No cashier. Last 3 times I have been in there, there is no line, but there's also no cashier. Just waiting for someone to show up. I'm not mad about it, c'mon, it's DG, what could you expect? People to be happy to work there? In the land of returns?

They have good sales with digital coupons. The isles are not very big but they have almost everything shoved in the little store. Most of the employees are helpful and very good. sometimes you get an employee who is not good and fast at the register but most of them know almost everything about the store and prices.

Great place to shop with some fantastic prices! There are several aisles in the store where everything on the shelf is one dollar. Their after the Holidays sale events are out of this world. Check them out after Valentine's this year 2019. The staff are polite & helpful!!!👍😀

They have a decent variety of things, pretty good prices, and a clean store. Usually only one register open, and sometimes you have to find the worker to check out. (Busy stocking the shelves which is a good thing). I just wish they had a baby changing table.

I have had card problems there the last two times i have been in there. It was the same clerk both times. This time i just forgot my card and the mobile pay wasnt working. I left saying i was just grabbing my card and coming back. The clerk stopped me and told me someone paid for it. I smiled said "oh my gosh" and put the bag down. I think she thought i was angry or ungrateful... i wasnt. She is awesome and i greatly appreciate all of her help.

Always have what I want at fairly reasonable prices! I would have given 5 stars but the reason why not is that you always have to go searching for someone to check you out at the register! The other day I was in line and stood there for 7 minutes before I had to send my son to go look for someone who could check us out!

Always dirty and isles are always blocked by carts or uboats or the staff standing around in the way. It's very hard to get any kind of customer service much less good or friendly service. I really wish they would shape up because I like going to dollar general, just not the stores in west plains.

The only place in West Plains we can find the Korean BBQ noodles my man likes!!! Even the other Dollar Generals don't seem to carry them! Plus, the staff is always very pleasant and friendly!

I am in dollar general on bill verdin every single day.i love the prices and deals sometimes I'm in two or three times a day.thr staff are so helpful and accomodating.one employee ,Michelle goes out of her way to speak to her customers and is always so cheerful.its an overall great experience.

Terrible customer service. The cashier with the short dark hair is miserable- she way she approaches is enough to make anyone defensive. She talks to people like they are an inconvenience, with a mono tone type of mumble. It is just some of the worst possible human interaction you can imagine. Of course, she is working every time I shop there! I pray for her, we should all have happiness.

They are pretty convenient,the location is clean,however customer service is lacking...things were easy to find but it took a little bit for the cashier to realise what i gave him and toldhim he had as though i was speaking spanish

To many problems with their mobile coupons. Clerks were unfriendly and rude when I expected mobile coupons to work properly. One clerk was even snappy with me.

All the workers are great!! But the prices are about as much as Walmart now. They need a new name from Dollar general to the 5 and 10 dollar store.

Typical DG store. They were pretty slow about checking people out. There was 2 registers going, 4 people in front of me, and probably waited about 10 minutes.

Has a lot of basic things cheaper and seasonal crafts can be good choices especially on sale. However, store somewhat disorganized and messy.

There was a hair dryer for $10.00 & the clerk charged my husband 15.00...so now I have to go argue with the mgmt Seems this happens quite a bit i wont be back!
