I am extremely happy with the service my family had with The Red Barn Veterinary Service! We had to put down my mom's beloved little Chihuahua, and the professionalism and compassion we received was second to none. I will not take my fur babies to anyone else! I called red barn vet when my regular vet was out of my dog's meds that she is required to take twice a day. Red Barn Vet was fast, professional, caring and went above and beyond even contacting my vet to try and fill the script for me. Meds were delivered right to my car window. Love their safety protocols they have set in place and how clean everything looked. We were not their clients and They didn't have to help me, but they did and honestly cared. Because of them she is a much happier baby. Thank you!

I went for an urgent care visit. The staff was very friendly. The Dr took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions.They were even helpful and understanding of my financial situation. It's a bit odd to stay in the vehicle while they care for our pet, however, they do allow the option to go in. I found the charges to be reasonably priced as well. I would recommend this clinic.

Our family's little 13 year old Chorkie passed away after office hours on 10/18/22 so I waited until the next morning to call to talk to them about cremating our fur baby. The woman I spoke with was so friendly, and helpful. She explained everything thoroughly. We took our baby to them, and the woman who came out to get her was very empathetic. We have to wait several weeks to get our little one's ashes back so I will update our experience at that time. I don't expect our rating to change.

I love this clinic so much. I can not say how amazing they were to me and my family. We are not regular patients but when my dog was having issues (and my regular vet was out of town) they told me to come in right away. Unfortunately my dog passed on the way there but the staff came right out to help me. I don't know her name but 1 nurse even rubbed my back as I cried and I can't say how much that meant to me at that time. The staff and Doctor were kind, compassionate, and understanding. 1000% recommend!

Absolutely AWESOME!! They were all masked and thier policy is to come out and fetch the animal, which was great also. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the Doc was SUPER! SO FAR... VERY PLEASED!! 👍 We were really worried about finding a vet and they were just GREAT!!

Not much to review since I had to wait in the vehicle. I understand the new protocols but it seemed kind of odd to do it this way. I loved the service and staff anyhow.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I had an emergency with a dog that needed surgery. Dr. Ulmanis couldn't have been more responsive and nicer to both me and my dog. He is so skilled and so knowledgeable and my dog came through a difficult procedure with flying colors thanks to him. The staff is also kind and caring. Just a wonderful place. Can't say enough good things about everyone there and the care my dog received.

They are very good with our dog. He likes the girls. He had a stick lodged in the roof of his mouth. They gave him a sedative and took out the stick. Did not cut the inside of his mouth. He is fine now.

"Great Big Thanks to Lisa" for doing such a terrific job on grooming on our Australian Sheppard. He is very sensitive so it hard to work on him however Lisa overcame the challenge. He looks and feels great. He will definitely visit his professional groomer again.

We will always go to Animal Clinic of West Plains, as long as we live in this area. Doc Ulmanis and his staff have always taken great care of my family's pets. We've known & trusted Doc to do what is best for our pets for many years. We tell all our friends and family to go to the Big Red Barn vet clinic. Doc & his team have a huge heart for animals, and the people who love them.

During covid lock down it has been impossible to deal with all the paperwork and getting animal care. To my standards that is. I prefer to be with my pet at all times. That is not allowed at this time.
