One of the best places to purchase decent meat. Place is kept clean. Workers always helpful. Only reason I don’t give 5 stars is the 10% added at the register. I get it. It’s part of the buying experience. My thing is it’s harder to know exactly what you’re spending when you have a cart full. It’s just an extra step. But won’t stop me from continuing to shop at 10Box.

Great big box store to save money on groceries. They don't have a lot of organic selection, but for things where you don't need that the prices can't be beat unless you want to feed Uncle Walton down the street.

Clean store stocked shelves. Surprisingly low prices on many items when comparing to other stores a few towns over. Definitely worth a 35 minute drive!

Buyer beware of the produce department. Produce offered both prepackaged and loose as though "fresh and retail quality" is frequently old, spotted, or even starting to rot. For this reason I recommend that the shopper inspect very carefully every package and every fruit or vegetable before purchasing. Or better yet, avoid 10Box Plus for your produce needs whenever you can.I have been told that inferior quality is acceptable to the apparently unschooled produce manager, and the displays definitely reflect her "quality" standards. (See photos below from a couple of recent encounters with their "high quality" broccoli and cabbage displays.)In addition, I learned that customers are "not allowed" to ask produce employees if they have any mark-downs in the back, as per the produce manager's stated policy. What's with that?For consistently higher quality produce at lower prices, and even frequent mark-downs on produce in better shape than 10Box "retail", I shop at Aldi's just 5 minutes down the road instead.Other parts of the store are well kept and employees are friendly and helpful. Cashers are always friendly. Prices in general are okay but certainly not any better than or always as low as Walmart.Some departments offer mark-down items which are a huge bonus for those on a limited budget who can tolerate less than retail quality in exchange for less than retail price. In that way the store is a good draw for bargain hunters.As for produce bargains, however, shoppers can find plenty of "BARGAIN QUALITY" and even waste quality produce, but they'll have to pay full price for it and all they have to do is shop inside the department itself.

They always have what I need for a good price. I can't really ask anything more. People will have you believe "they add 10% at checkout and that's cheating you." Not true. Ramey adds .15 on each item instead of the total amount before taxes. I haven't been able to find better prices except at discount grocery stores. Don't believe what uneducated people tell you. Think for yourself.

Like going here when they have the hamburger on sale for a really low price. I prefer to get my meat here. They don't get enough of the hamburger in when it's on sale though for those that have to go in the evening or live a good distance. When hamburger is below $2 a lb you should have a very large stock that can be put out.Sometimes you do have to hold your breath to get past the smell of the coolers they have the meat in. Unless it's on sale it's very expensive to shop here. I would still suggest checking prices even with items in the sale ad. Otherwise good place to shop.

I had some trouble finding some items including Canned Cat Food. Service was swift. This last time - a woman took quite a while purchasing all of her groceries. The Dry Cat Food wasn't in stock.

These prices are remarkably good if you’re buying in bulk. If you’re looking to restock or just buy for the night’s supper then anywhere is gonna be about the same.

Nice clean straw bales that are perfection for our chicken coop. I like the selection of Edwards pies. There are a few items that I stumble onto randomly that I have to go back for occasionally like the Hawaiian Punch Cotton Candy. The sales are decent, I just typically do not go this direction through town.

Good selection. Very fair prices. Competitive with the big name box stores. Aisles are very wide, no reason to ever feel crowded. Above average cleanliness. A true pleasure to shop in a neat, organized store with items pulled to the front of the shelves. Checkout is quick with friendly staff who often helps you bag your purchases.

They had great prices on meat and on sale produce items. The store was kept clean and items on the shelves pulled forward. Lots of space in between isles for multiple customers to walk. The cashier Bonnie was the friendliest cashier a girl could ask for. The girl from the service desk even complimented on my dress as I walked by. Great first experience will return.

One of the primary reasons for shopping here is the consistency in quality and reasonable prices of the various meats. But while I may go there for the meat selection, I inevitably do most all the shopping needed at that time, since prices are very reasonable storewide. And I have found if I shop the entire store, I find bargains that can't be found elsewhere. Everyone seems to like shopping clearance items. They have an abundance, but they are scattered throughout the store. So if you have never shopped here, or if you've never browsed the entire store, make plans to do so and I'm certain you will find the amazing deal you didn't even know you were looking for.

Because of the coronavirus I had not shopped there in person for a year. I was rather disappointed that they did not offer curbside service. The store has been remodeled in the meantime. The deli section is gone. There are a few other changes. Still the selection is very good and the prices are very good as well. The meat department is probably the best in the area. As before the staff there was very helpful and friendly. As for safety most of the people shopping there and all the employees wore masks. They had disinfecting wipes by the shopping carts. Social distancing was not a problem.

Decent size store. Can definitely provide all your grocery needs. Prices aren't only competitive but below retail in a lot of areas. Meat selection and cuts are AAA... really enjoy shopping here. I would highly recommend the store.

Wow! I think I am done shopping for groceries anywhere else! Meat prices are incredible, and everything else is equal to or less than walmart. And talk about friendly, helpful staff and short lines at the checkout! The sign outside is faded, but don't be fooled, it is clean and well lit with great selection and unbelievable prices. I am almost reluctant to review the place, I feel like I am in on the best kept secret in West Plains!
