The associates there are rude, impatient and disrespectful…. They do not follow up on anything, they do not call you when they need your insurance information for transferring medication‘s. I had to call there and find out that they had and transferred my medications from out of state. After telling them I would appreciate a call next time I was told that they couldn’t do that for everyone. Subsequently I was out of a medication that was very important for a few days because of their lack of expertise and professionalism. I would highly recommend not using this pharmacy. Total lack of professionalism and lazy people work there.

This pharmacy in my opinion is terrible! They renew the wrong prescription instead of the one that was called to them by the doctor and then when you try to say you think it’s the wrong prescription, they’re oh no we think this is the right one, but let us know if it turns out to be wrong. Guess what, since you walked out of the pharmacy with the pills they won’t take them back and refund for their mistake. I switched my prescriptions to Walmart.

Ever since the pharmacy changed it has turned to complete chaos. At first it was just how long it took them to get orders, and correct pill count, ect. But today they wouldn't give me my medication because apparently they can't charge my account for $2. (I'm broke and rely on family for help). I found that COMPLETELY UNBELIEVABLE! I have Medicaid and they couldn't charge me for $2. My mother thinks they've really turned into b#@&!s ever since they changed. It's quite sad... :'(

Really liked it as Burton Creek Pharmacy. Since becoming CVS they have lost my prescription, the cost for the exact prescription went up and the service is WORSE. I like things simple and easy this is not it!!!!!

They are the not very good took them my wife’s script in on Monday they said it would be Wednesday then they said Friday now they are saying Monday or Tuesday the bad thing about it is like they don’t even care
