Pharmacist and aide were rude and unhelpful to a patient trying to pick up a brand new prescription. Even threatened calling the police if we did not end our time at window even though there were still questions to be answered concerning insurance and cost. Disgusting treatment and shameful reaction to the customer needing more information. Shame on this location and the pharmacist/aide who were on duty today.

This pharmacy needs to regroup. I have waited over 45 minutes in the Drive through with only a couple of cars ahead of me. The wait on the phone is often 20 plus minutes I have waited for 40 minutes before. I think they must be understaffed? It used to not be so bad but things have gone downhill for awhile now. Also have waited in the drive through being the only customer in line and no one would ever wait on you !!??

Another terrible Walgreens location! We have made 3 attempts in the same day to get a refill. Don't bother going in the drive thru. They just say they are super busy and it won't be ready until later. Later....it's still not ready. Later still....not ready! Never had a pleasant experience here. I'm betting it's a rare occurrence. We are finished with all Walgreens!

This pharmacy is horrendous. Everyone seems lost. They can never find anything, and they move at a snail's pace. The most recent nightmare was when I placed an order for multiple refills. Over the course of a week, I have three occurrences of an "order not being processed" after being told it would be. I have made four trips with insufferably long wait-times to walk out empty handed most of the time, despite being told to my face that the prescriptions "will be there". I have been very patient, but I am switching to a different pharmacy even if it means driving out of my way. I don't know how management or the pharmacists find this acceptable.

If you actually need your prescription the same day the order is placed DO NOT fill it at this Walgreens. My daughters doctor called in an antibiotic for a double ear infection at 3pm. They hadn’t even begun filling h it when they closed at 9pm. It will be 9am before they reopen. I would be surprised if it’s noon or later until it’s filled. That’s almost an entire day she has to be in pain when she could already be feeling some relief. This Walgreens is the worst one I’ve ever used as a pharmacy. I’d stopped using them for 6 months and foolishly gave them another chance. Don’t even waste your time on giving them a first chance. Let alone returning.

This is by far the worst Walgreens I have ever been with. Not only does it take forever to get a prescription filled but it takes forever to get someone on the phone! I have been a loyal customer now for several years after tomorrow I will be moving my business elsewhere and screaming at the rooftops about never using again to all my friends and family and anyone else who inquires.

This is the slowest drive thru I have ever experienced, and it is not a one time thing. Takes forever to do a simple pickup. Update: Now they never have medications in stock, even common ones like insulin. I am more shocked when something is filled than when it is out of stock.Update 2: In line again, 14 inside and 8 in drive-thru, 10+ minutes for each customer. Will Walgreens corporate please help these people?

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. Not because of the staff but because the lead pharmacist, Jeff, is a egotistical maniac who rips up people's prescriptions and refused to fill people's prescriptiond for no reason or his own reasons and lies to clients all the time. I witness this behavior for months and experienced it myself on several occasions. I called the store manager to report this and told her that I would never shop there or any Walgreens store again. She apologized and asked me to continue shopping there. I never went back and 3 days later several cops showed up at my door because the head pharmacist, Jeff, filed a FALSE police report on me and said I called and threatened to kill him. I never even spoke to him. The cops knew that I never spoke with him and that it was a false police report and told me they came by to warn me because Jeff will file a trespassing charge against me if I ever shop there again. His behavior is abominable, despicable, completely dishonest and clearly vengeful since the report is false and entirely pointless since I already told them they lost all of my business forever.

I’ve been using this Walgreens pharmacy for a year, since I moved to the area and not once has a single prescription been filled in less than 6 hours, sometimes requests will be approved by my doctor and insurance at 9am and the prescription still isn’t ready until the next day. Not just that but anytime I talk to a pharmacy staff member and they tell me they’re going to cancel a refill I no longer need they seem to never actually put this information into their systems or let anyone else know because without fail they will fill a prescription I asked them not to, and then get an attitude when I call to tell them I’m not picking up something they told me they cancelled and weren’t filling in the first place! I keep giving them chances but I’m done dealing with this nonsense. Every month or every time one of my kids is prescribed something to treat an illness I have to talk to 4 or 5 different people over the course of two days just to get the medicine filled and ready for pick up. I’ve always used Walgreens and never had this problem before. It’s unbelievable, but after a year of giving them chances I’m done. I’m transferring my prescriptions to CVS and hope they can be more prompt in filling prescriptions.

Two women literally standing there, looking at me, ignoring me, as I'm trying to walk in. I thought they opened at 7, instead of 8. Wasn't sure since I saw workers, maybe the doors were broke. Finally found the hours posted on the other side. So rude to not acknowledge me or simply let me know they weren't open yet.

A little frustrated with Walgreens pharmacy. First, I went into the store two weeks ago to get a prescription filled and walked around until it was ready. Later that day, I receive a text saying my prescription is ready. No kidding...I just got it. The next day I get phone messages about picking up a prescription. Now I'm thinking it's a different one that was automatically refilled, so I called to find out. The guy told me the name, and it was the prescription I had already picked up and requested when I was at the store. He kindly said he would cancel it which was appreciated. However, the messages continued. I called this Thursday morning to get a prescription refilled. The guy I spoke to said it was already refilled and waiting for me to pick up. So...I go there after work, and I'm told they never received a call about it being refilled. The lady said she could refill it for me if I wanted to come back, but then I get told that my insurance started over, and they need prior authorization to fill it. So...they fax paperwork to my doctor. I called my doctor Friday morning and was told that the paperwork was sent back and my prescription should be $4. I call Walgreens to be sure, and the automated system says it's not ready. Later that day, I receive a text saying my prescription is ready. I go to pick it up, and AGAIN something is wrong. I leave AGAIN and go back a few hours later and end up being told a different amount. I am also told to go home and check my messages because one of the pharmacist called to explain the problem. Sorry, but I only have my cell phone and I never received a call or message. I ended up paying the higher amount because I am so frustrated that if I stayed any longer, I might have screamed at someone.

I stopped in to grab a prescription and ended up scoring some half price Reese’s Trees. My girl has been craving them for a while but they have been sold out at most places. They had 3 bags left so I snatched them up with the quickness. Since they are seasonal they were half off.3 bags of Reese’s Trees = happy girlfriendThe pharmacist was pleasant and overall the whole experience was good.

Drive thru is excessively slow. It seems they need to learn to tell people they can’t handle certain things in the drive thru. Some people sit at the window for over 10 minutes. Will be moving to a different pharmacy.

Without doubt the most poorly, rudely and incompetently operates facility I have experienced in more than 50 years of personal pharmacy experience. Don’t ever bother to call; wastes 30 minutes. Ask for a district manager and the phone just rings for ten minutes before disconnection. They should be ashamed. They just do not care.

Best place ever!!! The ladies are so helpful and nice!!!! I live in chesterfield but work across the street from this Walgreens. I have a Walgreens that less an mile by my home. If I’m off work and I need something from Walgreens, I will only go to this store because the one by my house is HORRIBLE!!!! This store is great!! Great!!! The employees are the most kindest people!!!!

This Walgreens drive thru is terrible anymore!!! I waited 36 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. When I asked the girl what took so long she said they had insurance issues. Then go inside and fix the issues and not make other people wait on you!!!

Do not use this pharmacy. The pharmacy leaves you waiting on hold then hangs up the phone each time. Several phone calls and several hours later, they still do not pick up the phone. Their COVID testing is unreliable and they have a very unfriendly staff.

Only so so if you want to use their Fed-x service. If you're dropping off a box with a pre-printed label and want to leave with a receipt for proof that you dropped it off - you're out of luck. They will email a receipt but they will not give you one. It's worth the drive 2 miles down to road to go to the Fed-x office in Ellisville to get a printed receipt. Too many issues with email to chance it in my opinion.

Came here just to buy stamps on a Tuesday at 11 o’clock am and walked in and there was no one working the checkouts. How does this store expect people to buy things if there is no one working. I walked out and took my money else where.

If you can use the Walgreens in Ellisville, do so. Wildwood is horribly understaffed. You will wait forever.
