I love love love the Dollar General stores. Some are much more organized and clean than others, but they usually have what I need.I know it has been very hard finding people who want to work these days, especially since COVID. But, at one of our local stores (Osage Co., MO) you can walk in and out and no one wud even know if u walked out with a cart full of unpaid for products. It's like if you say, "Hello?????" All you hear are crickets crickets crickets....nothing .And if you do find someone.....there is one gal who works there who is the most hateful, unfriendly person I have dealt with in a store.You know if a person hates getting off their a** and coming to work (like we, the last gen who know how to work) were raised to do, you know being responsible and respectful adults who work for a living...a lot of you out there shud TRY IT!) THEN DONT WORK THERE.IF YOU DONT FEEL like yOU ARE REQUIRED TO WORK THEN STAY AT HOME AND LET THOSE OF US WHO DO, SUPPORT YOU!@!!If you do want to be a responsible productive member of society, then smile and be hospitable to your customers!!!I think there are a lot of employers who need to put their employees if you can call them that.....through CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING where they learn that THE CUSTOMERS ARE NUMBER ONE!

Went in to purchase product and asked to use the bathroom. The young lady seemed to be put out but gave me a key and pointed the way. I could not get it to work and reported the problem. Annoyingly she said don’t turn the handle as if I should know this. Went back and struggled still. She came back to get it for me attitude and all. I thanked her. When I came out and searched for my product I overheard her accusing me of breaking the bathroom door handle. Very rude employee. Short brunette. I told her it’s been a slice. Left empty handed and a little frustrated.

The people who work at this location are friendly and helpful. I pass several DG locations on my way to and from work but I don't stop until I reach this one. It's not only more accessible from the hwy, but the Over all appearance and cleanliness is far above the other stores.

Don't live in the area but it seems like every time I'm in the area I end up at this dollar General. I have always been happy with the store, the set up, the products and I have NEVER had bad customer service. Always service with a smile!

I come here every now and then when Im coming up this way to get a drink and or snack. They have really good this here that I always come back home with 2 or more bags.
