If you like history at all, you will love the tour they offer at O'Malleys Pub. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. Plus the restaurant offers amazing Irish food. (Scotch Eggs are fantastic BTW). Thank you for an amazing tour, drink samples and food! I definitely recommend this place.

Great historic brewery! The food and beer was delicious, including the homemade apple pie! Exciting place to go to and learn about how this place has evolved. Originally built in 1842, it's the second oldest brewery west of the Hudson River. Walking into the bar is half the excitement when you go through the long tunnels and steep walkways to get to the taps. Had some nice live music to make the atmosphere perfect. Would definitely recommend! (Note: The beer menu pictures are current as of August 2019, but I assume the selection rotates depending on the season.)

What a cool place. While aimlessly wandering the Kansas City area we found ourselves in the parking lot of Weston Brewing Co. This hits one of our top 5 most enjoyed "finds" while traveling. The staff was welcoming and treated us like friends. We enjoyed the scotch eggs and beer so much we bought an extra suitcase to take home a case!

The outside has a cool beer garden feel. The inside main level is nothing too terribly fancy. Bit if you step through the portal and wind your way down the Irishmen opstacle course into a world created decades and decades ago. Truly a unique brewery with multiple underground pub rooms, live entertainment and just an awesome atmosphere. Oh, it's also a great Irish pub.

A.k.a. O'Malley's. We only briefly visited here to check out the atmosphere during the Weston Irish Festival (10/14/17). Absolutely LOVED the atmosphere and the different levels below ground. It was a really awesome environment that we wish we'd have had more time to explore (and rightfully packed-to-the-rafters at the time).

Well this is a cool under ground brew pub but, the brewery is above and right next door . Ah ! A place where 4 six packs choosen from a dozen choices only 20 bucks.. The bar area being under ground alone is a reason to check this place out. My photos kinda bite but, dont let that stop you from a visit.

Good prices, great environment, better than average food. Sit on the patio if possible. Irish meals are on the menu, but it is pretty standard fare.

My husband and I loved the fish and chips, garlic mashed potatoes, chicken salad, and cheddar beer soup! I tried the Irish root beer (photo), which was fantastic! It tasted like a “hard” root beer float. The service was great and fast. Have dinner here and then take your receipt downstairs to hear live music without paying a cover.

Truly amazing crafted beer and an awesome location to visit. The main bars are literally underground. Stay in the first level for old limericks, jokes, and songs from Bob Reader or visit the bottom levels for that weekend's band. The bands play mostly Irish inspired music and it is a fantastic time

This is a not-so-hidden gem! Ambiance times a thousand and a great Irish bard as well. The basement was not open when we went, but the quite, pub atmosphere was great. The only downside is that it smells strongly of mildew. If you are sensitive to such things, avoid this location. Otherwise, you are in for a unique location and a great experience.

Wonderful atmosphere and ambiance. Would definitely visit again, not very handicap accessible. But the staff is very accommodating. While you're 75 ft below ground, The Establishment does offer Wi-Fi in the basement.

Super confusing. Went into O’Malley and Sons to have a drink. Loved the atmosphere but we were told we can’t order a drink at the bar and have to order from the QR code. There was no internet down there so once we could see the menu, there was no way to order a drink. Can’t order a drink from the bar but we have to use the QR code?? Wasn’t busy so why not have a server come take our order?? How do you expect people to order a drink if they aren’t listed on the website?? Then we debated going to the Weston Brewing company side but we couldn’t figure out if the two were the same place or not?? Super confusing!

Best pub I've been to. Loved the ambiance and had just the right amount of people (full but not packed). If you're looking for a good brew, skip the restaurant and head over to the smaller building on the left of the restaurant. After 7:30 or so is a $5 cover so get there a bit early. Walk down the chutes and ladders 6 floors underground to the 160 year old man-made stone-lined cave. They used to store beer kegs here to keep them cool in summer (or so I was told), but it's now converted to a pub complete with stage for live music performances. Delightful experience drinking a delicious, ice-cold craft beer (Irish cream ale was my fav) in the beautiful and converted Irish cave pub listening to spirited Irish music. Will return on my next trip to the area!

Loved this place. Definitely will be coming back. Their ginger beer was so incredibly good. We liked it so much we joined the mug club. It is worth the drive.

Good little Irish pub. Irish eggrolls are the best! Order the beer sampler! Royal Lager was my favorite. The underground historic brewing cellars have been converted to an underground pub, which is an AWESOME hangout spot. Good live music venue.

I love coming here everyone is always smiling and laughing. The drinks are so delicious you could have warm coffee drinks spiked with a lot of Irish stuff LOL or just plain old beer. Good music Good Company I love it

We always go for the Cheddar Ale soup, warm, crispy soft pretzel and n//a Caliber beer. Have been going here for years. The O'Malley corned beef is great too!

This place is so great! I loved the underground passages, the intimate spaces, and the great food. I was not crazy about any of the beers, but I'd go back in a heartbeat for the ambiance, the little town, and the adventure of it all :)!They also have an Irish music festival here every year. It'd be great to check it out sometime.

Stopped in after a nice hike on the Weston bluffs trail. Had stopped here before earlier in the year last spring. Unfortunately, the staffing shortage seems to have creeped into weston. I had the Reuben, two others in the party had the fish and chips, and one person ordered a pork tenderloin sandwich. We also ordered the pretzel appetizer. The pretzel appetizer was good as always, unfortunately we waited for about an hour for our food to come out, and the pretzel came out with our entrees. We had asked for cheese sauce and mustard with the pretzel, and we received no mustard with our order. We had to refill our own water. The waiter never offered another beer to the person who had ordered one to start with. Fish and chips and Reuben were good. The pork tenderloin was substandard. Our friend had requested it without tomato , only onion. It came out the exact opposite of what she ordered. It was clearly not made on site other than taking it out of the freezer and cooking it. It came on a dry bun, her french fries were cold everyone else's were hot. And it was so tasteless she couldn't even eat half of it. We were there far longer than we had planned on being. Granted there were several big tables, but it seemed like two other guests and one person dining by themselves got far better service than the rest of us. One table of two got their dinner served to them dessert and several rounds of drinks, and coffee. All of this transpire before we even received our food. I hope that they are able to find staff, because the time we were there before it was a lovely afternoon out on the patio and the food was delicious. Next time, we may try another place after our hike. Sometime in the future we may give them a try again, but the pork tenderloin really needs some work..

We've been going here since 2007 and have never been disappointed. My wife loves the fish and chips and I can't say no to the Shepherds pie. It makes for a fun evening to eat dinner then move to the pub for the hilarious and fun music of Bob Reeder. Make sure you remember your favorite Irish tunes for him to play.

Awesome place. Irish pub 6 stories underground. Nice and cool compared to the blast furnace outside. They have their own beer on draft. The Irish style cream ale is excellent. They also have 6packs available to purchase. The Irish restaurant above ground had a lot of delicious choices. I had the Fish & Chips with their special sauce. Very very good.

I have a blast every time I visit. The food is amazing. The tour is incredibly interesting, and the beer is out of this world. The bars are underground creating an extraordinary atmosphere. They provide live music from fun bands. It's the best place to visit in Weston.
