People are nice but they don’t seem to take sale tags off. When the sale is over. 3 times went in the purchase some lumber. And I usually look around the store before going to the front to purchase lumber. The last time they had caulk on sale for 3.99. Needed some for my shower. So I picked up a couple tubes. Get to the front and it rings up $6.49. The cashier ask the guy sitting at the desk why it was ringing up at that price. He looked at her and said that was last week sale. Just aggravating things are high enough these days. Instead of around $8 in turn into around $13. That’s happened on 3 occasions the first time I didn’t catch it till I got home. If u can’t pull ur sale tags then sale it what the tag says. It’s not the costumer fault that you can’t get tags pulled.

I went in to the West Plains location needing a couple of things. Jason P was quick to offer help, gave ideas and suggestions ( with explanation as to why) and to possibly save me having to make an uneccesary trip back in. He set me up with what i was needing (after he did a little thinking of a better way) and took larger item to my car for me..when it would not fit, i said i would return with a truck. He asked where i lived and said itwas on his way home and he would drop it off! You do not get customer service like this any more!! He was a blessing that day and i will always sing their praises. I have always had great service there but that day, Jason went above and beyond!!

I just added a 16x32 Lean to on my out building. Bought everything at R.P. couldn't be happier, from the counter to the guys that loaded. And prices were very competitive, always have projects, will buy R.P. Lumber.Thank youGary

This place wouldn't accept a company check so be careful if they tell you they have it you better take cash. Drove over a hour to pick up safety buckets for one of my crews. Luckily Meeks had them and accepted the company check. I will be using Meeks for all of our Roofing and Construction projects in West Plains. Hope this helps the next guy.

First of let me say if I could leave 0 stars I would. This store has the rudest loading staff I have ever encountered. So bad I turned around and returned my product. Not one person at the desk ask anything about the situation. Just looked at me like I was nothing when I ask for a refund. Maybe it’s because I’m a woman. But will I never return nor will my family and friends.

Always friendly and helpful service. Ive been going there for years. They always have what I need for my handyman and construction jobs. The workers in the back lot are fast at helping you load your materials. If you have questions ask the employees they will help you find the answer.

Love this place I remodel houses and they help me anytime I have a question and have a wide variety of things and they order and deliver very quick. Want to say in like 2 days... was ordered and delivered to the house and they were very nice and professional.

A great place with GREAT, helpful, and friendly staff. Have gone to the other guys in town (meeks) and alwwys walk out feeling like i must have cooties or smell bad. Not so at R.P.They're always spot on with their service and fair with price
