Melissa was amazing. Even knowing we were just visiting town, she still made time for our skittish pup. And did I mention our pup was skittish? The second she heard the sound of the trimmers, she would not stop trying to escape. But Melissa would not give up on us! There were literally times it took all three of us - my husband, Melissa, and me - working together to hold her still long enough to trim her and wash her, but Melissa got it done. How many people does it take to groom a tiny shih-tzu? Three. If Melissa is one of them. Otherwise I think you'll need sedatives.

This place is AWESOME!! Prices are incredibly reasonable and the service is personal and wonderful! ...Very convenient location.....The first time we went, Melissa showed us how to do everything and helped us so much. We've been going there for quite some time now. We highly recommend it to anyone who has a dog! Our dog loves going there & gets excited when he knows that's where we're headed. The facilities are GREAT and make it so easy to wash your dog, no matter what size. LOVE THIS PLACE!!💙💙

Took great care of my three Dogs for me. They all smelled really good after their baths. I have watched her help other customers with their Dogs as well. Its a place to take you Dog for a good bath. Very Dog friendly for sure.

Melissa does a great job with our skittish Beagle! In the past with other groomers we had to bring out muzzle. Not here at BYOD. She has a way with animals. Highly recommend them!!

This is the best place to take your dog for a bath. You can have your dog washed for you, or you can do it yourself. Friendly atmosphere. Very knowledgeable and helpful owner. Definitely the go to place for your fur baby!
