I wish I could give 10 stars! Have bought from Countryside for a long time. I have multiple fosters with issues and a senior diabetic canine. My senior feline was Hyperthyroid and Kidney Disease, so lots of meds and medical supplies needed. Through everything CSP is always there for us; best prices; best service. These days, great customer service is hard to find but CSP goes over the top to help you with questions---their staff is extremely knowledgeable about their products. Always have discounts and coupons that really help those on a budget. I usually call my orders in and most of the time get Brandon---he is the best! They always answer their phones and I have never once been put on hold. Your order ships right away and is always packaged to perfection. THANK YOU COUNTRYSIDE! You have a forever customer from our pet family!

I have used Countryside Pet Supply for years for many things for many pets. The service is always helpful and pleasant and the products very fairly priced. Most importantly to me is the very rapid turn around time for getting my much needed supplies to me quickly and in great condition. The one time that I had a mix up (mostly my fault as a newly diagnosed sugar Momma), the correct supplies were send the next day. Outstanding service always. The people from Countryside pets are awesome! When I found out my dog had diabetes, I had no clue what I needed to take care of him. CDSI told me to call and Countryside Pets employees would take care of me. I called and was so relieved because he explained exactly what I would need to get started home testing. I was also surprised and grateful because my total bill was way lower than if I had gone somewhere else to get the supplies. Every time I have to place an order, who ever answers is very helpful. I highly recommend this store! Oh one more thing, very fast shipping!

I don't know of any secret code or being a member of facebook to allow you to order on this site. I've ordered many times with no issues. Great prices and customer service. WAY better than Pet Care RX customer service, and better pricing. Again, "WAY". I'd rather support a small business. BTW, some guy stated about buying a product that his pet's life depends on and shipping took too long. Countryside does not sell any prescription medicines, so if his pet is in that condition why didn't he take his poor pet to the vet and purchase what he needed immediately, instead of blaming a pet supply that needs to ship something to him half way across the country.

I wish that I could give more than 5 stars! We have 3 diabetic dogs in our house. They are family and we love them very much. We test each dog's glucose level multiple times every day, so supply costs are important to us. The wonderful people at Countryside have email specials all the time, which we take advantage of. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being there for our fur kids!Mike

Beware....Very SHADY business. They give great discounts if you are a 'Facebook' member in a 'secret group', but if 'they deem' you are no longer a member (regardless of the truth) they deny your discount & cancel your order. That's right....after your order is placed & YOUR MONEY is taken, they CANCEL your confirmed order!! Stay away & support other businesses that actually care about ALL of their customers without the antics. Wouldn't you think all diabetic dogs, and their owners, deserve the same discounts to help with the expensive supplies? Very sad, but we have plenty of choices!! Much better prices available elsewhere too!!

UPDATED 5/10/2020In these challenging times of broken supply chains, I made the initial mistake of ordering the topical flea treatment Activyl from a different online site because they were offering a 15% discount.Like I said: What a mistake.On this other retailer's site, they stated that I'd be receiving my order in 8 to 10 (presumably business) days. Long story short: After two weeks of my order still "pending" (they had no problem taking my payment, however) and never getting a response to my inquiry from customer service, I asked my bank to dispute the charge (which was eventually credited back to my account).I then decided to call CPS, since they have always exceeded my expectations in every regard.Just like before, I spoke with a very pleasant CSR, who assured me that they were not experiencing any shipping delays due to the pandemic, but since the warehouse had already closed (it was late afternoon), my item wouldn't be shipped until "tomorrow."True to their word, I received an email the very next day confirming: 1. That it had been shipped; 2. When to expect the item; 3. Link to track the package.Although the estimated delivery date was already incredibly acceptable, it even arrived two days ahead of schedule!I can't thank these personable family members and their always reliable service enough. I also won't be wasting my time with other online pet suppliers in the future because the simple truth is that CPS prices are already low.Thank you for being there for our beloved animal companions, CPS. You are not only "essential," but unrivaled as well.END OF UPDATE_____________________________ORIGINAL POST FROM 2 YRS. AGO:Excellent company! Second time I ordered from CPS - both times by calling & asking CSR to not retain my card info because of all the hacking going on. On both occasions: I was connected to a friendly, accommodating professional; offered the lowest price on the internet for the original, U.S. (i.e. not a foreign knockoff) product; given free, super fast shipping (ordered on a Mon.; shipped the same day from MO; received an immediate email w/a tracking number; received the product in south FL on Wed. via USPS); products arrived safely due to perfect packaging... It doesn't get any better than that!Many thanks, CPS, for your personalized service. I also appreciate your thoughtful treats whenever package space allows; such a pleasant surprise! :- D

Ordered some products from them after making several enquiries via email which were always promptly answered. As it was an overseas delivery, was pleasantly surprised package came in within 2 weeks at a affordable overseas shipping cost as compared to some other vendors whose shipping charges were exorbitant. Will definitely repeat purchase from them .

Long time customer, usually a great shopping experience until you have a problem. I wrote to them asking when are they sending out my order as it was going on 4 days, they usually ship right away. I waited, she said she was checking on it, heard no word from them and asked for a refund, which they provided. Then I am threatened with she is keeping track of my package and I have to send it back if it shows up. Package?? Wait! This is the first I am hearing there was indeed a package sent out. I wrote 2 emails of how they made me feel like a criminal, that most companies will accommodate you in some way with a discount or something. No reply, they stopped all communication with me. And to this day Feb 10th, package supposedly was sent out on the 31st, the package has NOT arrived!

I got on eBay looking for an Easy Walker Harness for my dog and came across CountrySide Pet Supply. I did not read their ratings on eBay by former customers which I really should have before making any purchases from them. I went ahead and purchased the leash with the dimensions provided by the Easy Walker manufacturers. I ordered the large for my Siberian Husky and when I received it, it did not fit my Husky properly so I emailed CountrySide P.S. for a return and replacement. They responded and sounded cordial enough by saying they would send the replacement out as soon as soon as I sent them the tracking number for the harness I was sending back. This was a replacement order for a Medium/Large in exchange for the large. Still no problem until I mailed the item to them, then emailed them through eBay with the tracking number and I received no response from CountrySide. I emailed them again and asked for them again for confirmation several days later and asked them if they were sending a replacement out? They finally responded by saying it was going out in the afternoon in a rather short email, but no tracking number was provided at any time after that response. So I waited for approximately 5 days and did not see anything in the mail so I went back to eBay and asked CountrySide for a tracking number, but this time had eBay step in to help me resolve the issue, of which, is their policy and my rightful option to choose. I got some funky response from eBay saying that the case has been researched, decided in favor of the seller, and closed. I somewhat freaked out and told myself that I NEEDED to speak to someone in person at eBay to get to the bottom of why they decided in favor of the seller and for what "God on Earth" reason since I had no product, no tracking number, and out $21.00+. I talked to an eBay specialist and said that the seller said they would send a replacement out as soon as I sent them the tracking number of the return item. They never did that so that was complaint #1. I received no response from them after they got the item back and I had to write them again asking where my product was? Complaint #2. I then got that short note saying it would go out in the afternoon and that was the last I heard from them. Complaint #3. I did everything they asked of me and they did nothing they said they would do. Then the specialist said there was a tracking number for the item they sent and the odd thing is the seller took off all the log data of the entire purchase from the eBay website. The specialist said there was a package delivered to me and it showed "delivered" so I thought about it and said that, "Yes, I did receive a package that day and didn't have a chance to open it as of yet. So I rushed over to retrieve the package and low and behold there was my item in Medium/Large. I had to laugh and told the specialist, that all the seller had to do was send me the tracking number and I would not have had to go through all the trouble of writing to them three times, then asking eBay to step in to help me. Also to save me the frustration of finding out what the heck happened to the sale, return, and replacement item that I was told was going to be sent as soon as I gave them the tracking number. So all in all it was the MOST TERRIBLE transaction I have ever done on eBay and even the eBay folks, 2 of them (representative, and specialist), said they apologized for the inconvenience and thanked me for being such a good customer of eBay. My opinion of CountrySide Pet Supply is DOOTS and my review of eBay by phone is stellar! Of eBay support online, I would give them a single star too since they did not explain the transaction and see that I had no tracking number to know that I was being sent a replacement item and did not have to worry. I would give CountrySide a ZERO star but I don't think they will let me so I listed it as one star. Thank you for reading through my review.Sincerely,Ken

3 working days to get a product out the door is unacceptable. Paid extra for quicker shipping and it took 9 days to go 6 states. Don't shop here if your pets life depends on it. They'll die like mine did.
