Quick response, professional, and loving. This was my first time purchasing a dog and having it as an ESA. I didn't even have to worry about fraud. I flew all the way from Northern California to Missouri to personally pick up my furbaby. I've appreciated all the updates during her mom's pregnancy and after birth care. I've remained in contact with her and her husband by regular picture updates. I can't wait to purchase my furbaby a brother or sister from Gloria & Alvin. Thank you for such great service.

Horrible experience! My puppy was sick and I had to take her back. Vernetta Cockrum was awful to me and knew nothing about dogs!😥😥
