We love Puppingham Palace and have only the best experiences with them over the last few years. We use them for both daycare and boarding and our dog loves it there! The staff really cares about each dog and it shows in how well they take care of our pets. We love the option of watching our pup play on camera too. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We've thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Puppingham Palace! Whether our pups are just visiting for a day of play, or they get to have a few sleepovers away, they always LOVE it there, and get so excited just pulling in the parking lot. Puppingham goes above and beyond to give our pups the best experience every time they visit. They are all extremely attentive, caring and loving to our pups along with all the other dogs that are there visiting. We have used grooming, day care and boarding services for years and are always happy with their service. Our pup gets so excited to go she literally pulls us into the place. I am both a pet caretaker and the owner of a business in West County. On Friday, I received a request to retrieve a dog from Puppingham Palace on Saturday. The owners had gone on a trip and had boarded their dog at Puppingham Palace, but they wanted her back before their return. I have walked this dog and picked her up from a different daycare facility a handful of times. I encounter a wide variety of dogs in my side job, but I pride myself on being familiar with the ones I have taken care of before. So, when I brought a dog home and completed the requested tasks as the owners had asked, I wrapped up my visit and left, never thinking I took home the wrong dog. However, this morning (Sunday), I received a message from the owner, revealing that I had been given the wrong dog. I was absolutely shocked and dismayed by this turn of events. As the person entrusted with bringing their dog home, I felt an immense sense of distress in this situation. However, I must defend myself by saying that I didn't anticipate the need to thoroughly inspect a dog from head to toe or rely on the staff to repeatedly verify that I wasn't given the wrong dog. Although the two dogs looked remarkably similar, I firmly believe that is not an excuse. I always assumed there would be a foolproof system in place to prevent such errors from occurring! While I understand that mistakes can happen, I genuinely feel that this could have had disastrous consequences. Who knows if the dog I took home required specific medication at certain times? Or if the dog had allergies to substances it might have been exposed to? Furthermore, this family has a pool accessible to the dog. What if the dog accidentally fell in and couldn't find a way out, leading to a tragic incident? This poor dog was left in an unfamiliar house for an extended period of time, not knowing where she was. This truly shatters my heart. Based on the reviews I've read here and on various other websites, it is evident that this business does not prioritize the well-being of dogs. Reviews have mentioned instances where the owner/owners have stated that dogs are merely property, admitted to not knowing the whereabouts of certain dogs, and shared other highly negative and alarming experiences. It is clear that there is a total absence of any system to guarantee that the correct dog is sent home, which is blatantly evident from how swiftly they brought out the wrong dog. I genuinely hope that the owner assumes full responsibility for this situation since it is their responsibility to establish a proper system. Animals are beloved members of our families and should never be treated as mere "property." It is crucial to take their well-being seriously.

Puppingham is the very BEST! They take such good care of our dogs. I highly recommend for doggie day care, boarding and grooming. You know it's a great place when your dogs can't wait to get in their door. I can't say enough about what a trustworthy place this is to leave your babies!

Puppingham Palace was recommended by our dog trainer. We took our 7 month old pup in for a 2 hour evaluation. She had such a great time socializing and slept like a baby when she came home. I am sure she had some great puppy friend dreams. She loves going to puppingham and playing in with her puppy pals.

I am the owner of Bolt (a ~15 pound Schnoodle), the dog lost by Puppingham Palace in Wildwood, MO. The owner of the establishment who claims to love dogs, has explicitly told me that my daughters' dog is nothing more than "property." Additionally the business accepts no liability because no contracts were signed. "It's no different than if someone came to your house and let the dog out." is what I was told.Think twice about leaving your pet with a business where animals are "property" and no responsibility is taken. My 3 and 6 year old don't want their "property" back, they just want their dog.

Very deceptive pricing. Our bill was 3x higher than what we were told when booking. There were multiple other surcharges and fees that we did not anticipate including a fee to let our dogs play with a toy? Girl at desk was argumentative and said we should have read their Facebook page for terms and conditions. Dogs came home very smelly and had lost a lot of weight. We won’t ever go back. Sad because we have taken our dogs here for years and never had issues before. Not sure if there are new owners or what but we’ll just go somewhere else.

If I could give Puppingham Palace 10 stars I would! This staff saved my dogs life in the middle of the night. Esther, on the night shift, noticed he was acting different, took his temp and texted the manager, Kaylin at 12:30am. We were out of town so Kaylin and Brenna went and picked him up and took him to VSS at 2:00 in the morning and stayed with him until 4:00 am when the doctor could see him. They stayed in contact with me the entire time sending pics and updates. He ended up needing emergency surgery. If they had not acted so quickly and proactively he would not have survived. They followed up for several days after asking how he was doing. The staff treats you like family, knows your pet and is truly a one of a kind business. Kaylin and Brenna are both awesome managers and would do anything for the pups there. I always have peace of mind when leaving my dogs with them.

You folks take the best care of my aging trio of Pom pups (one is blind, one has major medical issues, and the third has one eye)…Plus, I can always count on PP to show my rambunctious grand pups (big Doodle and Belgian Shepherd) a great time in daycare when they come visit. We board our 2 4lb pups here at least a couple times a year. They are well taken care of and the staff seems to really love them. Our dogs are so small it is always a bit worry-some around other dogs but puppingham palace takes good care of them. I recommend them highly.

We cannot say anything but wonderful things about Puppingham Palace! Our sweet Cleo LOVES going there to play with all her friends! The minute we pull into the parking lot, she starts getting so overly excited, it's just the cutest thing ever! We have now also recommended the grandparents to also use Puppingham, and they are just as happy! When we came to tour the first time, they had absolutely no problem showing us basically ever corner of the entire building - nothing to hide (in comparison, our previous place for boarding never let us anywhere past the lobby). Everything is extremely clean and well kept. I think my absolute FAVORITE part is the fact that there are literally cameras everywhere, and there is an app you can log into and watch your pup all day. Not only gives you a sense of security, but it's just a fun and cool idea! They also have a Facebook page they post adorble pictures on of your pup playing and having fun. If you're nervous about boarding (or even just daycare), please rest assured this is a place you can trust. You can also tell all of the employees genuinely love their jobs along with all the pups. I recommend everyone I know with fur babies to come here!

We have been taking our two year old rescue, once a week, to the Palace. The facility offers him a great opportunity for socialization, the staff is very attentive and you have the ability to watch your pup online. Well worth every penny spent here!

Puppingham Palace has been wonderful. I needed doggie daycare when selling my home and moving and it was so easy to drop off my dog Piper for a few hours or a full day. Audrey is great and always friendly. Piper loves the socialization with other dogs and is usually wore out after her playtime there. I plan on continuing to take Piper to Puppingham Palace several times a month just because she loves it so much even though I'm all moved into my new home. I highly recommend this place.

Puppingham Palace is amazing! Definitely worth every penny! The entire staff is so committed to making sure that every dog is safe and happy, and they really make an effort to get to know your pup. I've taken our fur babies other places in the past, but I've never seen them as happy as when they go to Puppingham, and I feel comfortable leaving them in their care. Highly recommended!

Puppingham is not only a wonderful place to work but it's a great place to take your dog. 3 of my 4 dogs LOVE Puppingham (4th is more of a people person but still would love to get the attention from the employees) and we will continue to use all of their services. I love how involved the owner is in her business and how all of the employees interact with the dogs compared to other boarding/daycare/grooming facilities. I would trust this company with all of my babies especially because I work here and have seen behind the scenes. Everyone here absolutely loves dogs and would do everything in their power to love and protect them as if they were their own. This place deserves more than 5 stars. I will ONLY board my dogs at Puppingham Palace. Regarding other statements in previous reviews, the employees of Puppingham Palace would never treat a dog like property nor would the owner. The law in the state of Missouri views dogs as property. The owner of the establishment was only trying to explain to the owners of the dog what can and can not be brought into court. No one ever said they treat dogs like property at Puppingham Palace. Most of these reviews are from people that haven't even been to this facility nor seen how well your pooches are taken care of. I will say that loosing Bolt was a perfect storm of unfortunate events and Puppingham is doing everything they can to prevent anything like this in the future.

We started bringing our two dogs here (from WI) when we visit our family in the area. We know our dogs are in good hands at Puppingham! And they are always tuckered out after we pick them up :)We looked into multiple boarding/daycare facilities in the area, and this was one of the more affordable options, BUT this place does not disappoint in the quality and services that they offer. Highly recommended!

Our boxer, Guinness, has attended daycare as well as stayed for overnight boarding at Puppingham Palace since they opened in 2014. We have never had a worry about leaving him in their care. He gets personalized attention as do all the dogs who come to visit. It’s comforting to know all dogs are supervised while playing. And we can watch Guinness ourselves as he enjoys himself because of the cameras in the play area. You owe your dog a visit to Puppingham Palace because, just like at home, he will be treated like royalty.

We have boarded our 4 dogs there many times and have had great experiences. The dogs were always happy when we viewed the cam and were clean and happy when we picked them up. The staff has always been kind and friendly to us and to the dogs and interested in their well being. We’ve found them to be very accommodating when we’ve had special requests. The building and kennels are always clean and well maintained as we have picked our dogs up unannounced. We highly recommend Puppingham Palace and have been taking our dogs there for several years.

Puppingham Palace is amazing! My Winnie has been going there since she was a pup. The owners and the staff are all huge dog lovers and they treat each animal like their very own. The facility is perfect! Huge back lot to run and play, suites with beds for boarding, around the clock care for boarding clients, camera surveillance so you can check in on your furry baby while you work or vacation. I know that, when I drop off my dog, she is in excellent hands. The pets get lots of love and attention. My dog gets excited when she knows she’s going to “the palace”.... I would recommend this place to everyone I know! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

10/10 would recommend. The staff knows my dog and I by name and I have peace of mind that he is well taken care of while I am at work/unable to watch him. At the beginning when I was anxious to leave him the staff was amazing about keeping me updated and integrating him into daycare.Now, whenever we enter the parking lot my dog is scratching at the door to go in and play with his friends. He tends to be shy around strangers and new things but you would not know that if you saw him going into Puppingham. He walks in like he owns it. Can’t say enough good things about Puppingham!
