I had to remove 4 small Allen screws. I was able to remove two of them, but the other two would not loosen. The Allen wrench would slip. Someone there showed me an extractor tool to use. It worked great! Thank you!

Friendly and helpful staff which provides most household(electrical and plumbing) needs after everyone else has closed.Customer service is beyond amazing.I'd like to add propane to the list! Seems very reasonable to fill trailer bottles!Update! Staff is very helpful and often inquires about needs and what I may be looking for. Have definitely upped my shopping here.

This place is great! You can call and talk to someone who knows their stuff, or go in person and they will take the time to explain what you need. All you have to do is tell them what project you're working on if you're not sure and they'll walk you through each step. I love coming here.

Most employees are helpful and very nice. It's easy to go in and get what you need and get checked out fast. Most are fast checking you out and bagging it. I only say most because every once in a while you get person who is not same as any store. They will help you with your ace rewards or coupons so it's cheaper for you when possible.

I go here whenever I can to avoid lumberyards, as well as, needing something you can't find elsewhere They're willing to help if you look lost & are female, rather than ignore the fact, you entered their store. That's worth a lot to me!!

Couldn't find what I was looking for here even though I checked on line to make sure they had it before driving 25 miles to find it. The associate at the checkout went above and beyond to accommodate me, offering to look it up and talked with others to get help, even though he had other customers waiting. When all else failed he offered to order it for me and kept apologizing. Wish I could recall his name. He did a great job! Also I had never been here before and was quite delighted to find the variety in their products!

Wonderful selection, great staff. Staff are friendly and engaging, great to discuss your project with. They are quite helpful, and have good knowledge. I build motorized bikes and when I replace the cheap Chinese bolts, washers, nuts, etc, I buy them here because I honestly enjoy shopping here.

We do quite a bit of business here. Their prices may be a bit higher, but they send out coupons in the mail and you can earn money for so much money spent. The employees are extremely helpful. I'm almost always greeted at the door and asked if I need help while I roaming the aisles. It is a clean establishment, well stocked and pleasant to shop at.

The store is not being restocked as well as it once was. There are many things they simply don't have on the shelves. They will offer to do a special order. The problem is when you're doing a weekend project you don't want to hear that some basic materials are now special order. I was told that nails for landscaping Timbers would have to be a special order since they were out of stock. I never got a call that my order came in. There are some very good helpful people there who can give very good advice on doing projects. Unfortunately there are a few who simply don't care. My last visit involved asking where an item was and the person I ask rolled their eyes and proceeded to take me to the wrong section of the store. And then they gave me "we need to special order that item." I walked three aisles over and found the item I wanted. My only other issue are the prices on some of the items in the store. An item that shows being $6.99 on the ace website is $7.99 in the West Plains store. Another complaint about pricing is that many items have no pricing on the Shelf.
