I have popped in several times over the past couple of months and found virtually nothing. They do have some nice "thrift store" items, and they are clean, well organized etc. But the shop has an air of greed to it, as the prices are well over what they should be. I overheard one of the women at the desk talking about the "high value of Corelle dishes", telling her colleague to make sure she prices those higher. That really fits with the spirit in the place. No special finds, nothing close to what a shopper can find just down the road at OTC where the prices are set to move the items out of the store into the hands of happy shoppers, rather than sitting for months as they do at Heavens Creatures.If this store connected more with its customers through more "thrift store prices", then they undoubtedly would see many more customers and probably increase the bottom line they are trying so hard to preserve.

I have gone in there a couple of times and it is RIDICULOUSLY OVER PRICED for donated and used items . it might be for a good cause but with those prices are just gonna scare customers away...

The woman who runs this store is just rude. They have nice things..WAY over priced with comparison to other thrift stores. Used clothing should have used prices, unless you want to keep them! I've never been to a thrift store that charges $7 for a used shirt from Walmart...until now. They have a good cause, and help people. May need an attitude adjustment, and overhaul of store pricing. Maybe then they would get more customers and be able to help more animals, I'd that is their goal.

EXCELLENT@! Their products are clean and overall brand new looking second hands.The store is FULL of great treasures, but also organized and easy to shop. I was also thrilled to learn that they have a spay and neuter program in West Plains, Cabool, & Mountain View: the owner donates to each vet to spay and neuter two animals per family that needs assistance. Absolutely B-E-Autiful!!!Thank you Heavenly Creatures Thrift Store you are just wonderful. Great staff as well, my three year old even enjoyed shopping & visiting with you.

I've truthfully never been here, and do not (until today) rate anyplace I do not shop at, or know firsthand. But this place must be close to a stop i made in West Plains Missouri. I can say I will trying it out, and am interested in what they support. I hope to post a comment next time about this place. Im interested.

They support your local animals! If you need help getting your pet spayed or neutered. They help! Greta is the owner speak to her or anyone of the wonderful ladies. They will help you out!

The folks there are wonderful. Prices are pretty high on alot of stuff but most of the time atleast we save a buck or two

Over crowded no isle space ,over priced,table clothes on tables draping got caught and staff was very rude I WILL NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN.
