I just love my local Ramey unfortunately it's a little too far for me to travel weekly. So I come when I can The only complaint I have about the store is their parking lot it is absolutely terrible. It is so bumpy and it's just not a pleasant experience especially for the price you pay. This will not interfere with me coming back I will be back that's for sure again keep up the good work guys but hey take a look at that parking lot.

Manager knows absolutely nothing, is rude and shouldn't be in customer service. I'm easy to get along with & please but I've had at least 3 run ins with this guy. Won't be shopping here anytime soon if at all avoidable.

The staff are usually very diligent and courteous. Be aware of the best by dates, sometimes they can be iffy here. The prices are slightly higher but the location is convenient. Ultimately, I rely on this store a lot, and for the most part they are reliable.

We do not shop here often. There are a few items that we cannot find elsewhere. There is a great selection of juices, some cheeses that are spectacular, and the best Red Diamond Tea in town - why & how does it taste "soured" at every other store. OH I am forgetting the amazing selection of ice cream. The variety of flavors is better than any other store in town for sure.

Nice selection of items for Asian and Mexican dishes. Their produce is usually very good. They have a very nice wine & liquor section. Just not a fan of their meats. Prices are generally a bit higher than other places, but often worth it for convenience and finding items that the other stores don't have. Employees are always very friendly!

the produce was rotting and the meat had a sour chemical smell to it so I left without making a purchase and now when I think about the smell of the meat I want to puke!

Plenty of parking, good lighting, clean environment, but yes the prices are about 5-10 percent higher than other local stores.The deli is full service and has a pretty good selection.The downfall of this store is the employee turn-over... management thru entry level. You'll need to be patient if you want help.

We used to come here for birthday cakes every year. Still good quality cakes, but with food prices nowadays, we've decided to just make our own. Although, we still haven't found a cake place that comes close to Ramey's delicious whipped icing. The ability to print any image onto their cakes is AMAZING too!!! Always a hit at any birthday or get together. Cant forget the edible glitter sprinkles!!!Ugghh!! Now I want a cake!!!Thank you Ramey for all you've done for us over the years. Keep up the good work!!!

I love this store! The prices are reasonable and they have a good selection. Their extra features are video rental and a pharmacy. It is the holidays and I just found out they have USPS flat rate boxes which will save me a trip to the post office.

People are wearing masks, all the workers are friendly, and you could walk through the aisles without someone bumping into you. I was also able to find things I could not find in Walmart grocery section. I was there on a Thursday afternoon. So if you are interested, I would recommend going in the afternoon.

I use the curbside pickup for the first time. It worked out okay other than they were out of a couple of items. But I knew that before I arrived. All in all it was a very good experience. I use their app to do the shopping and made payment before my arrival so it was basically contactless curbside pickup.

Pharmacy is a joke. Slow and rude service. Overhead Debbie tell another Pharmacy tech not to fill a person's prescription because that person was 'rude' to her. How does a pharmacy operate this way?!

Decent selection of fresh veggies and meat. Limited selection on many items, not a lot to choose from. Prices tend to be quite a bit higher than other grocery stores in the area. Surprisingly large wine selection for such a small store.

Wonderful staff at Ramey's both in the pharmacy & the grocery store itself. Fair prices & at times some utterly fantastic deals like their buy one get one free dealson things like Chocolate Chips Ahoy cookies not to long ago. Thank you! GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU!!

I enjoy shopping here because it's close to my house and they tend to their customers well. There's a pharmacy located here as well as a movie rental machine. And if there's nobody to help you at the movie check out the cashier's at the normal registers are pretty prompt about calling someone to the front so that you can be helped quickly.

Very clean and a great place to shop for Oddities. They have things in this store is that aren't at most stores. A little pricey, but I don't mind considering it is far cleaner than most places and I get items that I would have to search for online.

Wonderful store. Always friendly and usually have most everything you need. I am disappointed that they no longer have Vernors ginger ale. But I am always glad to have a hug from Frank.

Most extensive beer selection in West Plains. If you can't find obscure brewers at the formidable WalMart (and possibly the price gouging Mulligans), this store goes the extra beer mile. Of course, prices for craft beers are nosebleed. Happy-go-lucky crew manning the store. Take a star off for an aging 1970s store patina, a little rough around the edges. I like their music playlist.

Every since Walmart fired Frank Swanson (and I have never been back since), this has been my main shopping place. They were nice enough to hire Frank so I give them 95% of my business. I don't miss the long lines and the crowded isles of WP Walmart at all. Rameys has a great selection and a clean store. All the employees are friendly. Even the manager will come up and talk to you. Overall a 5 star shopping experience!

Worst experience ever, customer service manager needs a new job. Period. My Mother has dimentia, I pick up her medicine and groceries twice a month at Rameys. I will never step foot in there again. Nor should you, apparently signing for and using your own valid ID is not enough. You should expose people of vulnerable health to randoms at the grocery store. I did not nothing wrong and I will tell everyone I know about this trifling experience. I live 500 miles away and caretaking is exhausting. I'd rather take my chances at the Walmart

Have good sales, but... if you don't check you receipt right away, you'll get home and find you got charged retail for the item you thought you buying on sale. The cash register computer and the listed sales prices don't all match up.

Clean, staff is excellent, has a pharmacy, and a good organic section. A little more expensive than Wal-mart, but much less busy. They have a bakery and have salads/sandwiches, etc...

This is the best grocery store in town. The customer service is outstanding! The manager, Bobby, is the most helpful, hard working, kind manager that I have ever dealt with at a retail store.

Prices are On the high end. Probably most expensive store in town. I lived out of town and stopped it to grab frozen corndogs. When i cooked them the hotdogs were grey. I bought 2 boxes and they were all grey. So gross!!! I couldn't eat them waste of $$$!!

They have the most amazing cakes and dessert in town! I hope they stop selling expired food. This would be my go-to store if they did not sell expired food.

I went to Ramey because I needed to mail something and I had an amazing experience. The kind lady at the customer service desk was so helpful. I did walk around and check out the store, I'll definitely be back.

Large selection food products. Great wine, beer, and spirits. They are often the most expensive grocery store. It appears they don"t always treat their employees very well
