Loved it! Friendly staff and friendly pets. They offer a 30 day payment plan if you can't pay for it that day. They have a wide variety of pets, depending on when you visit. They have hedgehogs, rabbits, birds, snakes, lizards, ferrets, and more! The only downside is that it has a weird small, but that is expected for a pet store.

I really enjoyed my experience here! They were open to me and all 7 of my kiddos completely! I got my baby here and definitely recommend this place all the animals are well taken care of and healthy! This was my first visit here and I lm overall pleased with my first experience here!! Even brought home a New buddy aswell!!! Prices arnt ridiculous either!!! The pets are worth the prices 100% the staff was amazing as well and the owner himself was even present and is actually very knowledge about the animals and what he’s doing I was very impressed!!!

A small but nice place with a good selection of fresh and salt water fish, and all sorts of other animals. They also provide animal grooming and do a good job of it. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Although they don't have the biggest selection in town I would rather go here than any other pet shop in town. I have bought fish from different places in town, but this is the only place that I have never had a fish die after bringing it home.

I don't know who wrote that review about their hamsters being in a 10 gallon tank and their salt water tanks dingy and dirty. But I have being going there for over 5 years now and I have never seen either of those things. so sounds like you just want to give a negative review when in fact you don't know what you are talking about. The people in that store are one of the nicest people I have ever met. always friendly, and never pushy to sell anything. I give this place a 5 star rating, and will continue to do business with them.

Decent little pet store. As is typical of all pet stores some of the reptile feeders are a bit overpriced, but I'm sure that's because of their cost. I've purchased fish and birds from here and they've thrived at my home. The people working there seem to care a lot about the animals and that's huge to me. Kudos on that, guys!

Made an appointment over a week ago for dog grooming. I was at my calendar when I called and she said 11:55 today. I arrived at 11:50 and was told I missed my appointment which was 11:30. She was already working on another dog. She then said she had four other dogs booked today. She never offered to rebook my dog and was rather rude about the whole thing. I will never use her again. I would think she would respect her clients and the circumstances with this virus. I have only been out once since March 3rd and even had a mask on which she did not.

Their fish are a little higher priced then Fishland, but better quality and more of a selection in my opinion! Their tanks are cheaper too! Very good quality from this place! In general they have a wider selection of animals than Fishland! No complaints!

While the store is clean and the animals appear healthy, I will not shop here any longer. I purchased two critter trail hamster cages. I returned one that was defective and they refused to refund my purchase amount. Even if you have the receipt they will only give you store credit.

We went in to get a new hamster cage and came home with one of their hand fed Cockatiel’s. Our little Lilly is so sweet and loves exploring our house. I would definitely recommend C.C. Pets!

Not much to choose from as far as inventory.Have purchased fish which always die within a couple of days.Took around 300 dollars worth of saltwater fish in to sell only gave me 85 dollars.Will not do buisness there anymore.

It's is an awesome place to take your did to get it groomed , they have all kinds of dog toys and treats you can buy for your dogs if anyone is looking for a dog grooming place I would highly recommend CC Pets to all.

I'm mainly interested in fish, so that's what I payed most attention to. This is what I look for in a pet store:Cage/tank appearance and cleanliness.There is a pretty nice fish display wall along the back. It was a little older but was good design for a store display. The coral tanks were also a good design for displaying, but were extremely dingy and gross looking. The small animal cages were built into a wall in the back corner, good idea for a store. The ferret cage was disgusting and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. The hamsters and guinea pigs were in their own aquarium tanks placed around the store. The reptiles were along another back wall in their own section. I was unhappy to see so many creatures in such small cages with little to no hiding. Some literally just sat on a paper towel and had a bowel for water, nothing else. Very sad.Livestock health and variety.When I was in more than 50% of the fish tanks were empty, maybe 8 different types of fish total along the back wall. Very disappointing. They had quite a few ferrets there and a chinchilla, lots of hamsters and guinea pigs. The hamsters were especially cramped, 20+ in a 10 gallon aquarium.Coral variety.Little to none! There were maybe 8 frags total to buy. It was difficult to see what anything looked like because the lights were solid blue, hiding everything that didn't "pop" (which was nothing). Even if there was a larger selection, without cleaning and better light I wouldn't be interested in buying from here.Equipment, food, and supplements.I wasn't very focused on equipment to purchase so I didn't look too heavily this trip. There were several isles of equipment and accessories.Price.Prices seemed to be pretty standard. I thought the coral frags were over prices for how the looked, but small animals and reptiles seemed priced comparable to other stores.Staff.When I go into a pet store, I would rather look around and be left alone, but someone available when I need assistance. On this trip there was only one lady that I talked to. She followed me around and tried her best to sell everything in sight. She knew the names of the coral and fish I asked about, but immediately went into selling them to me, instead of finding out if I even had the right size tank and lighting. She also pushed the brand of lighting she carried, even though I expressed that I wasn't very interested. I would much rather purchase from someone who genuinely cares about animals and is passionate about their job, instead of a salesperson just trying to turn a profit.Conclusion.Dirty aquariums, cages way too small, and a pushy salesperson will keep me from coming back for a very long time.

Very weird guy who works there. We decided not to go here anymore but to Fishland from now on. Plus they never have mice in stock (food for pet snakes).
