Came to check out some of the filming locations from the Lifetime film "Rebuilding A Christmas Dream." This lil adorable coffee shop was so fun to visit!I absolutely adore all of the taxidermy critters dressed up for the holidays. There's some really neat historical artifacts near the area where you order your drinks including a timeline of the building, an antique coffee grinder, and an alarm that will sound if you touch the furs 👀I ordered a hot chocolate with whipped cream & sprinkles. My husband got a warm muffin and the apple cider. I thought it was a nice touch that the cider could come either as cold or warm. The staff was extremely kind and efficient given the amount of people who were ordering.If you're looking for a cute cozy coffee shop while you're in Weston, definitely add the Weston Coffee Roastery to your list!

Just left this awesome place on a cold now snowy Saturday! What a great experience! Spent almond 2 hrs there! Great selection of great coffee and sweet goodies made there! Friendly staff and so cozy. Christmas is in the air! You must check it out!Dietary restrictions: Some Gluten free items!

This is the second time we stopped here for a bite. Typical old fashioned type cafe and diner. Nice service, comfortable atmosphere and the food is very good. We will definitely be back.

COZY☕ COFFEE ☕ALERT!!Kind and courteous staff.The breakfast sandwich (I ordered sausage in a croissant) was really good and the appropriate amount of food for the price. Black coffee and breakfast sandwich was $7 and I got a free refill on the black coffee.The atmosphere is lovely and feels like home♥️

Fantastic Small BusinessOur first stop on our day trip to Weston. Great coffee and friendly staff. We stayed for almost two hours, had a breakfast burrito and played a board game.

😬👎 Honestly it's nothing special with coffee you could make at home... I felt like the new owner (Julie) was to pushy with her suggestions... Made the experience awful!!!...Then there was the danish I was told to try... It was dry as a hockey puck!!!... Threw it away after the first bite... No I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone... If you want coffee just stop at the depot plus its lots cheaper!!!

I immediately loved being acknowledged when we walked into the beautiful building! It makes people feel seen and welcome. It was a comfortable shop with people were sitting, chatting, and laughing at the tables. The owner gave us his suggestions, when asked, on drinks we should try and had an answer when we asked about food options.I am excited to see the business grow with meeting space, virtual office space, and who knows what else Chris and Julie will add to their offerings.The breakfast burritos were great, but the best HAD to be the Strawberry Fields drink. Hot or cold - it was like pure liquid springtime happiness!!

Wow. The 3 people working had the best attitudes! They were all welcoming, had recommendations and just seemed genuinely to love this place. The Danish was fantastic. The almond paste one was my favorite. The blackberry strudel iced latte was my favorite. This is a great stop when in Weston.

So glad we stopped in for lunch! It was our first time checking out Weston and not only was our food delicious and exactly what I was wanting but the staff was so friendly and sweet! I had the Big Meat Breakfeast Platter. The menu online shows the old price. The current price is 16.99. It comes with 2 sausage patties, which were good. 3 pieces of bacon, which were good. A nice ham slice which was good. 2 eggs, toast and hash browns. Asked for crispy hash browns and they got pretty close. Staff was friendly and quick. I even had enough leftover for the next day. Value for the price is pretty decent, seeing how everything has gotten more expensive.

They stayed open a little bit longer just for us to finish our drinks. Lemon cake was delightful ! Also The best Chai latte around KC. Keep the good work guys! 😉

Went a little crazy today and had hot chocolate with marshmallows, whip cream and sprinkles. It was good and that staff here is super fun. Definitely worth a visit if in the area.

Great place with a wonderful owner. When I engaged him about Weston he gave a brief history of the town. Some of the events they have in town. Wonderful experience. By the way the owner was such a great guy. He was letting us enjoy our drinks. It wasn't until I started talking to him that he joined our conversation. So for a relaxing drink or a wonderful history lesson stop by Weston Coffee Roastery.

The meal just really wasn't worth 40 dollers and the food was just barely like how the menu described it. Got a burger but it had barely any flavor; the only good part of it was the two tiny pieces of bacon on top of the patty. Overall just not a good experience, won't be coming back.
