This use to be a great dispensary until they changed from the farmers wife from there it went down hill at a rapid speed. For example,You can never get anyone to answer the phones (even after calling for 30ins and being put to someone will be with you shortly......), you have to ask them to apply your points even after applying them online, and not to mention how they run online ads showing free swag if you spend 100+. I never realized a receipt is considered free swag!?!?! Because that's all I got other than my products in the purple bag after spending 300+ dollars. Don't advertise something if your not going to follow thru high profile.

I've been going to farmers wife for long time and spend quiet alot in there. But since the change over... the reward system is now a joke, and that is what they do to people who are loyal costumers... prices went up but fluctuate.... And yes they need more personable on the phone, I've had to help out couple older people cause they just didn't understand the question I guess

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had at a dispensary. Ray was very helpful and patient with me being from out of state and educated me on the products and the regulations of the state helped find what I needed with almost no input from me and I love it definitely ask for Ray 10/10 best bud tender

Why even let me place a drive thru order ahead of time if you still make people wait around. If you all are that backed up you should have some kind automated message letting us know so we don’t end up waiting around . People have things to do and places to be ordering ahead of time is supposed to be convenient. If I wanted to wait around I would have just came in side .

When you call to ask questions it prompts you to a computer and you do not get a person. This is completely unprofessional. There are too many patients that need personal care and need to ask questions about availability in a dispensary. You should not prompt a patient to go to the internet and figure it out. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Absolutely pathetic. I have been a patient caregiver for 25 years. This is completely unacceptable

Such a shame. I’ve been a customer at the farmers wife since they opened. Once hi profile took over they jacked up prices and made a pretty much non negotiable website that apparently was designed by a special needs 6 year old. I’ll take my 500-700 a month somewhere else.

Plenty of parking if your not using the drive thru. The off-duty officer inside checks your ID and maybe let's you into the waiting room. After a few minutes or so, you are double checked and brought into a large room. The Pot Tenders are kind and very knowledgeable about which items you may enjoy. The cashier is the same tender that has been helping with your items. Discounts applied after multiple visits. Highly Recommended

Quality vs quantity i will always choose quality and when i walk into high profile i am never worried when my budtender suggests something that it will be if the utmost quality. Im very content because usually go with something in mind and leave with something else better than what i expected. Always a pleasant surprise. Looking forward to the next visit. Oh i almost forgot i went in on tuesday and got double points woot woot!!!!!

Order a couple oz an they said order was ready. Drove 1 hr one way to get there to find out they are closed. Like seriously???? You should never told me my order was ready to be picked up if you were closed. So thanks for a big waste of my time. Lucky Codes dispensary kept it real an got me straight. Now Codes gets my business, I will not ever do business with this company again. There is no customer satisfaction at this establishment

Disappointing! Had bad bud tender on first visit who failed to give me my 20% discount. Said would make it up on second visit.Second visit they looked up 1st visit recipe and verified no discount given but refused to honor it.Won't return unless made right.

Nice place friendly staff. Went in and asked for a specific strain and the budtender said let me see if I can get it cheaper, I said it didn’t matter and asked was it popcorn because that’s not what I wanted, just to check out and get to the house and it is popcorn. This has happened on a couple occasions now.

It was refreshing after a previous dispensary experience.The online ordering and drive thru are easy and fast to use. The website setup makes it simple and straightforward to order ahead of time. I like to be able to read the descriptions at my own pace, stress (anxiety) free shopping :)Looking forward to future visits

Only order from the counter. Ordering online, in my experience, you'll end up with sativa when you wanted a hybrid, hybrid when you wanted indica. And clear your schedule, this place is not in a hurry.

The Farmer's Wife of West Plains has impressed me with their exceptional service and products. I have rarely experienced such respectful and professional treatment from a business and developed such a pleasant rapport with the staff. I have not visited the Source, the other cannabis dispensary in West Plains, not because of any negative reputation but rather the excellent service and goods that I routinely experience at the Farmer's Wife. The quality of their products is exquisite and I cannot resist returning to their dispensary, where I always have a warm and friendly experience.The bud-tenders are consistently informative, friendly, and respectful, despite their long working hours. Through conversation, I have gotten to know some of them and have grown fond of their presence every time I visit. The tasteful decor and sensibly arranged displays of the dispensary add to the wonderful shopping experience, leaving little to criticize about this business. I have had many tremendous shopping experiences at this dispensary and plan to continue visiting, and I hope everyone who visits has the same wonderful experience.

I’ve been sitting in the drive through, while the business is open for over 10 minutes at the window. No one came to help me and I have a pickup order scheduled. Bad service for something that’s pre packaged and the parking lot empty

Very knowledgeable staff! I felt like a customer instead of a hurry up next person experience. Recommend above all other dispensarys! The man that helped us had a t shirt made out of a dollar bill on his tip jar. This person went above and beyond and also made come back customers!

The budtenders are knowledgeable, they look presentable , and have treated me with excellent customer service each and every time I visit!I love that they also give my dog a bone each time I use the drive thru. :).. It's been a great experience becoming a regular here!!
