19. For that, I'm no longer supporting their store no longer shopping there.I'll take my money elsewhere. They have literally lost their mind.

I'll share some knowledge because I know we aren't the only family that could use the savings, they usually come through and reduce their dairy prices by Wednesday of each week, so there's been times that we've gotten a great jug of milk or block of cream cheese for as low as $0.99 - $4.99 depending on the item.Also they always have a very friendly staff that u know you're in a nice small town when you're shopping their kind of vibe.

Updating this review from 5 years ago when it was Murphins market. Went in 10/10/2023 to grab some salad supplies and a few other items. On the way in I noticed a sandwich sign out front for "SMOKED WINGS ON TUESDAY $6.99#"Sounds great Ill grab some of those too.Well the produce selection was devoid of selection .I mean ive seen more salads at a meat market. So I moved on to the dairy. Cheese sticks are on sale ,great I love those for a snack.... wait the pack I pick up has mold in it what gives. Lets just move on to the wings and get out of here.You guessed it ,they are out of wings.... and no they arent on the smoker cooking, they just don't have any .You see as I was not so politely informed they had missed a truck so no wings to smoke. I could however order a family chicken meal . Not what I wanted but I went with it and left.Probably what bothers me the most about all this is why not just remove the 2' tall sandwich board sign outside the entrance advertising a wing special when you know they don't exist?

Got Our different Salads at the Deli and it was sooooo freaking good! I hadn't been there since in was Murfins in 2001 and the salads were delicious ... Clean store ... Excellent service and excellent cashier service ... Thanks for the such a good experience 🙂🙂🙂

Decent little grocery store. EXCEPT the ridiculous price gouging which is illegal in Missouri. I just spent hours comparing 100 items from Walmart to Applemart and this store is a total rip off and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

A small grocery store selling best fried chicken here in Willard Missouri. My husband and I were driving in Willard and stop by to buy his favorite potato chips from this store. While we were outside I smells fried chicken and smells really good. Ask this lady outside where this coming from she said it's coming from the deli inside the storeAnd added the best fried chicken there is.She was right ✅️ absolutely love it and I highly recommend this store in Willard called Apple Market. Where you can buy the best fried chicken in town..

Love the store! I love the feeling and the atmosphere when you walk in. It's so cute and small the store but they have just about everything you need. They are up the street from me and I'm always up there. The people are super nice. They always talk and ask about your day and they always always offer to help carry out your groceries. :)

After the minor renovation, ownership change, and a little bit of turnover this store has gotten to be a pretty great place to shop without having to go into town.Their prices on some items can be hit or miss, some stuff is certainly overpriced compared to other larger chains, but it's a wash when you consider the time and fuel it takes to go further into Springfield.

This is a nice small town type grocery store. We don't stop here on a regular basis, but it is handy when we need a few items and we are passing by during our travels. The selection is very good and prices compare well with other stores.

First time shopping out in Willard since moving closer. The employees and customers, everyone was happy and pleasant. Everything was in order neatly the way it should be, there was plenty of people out stocking shelves. A bakery lady even gave my daughter a cookie. Good low prices locally owned definitely recommend.

This is a very nice store however if you are disabled do not go in there. They do not keep their scooters charged so after you walk in to find out they are dead back to the car you go an you cannot purchase groceries. Bad store to frequent if you are disabled. I need to add this has happened on more than one occasion to me.

I don’t know how this location USED to be but here is our experience.* Very very overpriced.On many occasions in the past few years we have found moldy vegetables, bread raw in the middle, BAD MEAT, glass jars already have been opened (lid pop), time after time after time.I would not trust the butchers AT ALL. The bakery also needs a refresh course on sanitation and wearing gloves as you pick out donuts and place them in a box.It is sad. On the few occasions we do shop there now we check EVERYTHING over twice before purchasing.

This being my first visit I loved it. I used to live in Kansas City and we have an Apple Market up there too and I so miss it. This place treats you like family. Very nice and very helpful staff all over the store.I got some shredded barbq beef from the area near the deli and a bag of ruffles potato chips. That made for a good combo for my snack that day.

I've never had a bad experience here! They often have good deals and I love their Murfin's Dollars program. However, many products are overpriced compared to bigger chain supermarkets. Also love their chicken nights!
