The staff there are always so helpful.& always help me with all my needs. A shout out to Paula.shes a groomer there. And so amazing!!!Personal attention to every pet. And the store managerPhyllis.In the past She has helped me many times. Brought things to my house. I bought a large kennel . Overall I've had good experiences at this store and I've purchased quite a lot of items for family members. Recently I came in looking for a 'flea and tick collar' and in the end they ended up selling me some spot on for cats which is not a flea and tick collar at all. Because it's over 30 days I could not get a refund or replacement. I understand it's open, but your customer service failed me in picking out something I was not familiar with when picking up for my mom. I left my item at the counter today, did not add the additional items I needed, gave away my stamp card and will not be back. I try very hard to shop local, but when there are errors beyond my control I can't afford to lose money and I can't believe for a $15 item they would rather lose a customer then to lose their wholesale amount invested in that one error of which they are at fault.

My momma cat and kittens got sick from eating a brand of cat food. The staff helped me figure out what to feed them and they are doing much better now.

Extremely poor customer service. Bought a training harness and it lasted less than an hour they refused to replace or refund. It was not chewed. It came apart. Owner was not in the store nor did she speak with me. They clearly do not believe the customer is always right

Gave 4 stars because the girls behind the counter only pointed to the general area I needed. Need more cat supplies, and better pet beds, there was a very limited eatselection of litter boxes. All on all a great little store.

I purchase all my dog food here. Love they have a punch card for the brand of dog food I purchase. After so many bags I get a bag free. Staff is super friendly and very helpful with any questions I've had.

Been taking our senior fur baby to All Pet groomer since moving to West Plains 2 years ago. Service in the beginning was great, but lately it has been less then satisfactory. Forgetting to write in scheduled appointments, not trimming his ears and feet like I asked. When first noticing the change, I asked the groomer if she was having problems with him and she assured me she wasn't and that she wanted to continue to groom him. Today, I dropped him off for his appointment, just to be told that she must have "forgotten" to write his remainder of appointments for this year in her book and she would understand if I needed to go some place else. This was the last straw and I will be taking my corgi cocker else where.

Overall, I was disappointed. I understand that rawhide is supposedly bad, but they didn't have any suitable alternatives for strong chewers. The item I purchased for $15 was devoured in 5 minutes! My budget cannot afford that. Very limited on wet cat food also. There are a couple things (shampoo, squeaky balls) I'll purchase on occasion, but I won't make All Pet my go-to for pet supplies.

Had to ask for help which we have never had to do before. There were four people behind the counter. Usually when you ask where something is, they come with you without having to be asked. She was a great help after I asked for help. There were very few customers in the store so it wasn't like they were busy.

From anything pet related to pet services the team at All Pet will be able to take care of you. Recently I brought my bulldog in to get his nail clipped and it was such an easy process. All the ladies spoiled him while he waited and then when it was his turn the groomer took care of him will great skill.

I love All Pet. They r very nice to me and always have what I like to give my fur babies. Well, it's June 2021 and my experience with All Pet was different today so, I'm adding to my review. They would not honor a coupon that says save 10 % on your purchase. They said it's from Mt. Home All Pet and they would not honor it. What? What?

They have the special science diet my dog absolutely needs, but prices need to come down. 4 cans and one medium bag was a little above $50.00. They would have gotten a higher rating if they're prices were lower, I've bought special science diet in other stores for a lower prices.
